 DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Al-khamis, 4th day of Jumaad-athaani 1446AH, Thursday. 5th Dec. 2024).

HOW PREPARED ARE WE FOR DEATH?. BismilLah. 


ALLAH says in Quran 59:18. 

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَلۡتَنظُرۡ نَفۡسٌ مَّا قَدَّمَتۡ لِغَدٍۖ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرٌۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ 


O you who believe! Have Taqwa of ALLAH. Taqwa of ALLAH which pertains to obeying what HE ordered and staying away from what HE forbade and let every person look to what he has sent forth for tomorrow, meaning, hold yourselves accountable before you are recompensed, and contemplate what you have kept for yourselves of good deeds for the Day of your return and being paraded before your Lord, Have Taqwa of ALLAH,

again ordering Taqwa, Verily, ALLAH is All-Aware of what you do.


In the above verse, ALLAH asserts that, surely, HE knows all of our deeds and actions. Nothing that pertains to us ever escapes HIS observation, nor any matter of us, whether major or minor, is ever beyond HIS knowledge so lets be mindful of whatever we do and always remember death by doing certain acts purely for ALLAH sake in preparing or readiness in case death knock on us. May ALLAH keep guiding us all and aid us in preparing for our final abode. Aameen.
