THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawmul Jumuat. 9th day of Ramadhan, 1444AH (Friday 31st March 2023). THE REAL THIEVES OF RAMADAN CONTINUES. BismilLah Let's conclude on this topic.  The next point to be careful about is Bad Akhlaq(practice of virtue, morality and manners): Fasting is not just restraining from food and drinks but eyes, ears, tongue and all parts of the body should also be fasting.. Stay away from lying, backbiting, cursing, suspicion etc if you want to receive the full rewards for the fasting.  And finally, the biggest thief: Social Media i.e Facebook, Watsapp, YouTube, etc. If you do not use them in the right way, all your good deeds could be taken from you. Don't let this holy month go so that when everyone is receiving their rewards, you are the one who maybe empty-handed. YouTube especially is a place we can easily listen to or watch our scholars tafseer, etc, but it's the same place that can damage our eemaan and aqeedah with bad contents. Please remembe...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 8th day of Ramadhan, 1444AH (Thursday 30th March 2023).  THE REAL THIEVES OF RAMADHAN CONTINUES. BismilLah Let's continue from yesterday's reminder. Please request a copy if you couldn't receive the reminder yesterday.  Wasting night: A thief that steals the most valuable time from us. This thief is responsible for turning you away from salaatul layl, istighfar and tawbah and recitation of the Qur'an. Make time your priority without wasting a second in this blessed month.  Stinginess: Give sadaqah, iftaar, and help the orphans.. Give iftaar even if it is half a date or a sip of water, so ALLAH will forgive your sins. Gatherings without dhikr of ALLAH: This thief comes with deep regret on the day of judgement. Don't go to places of gathering if not for Islamic lectures, etc.  Not Helping parents; Whoever in this month does good towards their relatives, ALLAH connects them with HIS mercy on the day of judgement. My dear, ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 7th day of Ramadhan, 1444AH (Wednesday 29th March 2023). Lets Be careful with THIEVES of the month of Ramadhan. BismilLah.  By saying thieves, I mean things and actions that can take away most of the blessings of this month from us.  Television: This thief is dangerous and ruins days of people and diminishes their rewards, by watching useless movies and programs it squanders the time in a month where the days are the best of all days and nights are the best of all nights. Let's give TV the YELLOW card if we can be watching only Islamic lectures on it, but the RED card if we can't use it for only Islamic programs.  Too much sleep: Just because it is said in Hadith that even sleep in this month has thawab (some benefits) doesn't mean that you should excessively sleep.. The point is that if even sleep contains rewards, then imagine the rewards of Ibaadat or acts of worship. Let's utilise our time wisely in getting the best out...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Ath-thalaatha. 6th day of Ramadhan, 1444AH (Tuesday 28th March 2023). CONTROLLING OUR TONGUE. BismilLah.  Controlling the tongue for many people is more difficult than abstaining from food and drinks. It is easy to abstain from food and drink, but abstaining one’s tongue is a really difficult one. What we need to remember is that ALLAH is not in need of the fast of such a person. The Prophet sallallahu  alaihi  wasallam said: “Whoever does not give up false speech and acting upon it, ALLAH has no need of him giving up his food and drink.” [Tirmidhi 707]. Even though it is difficult to always keep our tongue under control, let us try our best. Let us constantly keep reminding ourselves that we are not only abstaining from food and drink, and that we are also abstaining from all sorts of sins, which will cause us to attain the anger of ALLAH. Ramadhan rewards depend on the quality of how we made used of the day ie how we started and e...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-ithnayn. 5th day of Ramadhan, 1444AH (Monday 27th March 2023). THE BEST FORM OF CHARITY. BismilLah. It was narrated that Abu Hurairah (RA) said: "A man asked: 'O Messenger of ALLAH (peace be upon him), which kind of charity is best? He said: 'Giving charity when you are in good health, and feeling stingy, hoping for a long life and fearing poverty."(Sunan an-Nasa'i, Book 23, Hadith 2543). There is no better month to give charity than this month, especially to your relatives, so let's step up our efforts. May ALLAH aid us to be able to support those in need and keep guiding us till Jannat becomes our final abode. Aameen.
