THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Jumuat. 27th day of Jumaadal Aakhir 1444AH (Friday 20th January. 2023). NOURISHMENT OF OUR SPIRITUAL BEING, THE SOUL BismilLah.

We all know that ALLAH created the body from the dust of the earth

So, its nourishment that's food and drink comes from the earth provided by ALLAH, the Creator.

Our SOUL comes from ALLAH as such the nourishment of the soul which is more important comes from ALLAH directly and will go back to ALLAH when we die without the body as the body goes back to the earth till judgement day when ALLAH will create a new body for each soul.

The nourishment of the soul without any doubt is the Holy Quran, words of ALLAH, spirituality, our connection with ALLAH and Ibadaat (acts of worship). ALLAH says in the Qur'an to the nearest meaning that Verily, in the remembrance of ALLAH, do hearts find rest or peace (QUR'AN 13:28).  Regardless of our busy schedules to try and feed the body, let's not forget the most important part, the soul and ensure we recite the Qur'an, Zikir and acts of worship assigned to us by our Creator ALLAH on daily basis, the salaat and other acts of kindness to fulfil the requirements for the soul for a peaceful reconciliation between the body and the soul. Have a blessed Friday ahead under ALLAH guidance till you hear from me tomorrow for another edition of the daily Islamic Reminders, Assalaamu Alaikum Warahmatullah wabarakaatuh. Please remember me in your dua on this blessed day and ensure you follow all the sunnah of this greatest day of the week.

May ALLAH keeps guiding us all and protects us from any satanic influences. Aameen.

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 17th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Sunday. 16th Feb. 2025). THE TRUE MEANINGS OF THE WORD DEEN continues. BismilLah.  ALLAH (Azza Wa Jal, The MIGHTY and the MAJESTIC) has sent HIS Messenger with the true deen for the purpose of ending the sovereignty of all false gods and granting us immense freedom so that we live as servants of none but the LORD of the UNIVERSE, no matter how much the idolaters and polytheists may dislike or oppose such a course. Thus, these three meanings of deen stand out: To acknowledge ALLAH as the ONLY LORD, MASTER and RULER. To obey and serve ONLY HIM. To be accountable to HIM, to fear only HIS punishment and to covet only HIS reward. Deen also includes obedience to ALLAH'S Messengers. The commandments of ALLAH Azzawajal have been given to human beings through HIS books and HIS Messengers. ALLAH Azzawajal says; Children of Aadam! If there should come to you Messengers from among you, who convey MY revelations unto you, ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum ar-ba'a. 7th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Wednesday 20th January 2021). Who are Believers. BismilLah.  Lets check in  Suurah Al-Mu'minun (The Believers). ALLAH says; 1. Successful indeed are the believers.  2. Those who offer their Salaat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. 3. And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that ALLAH has forbidden).  4. Those who pay the Zakat . 5. Those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) 6. Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame; etc ALLAH, the Most High, says “…for verily ALLAH is with those who believe.”[Al Qur’an 8:19] When ALLAH says that “HE is with the believers”, it means that the believers don’t need anyone else. Rasullulah(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has said “Be mindful of ALLAH, and ALLAH will protect you. Be m...
