 DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Arba'a, 21st day of Muharram 1447AH, Wednesday, 16th July 2025

THIS WORLD IS LIKE A SHADOW. BismilLah. 


Our beloved Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said;  

And whoever makes the Dunya(this world) his concern, ALLAH will scatter his affairs, put poverty before him (as a trial) and nothing of the world will come to him except what ALLAH Azzawajal has written for him.” ALLAH Azzawajal says

“Whoever makes the hereafter his concern, ALLAH will gather together his affairs, place contentment in his heart and the world will come to him despite his reluctance.  [Reported by Ibn Maajah 3329].


Dunya (this world) is like a shadow. If you try to catch it, you will never be able to do so hattaa zurtumul Maqaabir, till death takes us to the grave. If you turn your back towards the shadows, it has no choice but to follow you.


Prophet Issah(Jesus Christ) peace be upon him gave his people a very good advice when he is reported to have said in Matthew  6:33 "seek ye first the kingdom of ALLAH, and HIS righteousness; and all good or other things shall be added unto you.


" May ALLAH Azzawajal aid us to make the hereafter our priority in life. May ALLAH Azzawajal have mercy on all departed Muslims. May ALLAH Azzawajal guide our misguided brothers and sisters and keep guiding us all who are striving to please HIM. Aameen.
