 DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 11th day of Muharram, 1446AH (Wednesday, 17th July 2024).

GIVING SINCERE SADAQAH AND ITS EFFECTS ON OUR LIFE. BismilLaah.

Sadaqah is a means of gaining baraqah(blessings) on our wealth or income. It may be hard for us to give sadaqah when we are barely able to make ends meet. However, if we truly trust in ALLAH, we will give from the little we have to our relatives in particular with intention of gaining baraqah on our income as ALLAH promised in Quran 2:261 as ALLAH says;

The parable of those who spend their wealth in the way of ALLAH, is that of a grain (of corn); it grows seven ears, and each ear has a hundred grains.

This is a parable that ALLAH made of the multiplication of rewards for those who spend in HIS cause, seeking HIS pleasure. ALLAH multiplies the good deed ten to seven hundred times especially in this blessed month of the year.

If we truly believe and apply this verse, we will come to learn that we can never lose from giving sadaqah, but instead we gain immensely from it. However, gaining from sadaqah may not always be in a physical form. When we give sadaqah, it doesn’t necessarily mean that our salaries will increase or we will miraculously stumble upon a goldmine. It may mean that ALLAH will put baraqah(blessings) into our wealth and possessions instead.

By regularly giving sadaqah, we will quickly notice that although we are still spending the same amount of money on the same expenses, we will still have plenty left in shaa ALLAH. Example is you going to a shop to buy a TV which cost $1000 and you are ready with your $1000 only to realise you left your wallet at home. You then decided to come back to the same shop the next day only the realise that the same TV is now half price 50% discount Allahu Akbar. Who made you to forget your wallet yesterday? ALLAH indeed as part of the blessings on your $1000. This happiness to us on our daily lives that we fail to notice. Let's support our relatives and the needy in this blessed month of Muharram for our own good.

MAY ALLAH KEEP GUIDING US ALL AND BLESS US WITH THE LITTLE CHARITY WE GIVE. Aameen.

 THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
 DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 17th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Sunday. 16th Feb. 2025). THE TRUE MEANINGS OF THE WORD DEEN continues. BismilLah.  ALLAH (Azza Wa Jal, The MIGHTY and the MAJESTIC) has sent HIS Messenger with the true deen for the purpose of ending the sovereignty of all false gods and granting us immense freedom so that we live as servants of none but the LORD of the UNIVERSE, no matter how much the idolaters and polytheists may dislike or oppose such a course. Thus, these three meanings of deen stand out: To acknowledge ALLAH as the ONLY LORD, MASTER and RULER. To obey and serve ONLY HIM. To be accountable to HIM, to fear only HIS punishment and to covet only HIS reward. Deen also includes obedience to ALLAH'S Messengers. The commandments of ALLAH Azzawajal have been given to human beings through HIS books and HIS Messengers. ALLAH Azzawajal says; Children of Aadam! If there should come to you Messengers from among you, who convey MY revelations unto you, ...
  THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum ar-ba'a. 7th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Wednesday 20th January 2021). Who are Believers. BismilLah.  Lets check in  Suurah Al-Mu'minun (The Believers). ALLAH says; 1. Successful indeed are the believers.  2. Those who offer their Salaat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. 3. And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that ALLAH has forbidden).  4. Those who pay the Zakat . 5. Those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) 6. Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame; etc ALLAH, the Most High, says “…for verily ALLAH is with those who believe.”[Al Qur’an 8:19] When ALLAH says that “HE is with the believers”, it means that the believers don’t need anyone else. Rasullulah(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has said “Be mindful of ALLAH, and ALLAH will protect you. Be m...