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawmul Ahad. 4th day of Ramadhan, 1444AH (Sunday 26th March 2023). SOME MISTAKES TO AVOID DURING FASTING . Bismillah. Alhamdulillah, for blessing us to be part of this blessed month. It's my hope that all abled muslims are fasting and I pray that may ALLAH accept it from us all and bless those who are unable to fast due to genuine reasons such as our sisters in their cycle etc. Let's remind each other about some mistakes we do whilst fasting. Wasting time. The month of Ramadhan is precious, before we realized, this month of MERCY and FORGIVENESS is over. We should try and spend every moment possible in the worship of ALLAH so that we can make the most of these blessings. However, there are some of who waste away their day playing video games, or worse still, watching TV, movies, or even listening to music instead of the Quran. Some ignorance even fight and divorce their wives during fasting Subhaan’Allah! Some fast but do not give up lying, cur...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm As-Sabt. 3rd day of Ramadhan, 1444AH (Saturday 25th March 2023). SHOULD A DIABETIC PERSON FAST? IS IT NOT SUFFICIENT FOR HIM TO OFFER FIDYAH (FEEDING THE POOR)?. Bismillah.  In response to this question, I can say that one can not make a blanket ruling to the effect that all diabetic people may skip fasting and only need to provide fidyah(feeding the poor). This is because each diabetic person's condition is different from the other, as each one reacts differently to fasting. If we see one diabetic person as being adversely affected by fasting, we also find another, in spite of being a diabetic, not at all troubled by fasting. This being the case, one should never assume that all diabetic individuals are generally exempt from fasting. If a diabetic person has been advised by his or her doctor not to keep the fast, or if, after having monitored his or her sugar level, it has been determined that fasting is dangerous, then they are exempt from ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawmul Jumuat. 2nd day of Ramadhan, 1444AH (Friday 24th March 2023). What’s the difference between Maghfirah (مغفرة ) and 'Afuw (عفو )? BismilLah.  AlhamdulilLah for granting us this blessed day in this blessed month.  Maghfirah_: is for ALLAH to forgive you for the sin, but the sin will still be registered on your book of deeds. Maghfirah is ALLAH’s forgiveness for your sin, but on Judgment Day, it will be written on your record, ALLAH will ask you about it, but HE won’t punish you because of it. This is for ALLAH to remind us that HE records whatever we do, so we must be careful.  Afuw: is for ALLAH to forgive you for the sin and delete it from your book of deeds as if it did not happen. ‘Afuw is ALLAH’s pardon for your sin. It will be completely erased from your record, and ALLAH won’t ask you about it on Judgement Day.  This is why our Prophet (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said that this is the best Dua to make when seeking La...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm al-khamis. 1st day of Ramadhan, 1444AH (Thursday 23rd March 2023). RAMADHAN HAS BEGUN BismilLah.  AlhamdulilLah, for granting us the opportunity to be part of this year's Ramadhan. May ALLAH accept it from us all and forgive our shortcomings. This is the month of Mercy from ALLAH, and if you want to earn the Mercy of ALLAH, then be Merciful to others, especially your relatives and more, especially your wife or husband We are in Ramadhan, so please forgive her or him and start the Ramadhan in good faith. Please don't be difficult in telling your wife even though we are in Ramadhan, you are not eating her food or still not talking to her for the mistakes she or he had committed. Let's forgive each other for the sake of ALLAH only if we wish for ALLAH to forgive us. Don't deny your parents money in Ramadhan because they've done you wrong. Remember that you and your wealth belong to your parents till death comes between you.  Let's...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 30th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Wednesday 22nd March 2023). ARE YOU READY FOR THE BLESSED MONTH?. BismilLah.  In shaa ALLAH tomorrow by this time we will all be fasting to please ALLAH subject to moon sighting this evening. Let's strive to do our possible best purely to please ALLAH. This is a yearly MOT for the body, Soul and Eemaan. Be rest assured that whatever you do in goodness this month, ALLAH will do justice for us and multiplies for us, so let's not be lazy in any way. Indeed, ALLAH does not do injustice, [even] as much as an atom's weight; while if there is a good deed, HE multiplies it and gives from Himself a great reward.  May ALLAH accept it from us and increase our sustenance in this blessed month. Aameen.
