THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS.  Yaum Ath-thalaatha. 19th day of Sha’abaan. (Tuesday, 22nd of March, 2022). ADHAN IS A BEAUTIFUL ISLAMIC RITUAL. BismilLah.

Adhan reminds us, five times a day, of the essence of Islam.

There are many virtues connected to adhan and many rewards a Muslim can earn.

One of these rewards is responding to the adhan by saying a dhikr. This is maybe something many Muslims don't know.

There is a dhikr to be said when the Muadhin says: “ Ash-hadu an La ilaha illa ALLAH”.

One shall respond and say:

“Ash-hadu an la ilaha illa Allah la sharika lahu, wa anna Muhammadan ‘abduhu wa rasuluhu. Raditu billahi rabban wa bimuhammadin rasullan wa bil islami deenan”.

The Messenger of ALLAH (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said:

"If anyone says on hearing the Mu'adhdhin: I testify that there is no god but ALLAH alone. Who has no partner, and that Muhammad is HIS servant and HIS Messenger, (and that) I am satisfied with ALLAH as my Lord, with Muhammad as Messenger. and with Islam as deen (code of life), his sins would be forgiven." (Sahih Muslim 386). Atakbiiiiiir....ALLAHU AKBAR.

Praise be to ALLAH who blessed us with a religion where we can be forgiven in many ways! May ALLAH keeps guiding us all and protects us from any satanic influences. Aameen.

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 17th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Sunday. 16th Feb. 2025). THE TRUE MEANINGS OF THE WORD DEEN continues. BismilLah.  ALLAH (Azza Wa Jal, The MIGHTY and the MAJESTIC) has sent HIS Messenger with the true deen for the purpose of ending the sovereignty of all false gods and granting us immense freedom so that we live as servants of none but the LORD of the UNIVERSE, no matter how much the idolaters and polytheists may dislike or oppose such a course. Thus, these three meanings of deen stand out: To acknowledge ALLAH as the ONLY LORD, MASTER and RULER. To obey and serve ONLY HIM. To be accountable to HIM, to fear only HIS punishment and to covet only HIS reward. Deen also includes obedience to ALLAH'S Messengers. The commandments of ALLAH Azzawajal have been given to human beings through HIS books and HIS Messengers. ALLAH Azzawajal says; Children of Aadam! If there should come to you Messengers from among you, who convey MY revelations unto you, ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum ar-ba'a. 7th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Wednesday 20th January 2021). Who are Believers. BismilLah.  Lets check in  Suurah Al-Mu'minun (The Believers). ALLAH says; 1. Successful indeed are the believers.  2. Those who offer their Salaat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. 3. And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that ALLAH has forbidden).  4. Those who pay the Zakat . 5. Those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) 6. Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame; etc ALLAH, the Most High, says “…for verily ALLAH is with those who believe.”[Al Qur’an 8:19] When ALLAH says that “HE is with the believers”, it means that the believers don’t need anyone else. Rasullulah(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has said “Be mindful of ALLAH, and ALLAH will protect you. Be m...
