 DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm As-sabt, 12th day of Dhul-Qa'dah 1446AH, Saturday, 10th May 2025.

*_HAJJ AND ACTS OF WORSHIP IN DHUL HIJJAH_*. *BismilLaah*

As the hujjaaj departs towards the most important and meritorious journey of their life, we pray that ALLAH purify their intentions and accept their hajj. Aameen.

Hajj is one of the best acts of worship. It is one of the pillars of Islam with which ALLAAH Azzawajal sent Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam and without which a person’s religious commitment is incomplete.

Worship can not bring a person closer to ALLAAH and can not be accepted unless it meets two conditions:

1. Sincerity towards ALLAAH Azzawajal alone, i.e., it is done to seek the Countenance of ALLAAH and the Hereafter, and is not done to show off, to enhance one’s reputation or for worldly gain.

2. Following the Prophet (peace and blessings of ALLAAH be upon him) in word and deed. Following the Prophet (peace and blessings of ALLAAH be upon him) can only be achieved by knowing his Sunnah.

Hence the one who wants to worship ALLAAH Azzawajal by doing any act of worship, Hajj or anything else, has to learn the teachings of the Prophet (peace and blessings of ALLAAH be upon him) concerning it, so that his actions will be in accordance with the Sunnah.

Hajj is not for fashion or show off as such we MUST discourage our relatives participating to avoid taking photos and videos during the rituals of hajj with aim of making people know they've performed hajj. This kind of show off can damage our rewards for the hajj

May ALLAH Azzawajal accept the hajj of all those who are participating, including my wife Aameen.

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Al-khamis, 30th day of Rajab 1446AH, Thursday. 30th Jan. 2025). MEANING OF ALLAH CREATING HUMANS IN HIS OWN IMAGE.  BismilLah. Unfortunately, other faiths have made a serious mistake in trying to compare The CREATOR, ALLAH Azzawajal with HIS Creation human beings in physical appearance, and that's blasphemy and serious error  Sheikh AbuAmina, in one of his articles, explained that, in Islam, we believe that all people have been created in the “image” of ALLAH Azzawajal. But what does this mean? ALLAH Azzawajal is the creator of everything, including all people. That people are in the “image of ALLAH Azzawajal” means they are in the form that HE, ALLAH Azzawajal has chosen and honored for them, not that they resemble ALLAH Azzawajal in physical appearance or share in the Divine Essence. Just as we say a righteous person is the “servant of ALLAH” and a mosque is the “house of ALLAH” as a way to honor them, likewise is it an added dignity for pe...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum ar-ba'a. 7th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Wednesday 20th January 2021). Who are Believers. BismilLah.  Lets check in  Suurah Al-Mu'minun (The Believers). ALLAH says; 1. Successful indeed are the believers.  2. Those who offer their Salaat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. 3. And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that ALLAH has forbidden).  4. Those who pay the Zakat . 5. Those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) 6. Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame; etc ALLAH, the Most High, says “…for verily ALLAH is with those who believe.”[Al Qur’an 8:19] When ALLAH says that “HE is with the believers”, it means that the believers don’t need anyone else. Rasullulah(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has said “Be mindful of ALLAH, and ALLAH will protect you. Be m...