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Ath-thalaatha. 29th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Tuesday 21st March 2023). ALHAMDULILLAH FOR GRANTING US ANOTHER BLESSED MONTH OF RAMADHAN. BismilLah.  Ramadhan is an incredible opportunity that we shouldn’t lose out on. It is a month full of enormous spiritual wealth and reward. However, many of us often suffer from a lack of productivity during Ramadhan and not making the most of the special blessed month.  With Ramadhan starting soon in shaa ALLAH, let's strive to welcome it with piety and sincerity, hoping to gain more rewards and forgiveness from it. Let's not forget the less privileged Muslims during this blessed month.   May ALLAH accept it from us all and make this RAMADHAN a successful one. Aameen.
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm al-ithnayn. 28th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Monday 20th March 2023). ARE WE PLANNING TO HELP OTHERS FOR ALLAH SAKE IN THIS BLESSED MONTH OF RAMADHAN? BismilLah.  In shaa ALLAH, Ramadhan may start on Wednesday or Thursday coming subject to moon sighting.  If you are blessed with wealth, good health, or knowledge, then we should acknowledge HIS blessing by sharing with those who are less fortunate. Some may need direct financial aid. Others may need guidance in the form of sound sincere advice. Others may need comfort and a good word. All are forms of Sadaqa that will count in our favour. Let's look into our relatives or family and help those who are certain to struggle in this blessed month.  As we strive to sight the moon tomorrow evening, I want to advise that wherever you are, respect and follow the decision of your central masjid imam or management so that with unity we can start with BismilLah and end with AlhamdulilLah. Let's st...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawmul Ahad. 27th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Sunday 19th March 2023). AS RAMADHAN APPROACHES, CAN I COOK FOR A HUSBAND WHO CHOOSES NOT TO FAST WITHOUT ANY VALID REASON BUT STILL CLAIMS HE IS A MUSLIM WITHOUT EVEN PRAYING. BismilLah.  A wife do not owe the duty of cooking or serving food or drink to her spouse who does not fast during the days of Ramadhan, if he does so without having any valid reason (of sickness, or old age) that would excuse him from fasting. Since we are not allowed to condone or help someone who is committing a sin by serving him food and drinks, you are also guilty of a sin if you do so. It is common knowledge in Islam that skipping fasts without valid reason of sickness and travelling difficulties due to old age is considered a cardinal sin  if a husband does not have valid excuses, not to fast. The husband is guilty of even a graver sin by not praying; even greater than all of these is his denial of his obligation to pr...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm As-Sabt. 26th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Saturday 18th March 2023). BLESSINGS  OF ALLAH ON US FOR OUR SALAAT. BISMILLAH.  Narrated by Abu Hurairah (RA), ALLAH'S  Messenger (sallalLaahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “A man’s Salat in congregation is 27 times more rewarding than his Salat at home or in his shop, and that is because when he performs his ablution properly and proceeds towards the mosque with the sole purpose of offering Salat in congregation, he does not take a step without being raised a degree (rank in Paradise) for it and having a sin remitted for it, till he enters the mosque. When he is engaged in Salat after entering the mosque, the angels continue to invoke Blessings of ALLAH on him as long as he is in his place of worship in a state of ablution. They say: “Yaa ALLAH! Have mercy on him! Yaa ALLAH! Pardon him.” He is deemed to be engaged in Salaat.” [Bukhari & Muslim]. ALLAHU AKBAR. When a person decides to pray, his ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. YawmulJumuat. 