THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 5th day of Rajab, 1445AH (Wednesday, 17th January 2024). BECOME THE HAPPIEST MUSLIM ESPECIALLY TO OUR SISTERS continues. BismilLah.

AlhamdulilLah, yesterday we reminded each other on some basic things we can do as Muslims to keep ourselves happy towards obedience to ALLAH. Today we will focus on things we should be avoiding if we want to be happy in life.

No to wasting time in trivial pursuits and love of revenge and futile arguments.

No to giving priority to money and accumulation of wealth over one's health, happiness, sleep, and peace of mind.

No to seeking out other people's faults and backbitting about them, whilst forgetting one's own faults.

No to indulging in physical pleasure and giving in to every whim and desire.

No to wasting time with shallow people and spending hours in idle pursuits.

No to neglecting physical hygiene and cleanliness in the house, and being disorganized at home.

No to haraam drinks, cigarettes etc.

No to thinking of past calamities and dwelling on past mistakes.

No to forgetting the hereafter and neglecting to strive for it, and to being careless of what will happen in the hereafter.

No to wasting money on haraam things, being extravagant with regard to permissible things, and falling short in acts of worship.

Remember what ALLAAH, the Exalted says as mentioned yesterday: "Whoever works righteousness - whether male or female - while he/she is a true believer (of Islamic monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contenment and lawful provision), and ALLAH shall pay them certainly a reward in proportion to the best of what they used to do (Paradise in the Hereafter)." (16:97). AlhamdulilLah. May ALLAH be pleased with us, forgive our shortcomings and grant us Jannat by HIS MERCY . Aameen.

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 17th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Sunday. 16th Feb. 2025). THE TRUE MEANINGS OF THE WORD DEEN continues. BismilLah.  ALLAH (Azza Wa Jal, The MIGHTY and the MAJESTIC) has sent HIS Messenger with the true deen for the purpose of ending the sovereignty of all false gods and granting us immense freedom so that we live as servants of none but the LORD of the UNIVERSE, no matter how much the idolaters and polytheists may dislike or oppose such a course. Thus, these three meanings of deen stand out: To acknowledge ALLAH as the ONLY LORD, MASTER and RULER. To obey and serve ONLY HIM. To be accountable to HIM, to fear only HIS punishment and to covet only HIS reward. Deen also includes obedience to ALLAH'S Messengers. The commandments of ALLAH Azzawajal have been given to human beings through HIS books and HIS Messengers. ALLAH Azzawajal says; Children of Aadam! If there should come to you Messengers from among you, who convey MY revelations unto you, ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum ar-ba'a. 7th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Wednesday 20th January 2021). Who are Believers. BismilLah.  Lets check in  Suurah Al-Mu'minun (The Believers). ALLAH says; 1. Successful indeed are the believers.  2. Those who offer their Salaat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. 3. And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that ALLAH has forbidden).  4. Those who pay the Zakat . 5. Those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) 6. Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame; etc ALLAH, the Most High, says “…for verily ALLAH is with those who believe.”[Al Qur’an 8:19] When ALLAH says that “HE is with the believers”, it means that the believers don’t need anyone else. Rasullulah(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has said “Be mindful of ALLAH, and ALLAH will protect you. Be m...
