DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm As-sabt, 4th day of Dhul-Hijjah 1446AH, Saturday, 31th May 2025.  HONOURING OUR PARENTS IN THESE BLESSED DAYS: BismilLah.  Islam teaches us that the most beloved deeds to ALLAH Azzawajal aside our salaat is honouring our parents. It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Mas’ood raḍyAllāhu 'anhu (may ALLAH be pleased with him), who observed: “I asked ALLAH'S Messenger ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam which deed was the best.” He (the Prophet ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam replied: ‘The Prayer at its appointed hour.’ I (again) asked: “Then what?” He sallallahu alaihi wasallam replied: ‘Kindness to the parents.’ I (again) asked: “Then what?” He replied: ‘Earnest struggle (Jihad) in the cause of ALLAH.’ I refrained from asking any more questions for fear of annoying him. [Sahih Muslim]. LETS Make an extra effort to spend time with our parents during these blessed days. Recite Qur’an with them, read a book together, discuss a lecture you heard,...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul Jumuat, 3rd day of Dhul-Hijjah 1446AH, Friday, 30th May 2025. SOME GOLDEN ACTS ON THESE BLESSED DAYS BEFORE EID continues. BismilLah.  Alhamdulillah, for HIS guidance and blessings to be part of this blessed day of the blessed month.  Islam emphasises the importance of having good relationships (Silaturrahim) with our family and fellow Muslims for the sake of ALLAH (SWT). Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said, “Learn enough about your lineage to facilitate keeping your ties of kinship. For indeed keeping the ties of kinship encourages affection among the relatives, increases the wealth, and increases the lifespan.” So, whenever you can in these 10 days of Dhul Hijjah, reach out to your loved ones and reconnect. ALLAH (SWT) loves those who quit their sins and bad habits for HIS sake. The Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said: “ALLAH says, ‘If My slave intends to do a bad deed then (O Angels) do...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Arba'a, 2nd day of Dhul-Hijjah 1446AH, Thursday, 29th May 2025. SOME GOLDEN ACTS ON THESE BLESSED DAYS BEFORE EID. BismilLah.  The first ten days of Dhul Hijjah hold great religious significance. It is a special period in the annual Islamic (Hijri) calendar. A time when we Muslims are advised to increase our acts of goodness and spirituality to reap the rewards of the most blessed days.  Aside from fasting as much as we can within the 8 days left before Eid, we must also strive to do the following; INCREASING DAILY PRAYERS (SALAH) On these blessed days, take this time to perfect and increase the daily practice of Salah. If you haven’t been praying the five fardh (obligatory) prayers – Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha on time, now is the time to start. Try to pray together with your friends and family, as there are more rewards for praying together. “Salat in congregation is twenty-seven times more meritorious than a Salat performed individ...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 1st day of Dhul-Hijjah 1446AH, Wednesday, 28th May 2025. THE 10 DAYS OF GOLDEN BENEFITS. BismilLaah. AlhamdulilLah, for granting us the opportunity to be part of Dhul Hijjah. It's my hope that the majority of us are fasting. Let's strive to fast as many as possible in these 9 days of Dhul Hijjah.  ALLAH (SWT) takes an Oath by the Ten Nights of Dhul-Hijjah: وَٱلۡفَجۡرِ - وَلَيَالٍ عَشۡرٍ۬  I swear by the dawn, [89:1] and by the Ten Nights. 2. RasuululLah (Sallahu Alaihe Wassallam) declares the good deeds of 10 days of Dhul Hijjah to be most Superior: Narrated Ibn Abbas (R.A): The Prophet  said, "No good deeds done on other days are superior to those done on these (first ten days of Dhul Hijjah)." (Tirmidhi). Ibn ‘Abbaas (may ALLAH be pleased with him and his father) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said: "There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to ALLAH than these ten...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-ithnayn, 29th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Tuesday, 27th May 2025. DIVISION AND HATRED ARE SATANIC TOOLS TO DEVIATE US AS MUSLIMS. BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem.  As Muslims, it's seriously forbidden for us to hate each other or speak ill of each other because of politics or because of other religious festivals. A Muslim shouldn't speak against other religious beliefs or festivals and must not also be part of it and maintain our identity as Muslims and be kind to all humans with hope of softening their hearts towards ISLAM or towards the right aqeedah.  Abu Hurairah (May ALLAH be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of ALLAH (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam) said, "On the Day of Resurrection, ALLAH, the Exalted, will say: `Where are those who have mutual love for the sake of My Glory? Today, I shall shelter them in My Shade when there will be no shade except Mine. " [Muslim]. It should be borne in mind that the shade referred to in th...