DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 10th day of Swafar, 1446AH (Wednesday, 14th August 2024). RELATIONSHIP WITH NON RELATIVE. BismilLah.

Let's continue with our topic from yesterday's reminder.

Another wrong and bad excuse from some Muslim brothers is that, ‘I am yet to furnish my apartment or get a permanent paying job before I can settle down’. SubhaanAllah! Do you realise the harm you are causing yourself?

How many times do you have the bad thought of having the opposite sex by your side and the feeling for fantasizing. It is by all standard advisable for one to have a decent place as shelter, but you needn’t acquire everything to get married. Getting married does not in any way mean one should start procreation outright, NO. So start the process, talk to the sister, and go ahead to knock. Introduce yourself to her parents or those in charge of her affairs and then put your trust in ALLAH. She might even help you with the marriage, and through her ALLAH can bless you with regular sources of sustenance.

Let's make our minds up to marry our sisters. Let's begin to revive the Sunnah of the messenger of ALLAH. Marriage is a great Sunnah for success.

If the sister is mindful of ALLAH and you know it, go ahead and marry her and put your trust in ALLAH. If the brother reminds you of ALLAH and about your deen, go ahead and marry him and put your trust in ALLAH.

If you choose to graduate and find a job before marriage, that's okay but then stop the flirting, stop wasting your time accumulating sins through the haraam relationship and concentrate on your studies and your acts of worship. For brothers hanging around with non relative sisters with any excuse, please fear ALLAH and lower your gaze as you are playing with fire. Sheitan is our enemy in causing us to ruin our lives and our marriages. If you are married, focus on your wife and stay away from any opposite gender in the name of business or normal friend. You may have a sister or brother as a business customer but fear ALLAH and implement the Sharia rulings in regards to zina of the eyes and zina of the mouth, etc.

May ALLAH have mercy on us all and forgive our shortcomings. Aameen.

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 17th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Sunday. 16th Feb. 2025). THE TRUE MEANINGS OF THE WORD DEEN continues. BismilLah.  ALLAH (Azza Wa Jal, The MIGHTY and the MAJESTIC) has sent HIS Messenger with the true deen for the purpose of ending the sovereignty of all false gods and granting us immense freedom so that we live as servants of none but the LORD of the UNIVERSE, no matter how much the idolaters and polytheists may dislike or oppose such a course. Thus, these three meanings of deen stand out: To acknowledge ALLAH as the ONLY LORD, MASTER and RULER. To obey and serve ONLY HIM. To be accountable to HIM, to fear only HIS punishment and to covet only HIS reward. Deen also includes obedience to ALLAH'S Messengers. The commandments of ALLAH Azzawajal have been given to human beings through HIS books and HIS Messengers. ALLAH Azzawajal says; Children of Aadam! If there should come to you Messengers from among you, who convey MY revelations unto you, ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum ar-ba'a. 7th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Wednesday 20th January 2021). Who are Believers. BismilLah.  Lets check in  Suurah Al-Mu'minun (The Believers). ALLAH says; 1. Successful indeed are the believers.  2. Those who offer their Salaat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. 3. And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that ALLAH has forbidden).  4. Those who pay the Zakat . 5. Those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) 6. Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame; etc ALLAH, the Most High, says “…for verily ALLAH is with those who believe.”[Al Qur’an 8:19] When ALLAH says that “HE is with the believers”, it means that the believers don’t need anyone else. Rasullulah(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has said “Be mindful of ALLAH, and ALLAH will protect you. Be m...
