BismilLah.  Arguments over issues in the religion of Islam should be avoided as much as possible. Disputing and debating theological, legal, or historical matters will often lead to the hardening of hearts, bad feelings, and even hatred. As such, the Prophet has warned us that the nations before us went astray due to their indulgence in argumentation. HYPOCRISY AND IMPATIENCE CAN LEAD TO HELLFIRE.  BismilLah.  Imam Abu Huraira reported: We witnessed the battle of Khaibar along with the Messenger of ALLAH, peace and blessings be upon him. He said concerning a man who claimed to be a Muslim, “He is among the people of Hellfire.” When the battle began, the man fought so fiercely that he was inflicted with many wounds.  I said, “O Messenger of ALLAH, was it this man you said is among the people of the Hellfire? Indeed, he fought so bravely and was killed.” The Prophet said, “He will go to Hellfire.” Some of the people began to have doubts as someone said he was alive although severely wounded. When the night came, the man lost his patience and killed himself and we know that killing yourself is equal by buying your space in Hellfire. The Prophet was informed and he said, “ALLAH is greater!  DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 2nd day of Swafar 1447AH, Sunday, 27th July 2025. MAKE A SINCERE BELIEVER YOUR CLOSED FRIEND. BismilLah.  By saying a sincere believer, I mean the one who can regularly remind you of your wrongdoings and motivate you towards the right actions. If you cannot advise a friend or accept his advice when it comes to religious obligations or right actions then such friendship has no benefit and can even be dangerous to have such a person as a friend.  ALLAH the Exalted says in the Qur’an: “And (remember) the Day when the wrong-doer will bite their hands and say: Woe to me! Would that I had taken a path with the Messenger. Woe to me! If only I had not taken so-and-so as a friend! He/she has led me astray from this Reminder (the Qur’an) after it had come to me. And Satan is ever a deserter to man in the hour of need.” Qur’an 25:27-29.  Meaning satan after deceiving you will laugh at you and rubbish your claim against him on judgement day....

 DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm As-sabt, 1st day of Swafar 1447AH, Saturday, 26th July 2025. CAN I MARRY MY ZINA GIRL FRIEND?. BismilLah.  Scholars based on Quran and Sunnah have said that if you want to marry a Muslim Sister who is your zina mate, you just need to separate for a minimum of 3 months, both must regret and seek forgiveness then both can decide to marry in the halaal way. Abdullah Ibn Mas’ud, may ALLAH Azzawajal be pleased with him, was asked about a man who has illicit intercourse with a woman and then marries her. Abdullah recited the verse, “Those who do evil deeds and then repent afterwards and have faith, verily your Lord after that is forgiving and merciful.” (7:153).  Source: Tafsīr Ibn Abī Ḥātim 7:153. This means both can seek forgiveness and then marry. Among the most important means of warding off the danger of sihr(spiritual attack) before it happens is seeking protection regularly as prescribed in Islam, making du’aa’ and reciting prayers seeking refuge that are narrated in the Quran and from the Prophet sallallahu alaihe wassallam. These include: 1. Seeking refuge with ALLAH Azzawajal from the jinns(spiritual beings). ALLAH Azzawajal says in the Quran, “And if an evil whisper comes to you from Shaytaan, then seek refuge with ALLAH. Verily, HE is All-Hearer,  All-Knower”. [al-A’raaf 7:200]. BismilLah.  The concept of relying on ALLAH Azzawajal is known in Arabic as TAWAKKUL. Tawakkul involves placing complete trust in ALLAH Azzawajal above and beyond all others, including oneself without any excuses. You say to your brother or sister about what ALLAH Azzawajal says in Qur'an and Sunnah then you hear a quick reply BUT.....SubhanaAllah. You basically has declared that ALLAH Azzawajal is not sufficient for you astaqfirulLah.  Tawakkul is your source of contentment, ease, protection, and relief from fear and doubt. By external honesty, I mean honesty, which is judged by other people. To start with, there is carelessness and superficiality, in making the choice of the concept in the first place. So many people marry men/women for their wealth/beauty, they fall in love and they marry. Then few months or a year later, they are divorced, because he/she has gotten what he/she wanted. BismilLah.  