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-ithnayn, 28th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Monday, 26th May 2025. FOR BETTER FOR WORSE NEVER NEGLECT YOUR SALAAH. BismilLah.  ALLAH, the Almighty says: “ But they were succeeded by generations who neglected prayer and followed their lusts and so will soon face the evil consequences.” (Quran, 19:59) This verse is a warning to those who commit one of the greatest major sins, namely abandoning Salah. This verse comes after ALLAH mentioned Prophets and Messengers and their high ranks. So after them came a generations who didn’t follow the way of the Prophets and they neglected salah and followed their lusts such as the non-Muslims of today who are following other ways of religious life abandoning Islam the only acceptable way of life. ALLAH then threatened them that they would soon face the evil consequences of those major sins. It’s so sad when one reads verses like this and realizes that the majority of Muslims today are in this situation. Many of ...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 27th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Sunday, 25th May 2025. DO NOT IGNORE THE PHYSICAL INGREDIENTS OF FAITH.  BismilLah. Physical actions such as the Salaat, Fasting, Zakaat and Hajj etc is an essential part of faith, without which faith is not complete, and a lack of physical action is indicative of a lack of faith in the heart, because they are strongly interconnected. Whoever thinks that there could be strong and sound faith without that leading to physical action (righteous deeds), even though he knows about his religious duties and is able to do them, is thinking that something impossible is possible, and is denying the connection between physical action and what is in the heart. Do not say my heart is pure, but I don't do bad things, so I deserve paradise.  Let's step up our efforts to act as Muslims by following what we are required of us if indeed we want to die as Muslim.  May ALLAH Azzawajal keep guiding us all and increase ...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm As-sabt, 26th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Saturday, 24th May 2025.  ALLAH IS AL-FATTAH. BismilLah.  AL-FATTAAH means, The Opener, The Judge. The One who opens all the doors of Opportunities, profit and sustenance to HIS slaves/servants. The gate of the solution of every difficut can be easily opened by HIM. HE makes clear what is unclear. Al-Fattaah is the One who judges between HIS slaves with perfect justice. ALLAH, Al-Fattah sends solutions when we least expect it. Some matters may seem like dilemmas at first. Yuusuf alayhi salaam was imprisoned. But it was through the imprisonment that he became the Minister. So remember that openings can come through things that look like problems to begin with so search the positives of every issues that seems problematic and always remember Innamal Usri ? Yusraa. AlhamdulilLah. Lets make good use of this attribute of ALLAH when seeking any help from HIM. Praise HIM with this attribute first before ask...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul Jumuat, 25th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Friday, 23rd May 2025.  QURAN AND SUNNAH ARE THE LIGHTS FOR MANKIND AND WITHOUT  BOTH IN YOUR LIFE, YOU ARE LOST IN THIS JUNGLE. BismilLah.  Alhamdulillah for guiding and blessing us to be part of this blessed day of the week. May ALLAH Azzawajal accept it from us all. Aameen. Back to our topic.  From the beginning of mankind, our CREATOR, ALLAH Azzawajal sent prophets to convey HIS REVELATION and to invite human beings to the path of true PEACE and OBEDIENCE to the ONE TRUE ALLAH, This is ISLAM This message is conveyed towards generations of man through the different prophets, all inviting mankind to the same path. However, all the earlier messages or revelations from ALLAH Azzawajal were distorted by people of later generations. As a result, pure Revelation from our Creator was adulterated and polluted with myths, superstitions, idol worship, and irrational philosophical ideologies. The re...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-khamis, 24th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Thursday, 22nd May 2025. RULINGS on ADOPTING NICKNAMES IN ISLAM. BismilLahir Rahmaanir Raheem.  Alhamdulillah. Islam is a complete code of life that deals with all sorts of issues. Bassically , there is no harm in adopting any good meaningful nickname  as long as they do not imply anything impermissible, such as contempt, hate, pride,  arrogance, and so forth. It is narrated in Imam Bukhari's al Adab al Mufrad that the Prophet (Peace be upon him) would refer to Sayyidah `Aa'ishah may ALLAH be pleased with her as "Aa-ish" and Sayyidina `Uthman may ALLAH be pleased with her  as "`Uth". So we can call our loved ones with nicknames such as Princess, Darling,  Imam, etc. The title "Abu Hurairah" may ALLAH be pleased with him is a Nick name the PROPHET sallallahu alaihi wasallam gave to Abdur-Raḥmān ibn Sakhr (عبد الرحمن بن صخر) which means "Father of a Kitten", in ref...