DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Arba'a, 17th day of Swafar, 1446AH (Wednesday, 21st August 2024).

APPRECIATE THE LITTLE YOU HAVE IF YOU WANT MORE FROM ALLAH. Bismillah.

Our Life as Muslims is a gift from ALLAH (Azza Wa Jal, The Mighty and the Majestic). We can only polish it with obedience to ALLAH or corrupt it with disobedience. Today, before you say an unkind word, think of someone who can't speak, then say Alhamdulillah.

Before you complain about the taste of your food to your wife, etc, think of someone who has nothing to eat, then say Alhamdulillah.

Before you complain about your husband or wife, think of someone who's crying out to ALLAH for a companion, then say Alhamdulillah. Before you complain about life, think of someone who died younger than you, healthier than you, wealthier than you, etc, then say Alhamdulillah.

Before you complain about your children, think of someone who desires children but they're barren.

And when you are tired and complain about your job, think of the unemployed, the disabled, and those who wish they had your job.

Before you think of pointing the finger or condemning another person's shortcomings, Remember that not one of us is without sins and we are all answerable to one CREATOR, ALLAH so advise him or her with wisdom and patience.

And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down, Put a smile on your face and thank ALLAH you're alive and still around and seek forgiveness because regardless of your condition, someone is worse than you within your community and within your family. The Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam said, if you are thankful to ALLAH, HE will increase you in sustenance. Alhamdulillah alaa kulli haal. MAY ALLAH (Al-haadi, The Guide) keep guiding us all and protect us from any satanic influences. Aameen.

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 17th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Sunday. 16th Feb. 2025). THE TRUE MEANINGS OF THE WORD DEEN continues. BismilLah.  ALLAH (Azza Wa Jal, The MIGHTY and the MAJESTIC) has sent HIS Messenger with the true deen for the purpose of ending the sovereignty of all false gods and granting us immense freedom so that we live as servants of none but the LORD of the UNIVERSE, no matter how much the idolaters and polytheists may dislike or oppose such a course. Thus, these three meanings of deen stand out: To acknowledge ALLAH as the ONLY LORD, MASTER and RULER. To obey and serve ONLY HIM. To be accountable to HIM, to fear only HIS punishment and to covet only HIS reward. Deen also includes obedience to ALLAH'S Messengers. The commandments of ALLAH Azzawajal have been given to human beings through HIS books and HIS Messengers. ALLAH Azzawajal says; Children of Aadam! If there should come to you Messengers from among you, who convey MY revelations unto you, ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum ar-ba'a. 7th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Wednesday 20th January 2021). Who are Believers. BismilLah.  Lets check in  Suurah Al-Mu'minun (The Believers). ALLAH says; 1. Successful indeed are the believers.  2. Those who offer their Salaat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. 3. And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that ALLAH has forbidden).  4. Those who pay the Zakat . 5. Those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) 6. Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame; etc ALLAH, the Most High, says “…for verily ALLAH is with those who believe.”[Al Qur’an 8:19] When ALLAH says that “HE is with the believers”, it means that the believers don’t need anyone else. Rasullulah(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has said “Be mindful of ALLAH, and ALLAH will protect you. Be m...
