 DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm al-ithnayn. 26th day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1445AH (Monday 3rd June 2024).

WHY WE REPEAT AR-RAHMAAN AND AR-RAHEEM IN OUR WORSHIP. BismilLah.

While we should be mindful of ALL of ALLAH’s names and attributes, we call ALLAH by HIS names Ar-Rahman and Ar-Raheem multiple times a day, and those are amongst the names ALLAH chose for us to repeat in every single prayer.

What do these names of ALLAH mean?

While both are often translated as the Most-Merciful, Ar-Rahman refers to ALLAH as the Owner of immense MERCY on HIS entire creation even to idol worshipers, while Ar-Raheem refers to ALLAH as the One who bestows HIS MERCY on HIS Servants who chooses to worship HIM. Throughout the day ALLAH reminds us of HIS immeasurable MERCY that HE grants us. If HE is telling us HE is so MERCIFUL, why wouldn’t we think of HIM in that way as well?

We Muslims should have good thoughts and expectations of ALLAH so that when we err, we don’t fall into despair, and when we need something, we know that ALLAH can grant it to us if it is for our best. We should never forget ALLAH’s MERCY and POWER, nor HIS JUSTICE, especially for those who are enjoying HIS Mercy but worshipping others. May ALLAH keep guiding us all and protects us from any satanic influences. Aameen.

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Al-khamis, 30th day of Rajab 1446AH, Thursday. 30th Jan. 2025). MEANING OF ALLAH CREATING HUMANS IN HIS OWN IMAGE.  BismilLah. Unfortunately, other faiths have made a serious mistake in trying to compare The CREATOR, ALLAH Azzawajal with HIS Creation human beings in physical appearance, and that's blasphemy and serious error  Sheikh AbuAmina, in one of his articles, explained that, in Islam, we believe that all people have been created in the “image” of ALLAH Azzawajal. But what does this mean? ALLAH Azzawajal is the creator of everything, including all people. That people are in the “image of ALLAH Azzawajal” means they are in the form that HE, ALLAH Azzawajal has chosen and honored for them, not that they resemble ALLAH Azzawajal in physical appearance or share in the Divine Essence. Just as we say a righteous person is the “servant of ALLAH” and a mosque is the “house of ALLAH” as a way to honor them, likewise is it an added dignity for pe...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum ar-ba'a. 7th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Wednesday 20th January 2021). Who are Believers. BismilLah.  Lets check in  Suurah Al-Mu'minun (The Believers). ALLAH says; 1. Successful indeed are the believers.  2. Those who offer their Salaat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. 3. And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that ALLAH has forbidden).  4. Those who pay the Zakat . 5. Those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) 6. Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame; etc ALLAH, the Most High, says “…for verily ALLAH is with those who believe.”[Al Qur’an 8:19] When ALLAH says that “HE is with the believers”, it means that the believers don’t need anyone else. Rasullulah(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has said “Be mindful of ALLAH, and ALLAH will protect you. Be m...