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Arba'a, 23rd day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Wednesday, 21st May 2025. THE CORRECT AND COMPREHENSIVE MEANING OF ISLAM continues. BismilLah.  Let's continue with our topic from yesterday's reminder; The concept of worship in Islaam is misunderstood by many people, including some Muslims. Worship is commonly taken to mean performing ritualistic acts such as prayers, fasting, charity, etc. This limited understanding of worship is only one part of the meaning of worship in Islaam.  In other words, worship is everything one says or does for the pleasure of ALLAH Azzawajal. This, of course, includes rituals as well as beliefs, social activities, and personal contributions to the welfare of one's fellow human beings. Islaam looks at the individual as a whole. He is required to submit himself completely to ALLAH Azzawajal, as the Quran instructed the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi to do and instruct us to do as follows: "Say (O Muhammad) my...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 22nd day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Tuesday, 20th May 2025. THE CORRECT AND COMPREHENSIVE MEANING OF ISLAM. BismilLah.  Unfortunately, when you ask most Muslims the meaning of Islaam; some often quote a simple response to mean PEACE. Really?, the meaning of Islam is not just PEACE. In actual fact, the short meaning of Islaam is SUBMISSION, and these two meanings are mutilated definition of Islaam. The comprehensive definition of Islaam is THE PEACE WE ACQUIRE WHEN WE SUBMIT TO THE WILL OR COMMANDS OF THE CREATOR, ALLAH Azzawajal This means we can not submit to our tradition, culture, our own desires, our jobs, relationships, or to anything but to ALLAH'S commands. Those who submit and surrender to ALLAH’S commands are called MUSLIMS that's why ALLAH referred to all Past Prophets and Messengers such as Abraham, Moses, Jacob, Joseph,  Jesus peace be upon them all as Muslims in the Quran because they all submitted to the commands of ALLA...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-ithnayn, 21st day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Monday, 19th May 2025. SOME BASIC ADVICE FOR US ALL. BismilLah.  Let's strive to live a life full of appreciation to ALLAH Azzawajal regardless of our situation, seeking ALLAH Azzawajal to make it better. If things get difficult, the Qur'an should be our companion. If loneliness starts to hurt, send your supplications through the heavens, especially by reciting durood regularly (salaat Alan Nabi). When people ask how you are, always praise ALLAH by saying Alhamdulillah and smile even if things seem rough. When you see an ant or any little creations on the road, avoid stepping on it or hitting it with your car, seeking therein the Face of ALLAH; for perhaps HE will have mercy on you as you had mercy on it Remember that the ant glorifies ALLAH Azzawajal, so don't cut off. It's glorifying by killing it. When you pass by a bird drinking from a pond, don't go so near so as to scare it, and seek...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 20th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Sunday, 18th May 2025. FRIENDSHIP AND INFLUENCES .  BismilLaah ALLAH the Exalted says in the Qur’an: “And (remember) the Day when the wrong-doer will bite his hands and say: Woe to me! Would that I had taken a path with the Messenger. Woe to me! If only I had not taken so-so-and-so as a friend! He has led me astray from this Reminder (the Qur’an) after it had come to me. Satan is ever a deserter to man in the hour of need.” Qur’an 25:27-29. So take heed before the inevitable Day comes when we are called to account for our actions. ALLAH, the All-Wise also says: “Friends on that Day will be enemies to one another, except al-Muttaqoon (i.e. those who have Taqwa).” Qur’an 43:67.  The benefit of mixing with the righteous is immense, and it will, in shaa ALLAH, be even more obvious to us in the Hereafter. One of the early Muslims said that it is from ALLAH'S ’s blessings upon a youth when he turns to worship...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm As-sabt, 19th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Saturday, 17th May 2025. THE MERCY OF ALLAH AZZAWAJAL. BismilLah.  Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: ALLAH's Messenger (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said, "Whoever says, 'Laa ilaaha illallahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa Huwa 'alaa kulli shai'in Qadir,'* one hundred times, will get the same reward as given for manumitting ten slaves; and one hundred good deeds will be written in his accounts, and one hundred sins will be deducted from his accounts, and it (his saying) will be a shield for him from Satan on that day till night, and nobody will be able to do a better deed except the one who does more than he." The meaning is: None has the right to be worshipped but ALLAH (Alone) Who has no partner; to HIM belongs the kingdom (of the universe), and for HIM are all the praises, and HE has the power to do everything. [Sahih Al-Bukhari, 8/6403]. A...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul Jumuat, 18th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Friday, 16th May 2025. OUR MINI-EID REMINDER. Bismillah. AlhamdulilLah for HIS guidance and blessings and granting us another Eid day of the week.  First, we should strive to prepare for the jumuat by cutting our nails, clearing our private parts, performing ghusul(pure Islamic bath) as follows; just make up your mind that you are going to take your ghusul for jumuat that’s all. You can first take your normal bath to clean any dirt or first wash ur private parts, then make full wuduu, then pour water from your head to wash your right side, then the left side. Make sure your entire body is then washed properly, including your mouth and nose, etc. After that, recite the normal dua we do after wuduu when you come out of the bathroom. This same ghusul should be performed after sunnah with your partner, after women's monthly cycle, etc.  As our beloved Messenger of ALLAH also recommended that we should str...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-khamis, 17th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Thursday, 15th May 2025.  EXPIATION FOR TRANSGRESSION AGAINST RIGHTS OF OTHERS. Bismillah.  We all know that ALLAH Azzawajal forgives all sins if we sincerely regret and seek forgiveness even if shirk. Today's reminders will focus on sins against others, which we all know ALLAH Azzawajal does not forgive unless those we offended forgive us.  With regard to sins that have to do with the rights of other people, they can only be expiated by repenting from them. One of the conditions of repenting from them is restoring the rights of those who have been wronged.  Imam Muslim narrated from ‘Abd-Allah ibn ‘Amr ibn al-‘As (may ALLAH be pleased with him) that the Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said: “The martyr will be forgiven for all his sins except debt.” Al-Nawawi.  The words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) “except debt” draw attentio...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Arba'a, 16th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Wednesday, 14th May 2025.  THE COMMAND TO STAND FIRM and STRAIGHT ON THE TRUTH. BismilLah. And do not incline toward those who do wrong, lest you be touched by the Fire, and you would not have other than ALLAH any protectors; then you would not be helped. ALLAH, the Exalted, commands HIS Messenger and HIS believing servants to be firm and to always be upright. This is of the greatest aid for gaining victory over the enemy and confronting the opposition. ALLAH also forbids transgression, which is to exceed the bounds (of what is allowed). Verily, transgression causes destruction to its practitioner, even if the transgression was directed against a polytheist. Then, ALLAH Azzawajal informs that HE is All-Seer of the actions o...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 15th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Tuesday, 13th May 2025.  LET'S ALWAYS REMEMBER DEATH. BismilLah.  Death is Pre-Established: Death will occur at a fixed time. The time is, of course, unknown to us. The place, the way in which each of us will die, is known only to ALLAH Azzawajal. The death of each of us has been pre-recorded in a book by ALLAH Azzawajal. It can not be brought about or avoided, so why are we wasting our time palling wealth through the haraam means or even if through the halaal means? ALLAH Azzawajal says in the QUR'AN; "Wherever you are, death will find you out, even if you are in the towers built up strong and high..." (Qur'an An-Nisa 4:11). Again; "It is HE who gives Life and causes Death: and when HE decides upon an affair, HE says to it, ‘Be’ - and it is."(Qur'an Ghafir 40:68).  ALLAH (The Most High) tells us: "Nor can a soul die except by ALLAH'S leave, the term being fixed by...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-ithnayn, 14th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Monday, 12th May 2025.  FEAR OF PEOPLE INSTEAD OF ALLAH(Al-Ghaffar, The Ever Forgiving). BismilLah. Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri (ALLAH be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Let not fear of the people prevent one of you from saying the truth if he knows it.”