Before a Muslim moves another step forward or performs any act or deed, he/she is obliged to acquire knowledge in the path that will lead him/her to the best end, that is, having his good deeds accepted by ALLAH (Al-Wadud, The Loving, The Kind One). It is important to note that what counts is not the number of good deeds or acts of worship performed, for there may be a person who performs many good deeds, yet, all what he gains is tiredness in this life and hardships in the hereafter. Don't finish the act before asking if it's haraam or halaal.  There are two essential conditions that must both be present in every performed good act or deed, so as to ensure their acceptance by ALLAH (Ash-Shaheed, The Witness). ALLAH Azzawajal says “And seek help in patience and As-Salaah (the prayer) and truly, it is extremely heavy and hard except for Al-Khaashi‘oon [i.e. the true believers in ALLAH, those who obey ALLAH with full submission, fear much from HIS punishment, and believe in HIS Promise (Paradise) and HIS Warnings (Hell)]”Quran 2:54.  DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm As-sabt, 17th day of Muharram 1447AH, Saturday, 12th July 2025. IS MY SALAAT VALID IF I NOTICE IMPURITIES ON MY GARMENT AFTER THE SALAAT?. BismilLah.  Scholars have ruled based on Quran and Sunnah that ALLAH does not hold us responsible for issues we were not aware of or unintentional mistakes so if you did not know your GARMENT of any type was impure or was contained with urine, sperm or whatever, your salaat is valid and no need to repeat your salaat.  But if you notice any impurities and instead of resolving the issue immediately, you delayed, then forgot and pray with any such impurities from yourself such as after the toilet or after sunnah with your wife or husband then you must purify yourself and pray again due to the fact that you knew, ignored it and forgot it so it becomes an act of ignorance or carelessness which require you to repeat your salaat after resolving your state of impurity.  DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Al-khamis, 15th day of Muharram 1447AH, Thursday, 10th July 2025. PATIENCE AND REGULAR ZIKIR OR DUA ARE THE INGREDIENTS TO SUCCESS. BismilLah.  Our Messenger of ALLAH (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “Much silence and a good disposition, there are no two things better than these.” [Authenticated by Imam Al-Bukhari]. “Every man/woman is hidden under his/her own tongue.” The tongue reveals inner beauty as well as inner vileness. Therefore, the safety of a man/woman lies in holding his tongue. Do not judge or marry through the beauty of the face but investigate his or her character especially his or her obedience to ALLAH Azzawajal not only by the beauty and the wealth.  DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Arba'a, 14th day of Muharram 1447AH, Wednesday, 9th July 2025. OUR SALAAT MUST BE OUR PRIORITY IN ALL WE DO. BismilLah.  Observance of Salaat serves as the concrete expression of thankfulness and appreciation to our Creator and Sustainer. After each prayer, we not only feel peace and tranquillity but also self-fulfilment because we have performed the primary commandment of ALLAH Azzawajal. It gives us hope that ALLAH Azzawajal will forgive our sins as HE is Most Forgiving. If we sincerely pray to HIM, HE will surely answer our prayer. We all make mistakes especially against ALLAH Azzawajal and to others. This advice is first of all to myself then to you the reader. I feel guilty when preparing this reminder but in Islam, we must speak the truth even if it is against ourselves hoping that through that ALLAH Azzawajal can guide us from our errors and mistakes in life.  When correcting others, let's choose words that aim to “advise” rather than condemn, demean, or punish the other. Avoid correcting the other person when your emotions are running high. If your intention is to ensure longer-term behaviour change in the other person without hurting your relationship, save the advice for the future when you are more in control of your emotions. Bismillah.  Alhamdulillah, for granting us the opportunity to be part of this blessed day of the week.
