THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm As-Sabt. 29th day of Rajab, 1445AH (Saturday, 10th February 2024). SOME PROPHETIC TEACHINGS BEFORE GOING TO BED. Bismillah.

Before climbing onto bed anytime of the day or night, dust the bed thrice with the corner of any clothe. Clean your teeth with Miswaak if possible or with brush and paste. Be in a state of wuduu. Sleep on the right side of your body facing the Qibla with the right hand underneath the head like a pillow and with the knees slightly bent.  Recite Aayatul Kursy and the last three chapters (Al-Ikhlaas, Al-Falaq, An-Naas) of the Quran, dry blow air to your palms then wipe over your entire body as much as possible, beginning with your head and face and then all parts of the body, do this 3 times if you can or atleast once whenever you are feeling lazy like myself sometimes😊. It's sunnah from the Prophet Muhammed sallallahu alaihi wasallam.

Don't forget to offer your witir Salaat before sleeping or offer your two rakaats shafai with the intention of additing your witir to your tahajjud. Try to forgive all those who have hurt you or owe you money and seek forgiveness from anyone you’ve hurt because you might not wake up to see another day. Pray for all Muslims suffering from any difficulties in any part of the world.

We ask ALLAH to grant us good health and forgive our sins with HIS MERCY. Aameen.