(Authenticated by Imam Ahmad 11459). Islam orders the Muslim to be honest to himself and others. This order repeatedly comes in the Noble Qur'an and the sayings of Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam). Islam orders the Muslim to tell the truth even if it is against the teller's interest. Orders him not to cheat or deceive other people. A Muslim is ordered by ALLAH (As-Salaam, The Ultimate Source of Peace) to be honest in his words and deeds, privately and publicly alike.  Honesty in words implies telling the truth in all cases and under all conditions. Honesty also implies fulfilling the promise, whe...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 13th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Sunday, 11th May 2025. SOME BASIC ADVICE FOR THOSE GOING FOR HAJJ. BismilLaah. Alhamdulillah for HIS invitation and blessings for those performing hajj this year. May ALLAH Azzawajal bless and invite us to be part of those performing next year. Aameen.  Whoever is performing hajj should use for his Hajj or ‘umrah pure wealth (i.e., that which is halaal and earned from halaal sources), because it is narrated in a sound report from the Prophet (blessings and peace of ALLAH be upon him) that he said: “Verily ALLAH, may HE be exalted, is good and does not accept anything but that which is good (i.e., halaal).” At-Tabaraani narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may ALLAH be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of ALLAH (blessings and peace of ALLAH be upon him) said: “If a man sets out as a pilgrim with halaal and pure provision, and puts his foot in the stirrup and calls out ‘Labbayk Allahumma labbayk,’ a caller calls ou...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm As-sabt, 12th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Saturday, 10th May 2025.  *_HAJJ AND ACTS OF WORSHIP IN DHUL HIJJAH_*. *BismilLaah* As the hujjaaj departs towards the most important and meritorious journey of their life, we pray that ALLAH purify their intentions and accept their hajj. Aameen.  Hajj is one of the best acts of worship. It is one of the pillars of Islam with which ALLAAH Azzawajal sent Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam and without which a person’s religious commitment is incomplete.  Worship can not bring a person closer to ALLAAH and can not be accepted unless it meets two conditions:  1. Sincerity towards ALLAAH Azzawajal alone, i.e., it is done to seek the Countenance of ALLAAH and the Hereafter, and is not done to show off, to enhance one’s reputation or for worldly gain.  2. Following the Prophet (peace and blessings of ALLAAH be upon him) in word and deed. Following the Prophet (peace and blessings of ...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul Jumuat, 11th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Friday, 9th May 2025. THE DANGEROUS NATURE  OF OUR SADAQAH/ CHARITY/ SUPPORT FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS IF NOT FOR ALLAH SAKE. BismilLah.  ALLAH Azzawajal says in the holy QUR'AN 2:264. يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تُبۡطِلُواْ صَدَقَٰتِكُم بِٱلۡمَنِّ وَٱلۡأَذَىٰ  O you who believe! Do not render in vain your Sadaqah (charity) by reminders of your generosity or by injury,  ALLAH then says, كَالَّذِي يُنفِقُ مَالَهُ رِيَاء النَّاسِ like him who spends his wealth to be seen of men, meaning, "Do not nullify your acts of charity by following them with reminders and harm, just like the charity of those who give it to show off to people." The boasting person pretends to give away charity for ALLAH'S sake, but in reality, seeks to gain people's praise and the reputation of being kind or generous or other material gains of this life. All the while, he does not think about ALLAH or gaining HIS ...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-khamis, 10th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Thursday, 8th May 2025. ACTIONS THAT CARRIES THE REWARD of HAJJ FOR THOSE WHO CANT AFFORD TO PERFORM HAJJ continues  BismilLaah Let's continue with our reminder yesterday. Since Hajj is among the most virtuous deeds in Islam, and not everyone can afford it (especially on a continuous basis) ALLAH Ta’ala has attached the reward of optional Hajj to certain other deeds for the benefit of all especially the poor.  The Prophet Mohammed (sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam) said: “One who purifies himself (i.e, makes wudu) and leaves his home to attend the Fard Salah in congregation receives the reward of a Hajj in the state of Ihram, (Sunan Abi Dawud, Hadith: 559).  Abdullah ibn ‘Amr (radiyallahu ’anhuma) reported That Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam) said: “He who recites Subhanallah 100 times in the morning and another 100 times in the evening is like one who performed Hajj (Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith:...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Arba'a, 9th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Wednesday, 7th May 2025. ACTIONS THAT CARRIES THE REWARD of HAJJ FOR THOSE WHO CANT AFFORD TO PERFORM HAJJ BismilLaah As the hujjaaj prepare to travel to the Holy Land of ALLAH Azzawajal,  we pray that ALLAH Azzawajal accept their intentions and acts of worship. May ALLAH Azzawajal invite us to be part in the near future. Aameen.  