THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Khamis. 29th day of Ramadhan, 1444AH (Thursday, 20th April 2023).

ALL WE NEED TO KNOW AND PREPARE FOR EIDUL FITIR. BismilLah.

EID-UL-FITR is celebrated on the first day of Shaw'waal, at the completion of RAMADHAN, which is likely to be tomorrow Friday or Saturday subject to moon sightings tonight or not  in Shaa ALLAH Shaw'waal is the 10th month of the Islamic calendar. The Eid-al-Fitr is a very joyous day; it is a true Thanksgiving Day for the believing men and women. On this day we Muslims show our real joy for the health, strength and the opportunities of life, which ALLAH has given to us to fulfill our obligation of fasting and other good deeds during the blessed month of Ramadhan.

On the eid day, please wake up early.

Prepare for personal cleanliness, take care of details of clothing, etc. Take a Ghusl (Islamic bath). Brush your teeth. Dress up, putting on best clothes available, whether new or cleaned old ones. Use perfume (men only). Have breakfast before the salaat. Pay your Zakaat-al-Fitr before Salaat-al-Eid, meaning you can offer it from today or early morning before the Eid salaat else after Eid, it's not considered zakaatul fitir. Remember not to offer any sunnah salaat on the praying field before the eid salaat, but if the eid is arranged in masjid, then offer 2 rakaats tahiiyaatul Masjid that's greeting the masjid. This is not sunnah salaat for eid. JazaakumulLaahu Khairan for your Ramadhan Sadaqah. We've got only one day left. Please send your Eidul Fitir to my Ghana mobile money number 0244220273 Yakubu Adam. I've been targeting the most less privileged Muslims in our societies that my agents in Ghana are identifying, and so far we've supported lots of Muslims in dire need and more still on awaiting list. May ALLAH accept it from us all. Aameen.

Eidul Fitir in advance. May ALLAH accept our ibaadaat (acts of worship). Aameen.

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Jumuat, 9th day of Muharram (Friday 28th August 2020). ACTS THAT CAN EARN US PARADISE. BismilLah.  As Muslims we must always learn and implement actions that can earn us the Pleasure of ALLAH our CREATOR in return for HIS Paradise awaiting HIS sincere servants.  Some of the things that can get us closer to ALLAH are , fasting regularly, Obedience to ALLAH, HIS Messenger, Our Parents etc. following funeral procession of a Muslim, feeding poor people, visiting sick people regularly etc.  Abu Huraira (Radhiallahu 'anhu) reported, that ALLAH'S Messenger (Sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam) said: “Who is fasting today?” Abu Bakr (Radhiallahu 'anhu) said: I have. He (Sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam) (again) said: Who has followed a funeral procession today? Abu Bakr (Radhiallahu 'anhu) said: I have. He (Sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam - the Holy Prophet) again said: Who amongst you has served food to the needy today Abu Bakr (Radhiallahu ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Jumuat and Yaumul Aashuura. 10th day of Muharram, 1445AH (Friday, 28th July, 2023). SPECIAL EID DAY FOR US ALL. BismilLah.  Assalaamu Alaikum WarahmatulLah to you all. AlhamdulilLah for granting us the opportunity to be part of this blessed day. Today mark the day when ALLAH granted Musah alayhi salaam victory over Fir'awn. Today mark the day ALLAH humiliated HIS worse enemy on earth Fir'awn for his disbelief in ALLAH and claiming he was ALLAH. We are all fasting on this blessed day seeking forgiveness from ALLAH for our sins from last year till date as the Prophet sallalLaahu Alaihi Wasallam recommended.  Those who are unable to fast can still do much to earn lots of rewards especially our sisters and daughters in their monthly cycle. You can recite lots of azkaar and give sadaqah with your intention to seek forgiveness from ALLAH. Please remember today is Friday lets strive to go to Masjid early and also remember to send salutations to our...
