 DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-ithnayn, 20th day of RabeeulAwwal, 1446AH (Monday, 23rd September 2024). ATTENTION, ALLAH IS CALLING. BismilLah.

ALLAH says in Qur'an 2:21-22

O mankind! Worship your Lord (ALLAH), Who created you and those who were before you so that you may acquire Taqwa (ALLAH consciousness, by helping you to stay away from any form of disobedience to ALLAH).

ALLAH mentioned HIS Oneness in divinity and stated that HE has favoured HIS servants by bringing us to life after we did not exist.

HE also surrounded us with blessings, both hidden and apparent

In verse 22 ALLAH says;

Who has made the earth a resting place for you, HE made the earth a resting place for us, just like the bed, stable with the firm mountains. And the sky as a canopy, meaning, `a ceiling'.

Similarly, ALLAH says in another Ayah,

And ALLAH made the heaven a roof, safe and well-guarded. Yet they turn away from its signs (i.e. sun, moon, winds, clouds). (21:32)

And sends down for you water (rain) from the sky, meaning, through the clouds, when they need the rain.

and brought forth therewith fruits as a provision for us.

Hence, ALLAH caused the various types of vegetation and fruits to grow as a means of sustenance for people and their cattle.

Then do not set up rivals unto ALLAH (in worship) while you know (that HE alone has the right to be worshipped).

In an authentic hadith;

Narrated 'Abdullah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: I asked the Prophet (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wa Sallam), "What is the greatest sin in consideration with ALLAH?" He said, "That you set up a rival to ALLAH though HE Alone created you." I said, "That is indeed a great sin." Then I asked, "What is next?" He said, "To kill your son lest he should share your food with you." I asked, "What is next?" He said, "To commit illegal sexual intercourse with the wife of your neighbour." [Sahih Al-Bukhari, 6/4477]. Allahu Akbar. May ALLAH keeps guiding us all and protects us from any satanic influences. Aameen.

 THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
 DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 17th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Sunday. 16th Feb. 2025). THE TRUE MEANINGS OF THE WORD DEEN continues. BismilLah.  ALLAH (Azza Wa Jal, The MIGHTY and the MAJESTIC) has sent HIS Messenger with the true deen for the purpose of ending the sovereignty of all false gods and granting us immense freedom so that we live as servants of none but the LORD of the UNIVERSE, no matter how much the idolaters and polytheists may dislike or oppose such a course. Thus, these three meanings of deen stand out: To acknowledge ALLAH as the ONLY LORD, MASTER and RULER. To obey and serve ONLY HIM. To be accountable to HIM, to fear only HIS punishment and to covet only HIS reward. Deen also includes obedience to ALLAH'S Messengers. The commandments of ALLAH Azzawajal have been given to human beings through HIS books and HIS Messengers. ALLAH Azzawajal says; Children of Aadam! If there should come to you Messengers from among you, who convey MY revelations unto you, ...
  THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum ar-ba'a. 7th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Wednesday 20th January 2021). Who are Believers. BismilLah.  Lets check in  Suurah Al-Mu'minun (The Believers). ALLAH says; 1. Successful indeed are the believers.  2. Those who offer their Salaat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. 3. And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that ALLAH has forbidden).  4. Those who pay the Zakat . 5. Those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) 6. Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame; etc ALLAH, the Most High, says “…for verily ALLAH is with those who believe.”[Al Qur’an 8:19] When ALLAH says that “HE is with the believers”, it means that the believers don’t need anyone else. Rasullulah(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has said “Be mindful of ALLAH, and ALLAH will protect you. Be m...