Nothing of course can equal the rewards of actually performing the Hajj, Umrah, and worshipping ALLAH in those blessed places. However, since ALLAH Azzawajal knows that many people long to make Hajj and Umra every year but are unable to do so out of HIS generosity HE made the reward for certain actions similar to the reward of a supererogatory Hajj or Umra especially for those who cannot perform Hajj and Umrah so do not use any wrong income to Hajj or Umrah. The below act can earn us rewards similar to the rewards of Hajj and Umrah.  Remembering ALLAH Azzawajal from Fajr u...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 8th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Tuesday, 6th May 2025. ARRANGED and FORCED MARRIAGES in ISLAM. BismilLah.  Basically it is not permissible for the parents, guardian, whether he is the father or anyone else, to marry off anyone under his care without her consent, because the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said: “A previously-married woman has more right concerning herself than her guardian, and the permission of a virgin should be sought (regarding marriage)” Narrated by Imam Muslim, 1421. The Prophet (sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ) said: “No previously-married woman should be married off without being consulted, and no virgin should be married off without asking her permission.” The companions said: “O Messenger of ALLAAH, what is her permission?” He said: “If she remains silent.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 4843.  Parents are encouraged to research into whoever wants to marry their daughter and support their daughter without obje...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 6th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Sunday, 4th May 2025.  ALLAH AZZAWAJAL IS  OUR PROTECTOR, OUR WALI. BismilLah.  We have different categories of friends. Some friends are fun to hang out with, but that is pretty much it; you can not exactly rely on them. Other friends are there for you but don’t always give you the best advice. But there are some friends, or that one friend, that truly has your back. The friend you would call to bail you out because you have no doubt that they will, no matter how much trouble you are in. This friend is actually protective of you. Such a friend is constantly reminding you of ALLAH Azzawajal, Jannah. Jahannam, etc. Think for a moment: do you have a friend like that? ALLAH, subhanahu wa ta’ala (Exhalted is HE), tells us that HE is that Protective Friend. HE is al-Wali. ALLAH Azzawajal says in the Qur’an: “And it is HE who sends down the rain after they had despaired and spreads HIS MERCY. And HE is th...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm As-sabt, 5th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Saturday, 3rd May 2025. ACTS THAT CAN EARN US PARADISE_. BismilLah.  As Muslims, we must always learn and implement actions that can earn us the pleasure of ALLAH Azzawajal, our CREATOR, in return for HIS Paradise awaiting HIS sincere servants.  Some of the things that can get us closer to ALLAH Azzawajal are fasting regularly, Obedience to ALLAH, HIS Messenger, Our Parents, etc. following funeral procession of a Muslim, feeding poor people, visiting sick people regularly, etc.  Abu Huraira (Radhiallahu 'anhu) reported, that ALLAH'S Messenger (Sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam) said: “Who is fasting today?” Abu Bakr (Radhiallahu 'anhu) said: I have. He (Sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam) (again) said: Who has followed a funeral procession today? Abu Bakr (Radhiallahu 'anhu) said: I have. He (Sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam - the Holy Prophet) again said: Who amongst you has served food to the needy...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul Jumuat, 4th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Friday, 2nd May 2025. SOME WAYS TO SEEK ALLAH'S SUPPORT IN WORSHIP.  BismilLah. Assalaamu Alaikum Warahmatullah brothers and sisters in Islam. Alhamdulillah for HIS guidance and blessings to be part of this blessed day of the week.  Under any situation, ALLAH (SWT) remembrance (Zikir) gives peace and comfort. ALLAH (SWT) addresses the Prophet (sallalLaahuAlaihi Wasallam) as such in Aayah 97-99 of Surah Al-Hijr saying “ALLAH is well aware that your heart is weighed down by what they (mushrikeen and kaafireen) but to find peace in your heart agaist what they say about you, Celebrate the glory of your Lord and be among those who bow down to HIM: Worship your Lord until what is certain comes to you.”  Our beloved Prophet  (sallalLaahuAlaihi Wasallam) was advised by ALLAH Azzawajal to commit to zikir whenever he is worried or going through any difficulties.