25th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Friday 17th March 2023). MISSING JUMUAT AND OFFERING ZUHUR SALAAT. BismilLah  AlhamdulilLah, for granting us another blessed day of the week. It's important we set our priorities this morning right before we leave our homes for our daily sustenance. We must have within our agenda the intention to go to the masjid for the jumuat salaat and, more importantly, get to the masjid early before the imam arrives. When you enter the masjid, offer your two rakaats greetings of the masjid, then sit down, reciting your suuratul kahf or salutations to the Prophet sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam till the imam comes. As soon as the imam says Assalaamu Alaikum warahmatullah and you respond, we are to listen to the imam silently without any act, or else we lose our share of the rewards of the jumuat. Switch off your phone and sit silently and attentively as if you are offering salaat. There is no specific dua when the imam...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 24th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Thursday 16th March 2023). ALLAH WOULD ONLY ACCEPT HALAAL EARNINGS AS SADAQAH.  BismilLah.  The Encouragement to Spend Honest Money for ALLAH'S Sake . ALLAH says in Qur'an 2:267; O you who believe! Spend of the good things which you have (legally) earned, and of that which WE have produced from the earth for you, and do not aim at that which is bad to spend from it, (though) you would not accept it save if you close your eyes and tolerate therein. ALLAH commands HIS believing servants to spend in charity, as Ibn Abbas stated, from the pure, honest money that they earned and from the fruits and vegetables that HE has grown for them in the land. Ibn Abbas said, "ALLAH commanded them ...
 THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 23rd day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Wednesday 15th March 2023). ADVICE AND WARNING FROM ALLAH. BismilLah.  AlhamdulilLah for granting us another day. In yesterday's reminder, we studied from Qur'an 2:262 that we must avoid any form of abuse on those we support within our family or to any needy. ALLAH then continued on verse 263-264 as follows; Kind speech and forgiveness are better than charity followed by injury. And ALLAH is free of need and Forbearing.
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Ath-thalaatha. 22nd day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Tuesday 14th March 2023). THERE MUST BE NO SHOW OFF IN OUR SADAQAH. BismilLah.  In yesterday's reminder, I shared the saying of ALLAH in Qur'an 2:261 that we should spend our money or wealth as an investment with ALLAH by supporting our relatives and the needy. When you go to the next verse that's Qur'an 2:262, ALLAH then says, Those who spend their wealth in the way of ALLAH and then do not follow up what they have spent with reminders [of it] or [other] injury will have their reward with their Lord, and there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve. This is a serious warning to those of us who give sadaqah to our relatives in particular then follow it with complaints or making ever...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm al-ithnayn. 21st day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Monday 13th March 2023). LET'S INCREASE OUR SADAQAH ESPECIALLY TO OUR FAMILY FIRST FOR THE RAMADHAN. BismilLah.  As Ramadhan approaches, let's strive to support our families with money or food items to help them during the Ramadhan. By doing so, you are helping their dunya but they in return will help you better for your aakhira through dua for you. The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of ALLAH is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And ALLAH multiplies [HIS reward] for whom HE wills. And ALLAH is all-Encompassing and Knowing. This is a parable that ALLAH made of the multiplication of reward...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawmul Ahad. 20th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Sunday 12th March 2023). USING OUR GOOD DEEDS IN SUPPLICATING TO ALLAH FOR A FAVOUR. Bismillah. In Sahih Bukhari, Volume 8,  Book 73, Number5, it was narrated by   Abdullah ibn Omar (may ALLAH be pleased with him): ‘I heard ALLAH’s Messenger (SAWS) saying: Three persons of people before you, were on a journey when they were overtaken by a storm and therefore they took shelter in a cave. A rock slipped down from the mountain and blocked the exit from a cave. In summary, they identified the only way for them is to make dua using their good deeds. One of them made dua based on how he served his old age parents, the second made dua based on the sadaqah he gave for free whilst initially wanting to have sexual intercourse with a lady he loved so much who came to him for help and wanted to use that advantage but feared ALLAH and let her go. The third made dua using the justice he made when he used his...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm As-Sabt. 19th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Saturday 11th March 2023). HOW TO ACT DURING HARD TIMES. Bismillah.  Whenever some people face hardship, they give up and walk away from their challenges or complain and blame those around them for the failure. They fall into depression, feel sad about their situation and feel powerless. They don’t understand “why this is happening to them” or “what they did to deserve this”. But for a Productive or good practising Muslim with knowledge, his/her way of thinking is completely different and must be. Whenever a Productive Muslim faces hardship, he/she takes a step back from their difficult situation and thinks about it from a higher level. They step back from their life with all its worries, anxieties, and problems, and think about it from an Akhira(hereafter) perspective, then they ask themselves the question: what does this ALL mean when compared to the Hereafter? What does this ALL mean when compared to...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawmul Jumuat. 18th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Friday 10th March 2023). ARE WE READY FOR THE BLESSED MONTH OF RAMADAN? continues. BismilLah.  Let's continue with our reminder yesterday; Narrated by Abu Huraira: The Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam said, "Whoever fasted the month of Ramadan out of sincere Faith (i.e. belief) and hoping for a reward from ALLAH, then all his past sins will be forgiven, and whoever stood for the prayers in the night of Qadr out of sincere Faith and hoping for a reward from ALLAH, then all his previous sins will be forgiven ." (Bukhari Vol. 3, Book 32, Hadith 231. It's important to utilise the blessings of Ramadhan fully, don't be lazy and equally don't practice showing off. Let's use the opportunity to learn how to recite the Quran,  listen to Tafseer of the Quran, memorise some portion of the Quran and join jamaat for Taraaweeh if you can. Please remember today is Friday. DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK A...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 17th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Thursday 9th March 2023). ARE WE READY FOR THE BLESSED MONTH OF RAMADHAN?. BismilLah.  ALLAH says in the Qur'an; "The month of Ramadhan in which was revealed the Quran, a guidance for mankind and clear proofs for the guidance and the criterion (between right and wrong). So whoever of you sights (the crescent on the first night of) the month (of Ramadhan i.e. is present at his home), he must observe Sawm (fasts) that month, and whoever is ill or on a journey (facing difficulties), the same number [of days which one did not observe Sawm (fasts) must be made up] from other days. ALLAH intends for you ease, and HE does not want to make things difficult for you. (HE wants that you) must complete the same number (of days), and that you must magnify ALLAH [i.e. to say Takbeer (Allaahu Akbar: ALLAH is the Most Great)] for having guided you so that you may be grateful to HIM”[al-Baqarah 2:185]. We've learn...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Ath-thalaatha. 15th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Tuesday 7th March 2023). RAMADHAN IS APPROACHING LET'S PLAN FOR POSITIVE CHANGE. BismilLah.  Our beloved Messenger of ALLAH (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said: "Whosoever does not abandon falsehood in speech and action, then ALLAH the Mighty and Majestic has no need that he should leave his food and drink." [Al-Bukhaaree (4/99). He (Sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) also said: "Fasting is not merely abstaining from eating and drinking. Rather, it is also abstaining from ignorant and indecent speech. So if anyone abuses or behaves ignorantly with you, then say: I am fasting, I am fasting."  These narrations point toward the importance of truthfulness and good manners. Thus, this coming  blessed month teaches us not only to abstain from food and drink but to also abstain from such statements and actions that may be the cause of harming people and violating their rights - since the Messen...

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm al-ithnayn. 14th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Monday 6th March 2023). CAN I BECOME A WEB DESIGNER AS A MUSLIM?. BismilLah.  As a Muslim it's important to enquire from the learned before you start studying to become any profession without wasting time and money on a trade that can earn you haraam sustenance.  Studies have shown that It is permissible to work as a web designer, on condition that the websites are free of haram content and free of ads promoting such content, because that comes under the heading of cooperating in sin and transgression, and because of what it involves of approving evil and being content with it, and even helping in creating and maintaining it. Whatever is like that is obviously prohibited, because ALLAH, may HE be exalted, says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and transgression. And fear Allah; indeed, ALLAH is severe in penalty} [al-Ma’idah 5:2]. And the Prophet (blessings ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawmul Ahad. 13th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Sunday 5th March 2023). GOOD & BAD MANNERS, A SOURCE OF PARADISE OR HELL BismilLah.  A polite answer turns away anger and a kind word uttered in time may save us from many troubles true or false? True. It is politeness which succeeds while ability fails. Even a good action will lose its value if the person doing favour utters impolite words. It is on this note that we, as Muslims, should endeavour to learn from the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) who summarized the goal of his entire message into the perfection of the best of conduct in the beautiful hadith: “I have been sent to perfect the best of manners” ALLAH describes the Prophet and his ways as: "Indeed you stand on an exalted standard of character" (68:4). Unfortunately many of us unintentionally fail to pay attention to the above hadith which is the very essence of the Islamic manners which we should adopt and instead restrict ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm As-Sabt. 12th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Saturday 4th March 2023). THE GREATNESS OF THE QUR'AN. BismilLah. If ALLAH had sent down this Qur’ān upon a mountain, you would have seen it humbled and splitting from fear of ALLAH. And these examples WE present to the people that perhaps they will give thought.  ALLAH the Exalted emphasizes the greatness of the Qur'an, its high status and of being worthy of making hearts humble and rent asunder upon hearing it, because of the true promises and sure threats that it contains, Had WE sent down this Qur'an on a mountain, you would surely have seen it humbling itself and rent as...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawmul Jumuat. 11th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Friday 3rd March 2023). DO NOT DELAY IN DOING ANYTHING GOOD BismilLah.  Our beloved Messenger of ALLAH (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) instructed us never to delay in doing anything good, especially our Salaat, Marriage, burial, paying our zakat, Hajj and anything which is fard upon us.  Some things are time sensitive and beneficial. The prayer should be performed at its time because nobody is promised the next hour and if you die whilst owing a specific salaat you could have prayed but delayed it, trouble for you in your grave. The burial of a believer should be conducted swiftly after death so that the creation can return to the Creator and to delay a sister marrying is a pathway for satanic influences to commit Zina etc. Similarly, a Muslim must not delay in doing a good deed such as the past Ramadhan debts as you are not guaranteed another day, week, month or year to live.  May ALLAH keeps g...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 10th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Thursday 2nd March 2023). HOW TO INCREASE OUR SUSTENANCE OR WEALTH. BismilLah.  ALLAH the Almighty says:   “ And remember when your Lord proclaimed, ‘if you are grateful, I will certainly give you more. But if you are ungrateful, surely My punishment is severe.” (Quran, 14:7). ALLAH promises us in this beautiful verse to give us more if we are grateful.  Showing gratefulness to ALLAH is not done simply by saying Alhamdulillah, but it is also by using what ALLAH gave you in the manner HE is pleased with by offering some to relatives and the needy instead of lying you don't have it. When you appreciate the little you have then offer some in sadaqah to others then be sure that ALLAH will give you more. You can say Alhamdulillah 1000times a day but if you don't support the needy, your relatives and the work of ALLAH, you may even fall into HIS punishment due to your ungratefulness. Those wh...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 9th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Wednesday 1st March 2023). HAVE YOU FASTED FOR YOUR PREVIOUS MISSED RAMADHAN DAYS? BismilLah.  Let's note that it is not right as a Muslim to delay your missed days of fasting from the previous Ramadhan till the next Ramadhan unless with legitimate permissible reasons. Next Ramadhan is around 3 weeks ahead. We must strive to cover our missed days before the next Ramadhan for our own benefit. Don't wait till next Ramadan then start asking questions for missed days.  It is NOT permissible to feed the poor on the days we couldn't fast in Ramadhan except for those who cannot fast permanently due to old age or permanent illness such as stomach cancer etc. If you feed because of illness, you should still fast when you get well. May ALLAH keeps guiding us and grant us the opportunity to be part of the coming blessed Ramadan. Aameen.
