THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Ath-thalaatha, 24th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Monday, 30th of November 2021). LETS AVOID WASTING OUR TIME .  BismilLah. The Prophet, peace be upon him, warned us, "Man shall not be let go or discharged on the Day of Judgement until he has been questioned about FOUR things: 1. With regard to his life, how did he spend it? 2. With regard to his youth, in what ways did he expend it? 3. With regard to his Wealth: where did he earn it from, and what did he spend it on? 4. With regard to his knowledge, what use did he put it to?"(Al-Bazzar and At-Tabarani). These are only a few just not to prolong the reminder. Let's be wise as the grave is waiting for each of us. It could be you or me tomorrow. May ALLAH keeps guiding us all and protects us from any satanic influences . Aameen.
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum al-ithnayn, 24th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Monday, 28th of November 2021). WATCHING/SHARING PORNOGRAPHY AS A MUSLIM IS A DISASTER FOR YOUR EEMAAN (FAITH). BismilLah. On every Friday we hear the Imam conclude his khutbah(friday sermon) by reciting the following verse of the Quran: "InnaAllah Yamuru bil adel, wal ehsane, wa itae zil qurba; wa yanha anilfuhshae, wal munkari walbaghi; yaizukhum la'allakum yatazakkaroon. "Surely ALLAH enjoins justice, kindness and the doing of good, to kith and kin; and He forbids all that is shameful, indecent, evil, rebellious and oppressive." Quran 16:90. Pornography and the culture of pornography has all the three elements which ALLAH has prohibited in the above verse of the Quran: Fahsha; Munkar, baghi. Here is a bit of terminology: Fahsha is obscenity, vulgarity, indecency, shamelessness and something that is dirty, filthy, foul and fornication. All scholars agree pornography is included in the term ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul ahad, 22nd day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Sunday, 28th of November 2021). Kindness to Parents is an act of Worship and Obligatory . BismilLah. ALLAH says, " Your Lord has decreed that you worship none but HIM, and to parents, good treatment. Whether one or both of them reach old age [while] with you, say not to them [so much as], "uff" and do not repel them but speak to them a noble word." - Surah Al Isra (17:23). Brothers and sisters in Islam: ALLAH swt has ordained the good treatment of parents and warned us against treating them with disrespect. There are several verses in the Quran where kindness to parents is coupled with the most important aspect of Islam, i.e. worshipping ALLAH alone. This indicates that being kind to parents, honouring, and respecting them, is extremely important in Islam. Honouring parents can be considered as ‘*ibadah*’ an act of worship if the intention is to please ALLAH swt by obeying HIS commands not ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 21st day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Saturday, 27th of November 2021). ISLAM IS THE ONLY RELIGION OF GOD ALMIGHTY, ALLAH . BismilLah. I usually remind ourselves that Islam is a way of life set by ALLAH and HIS  Messengers and the final Messenger to mankind without any doubt is Mohammed sallalLaahu Alaihi Wasallam so who ever claims to worship ALLAH or GOD in English must follow the ways of the final Messenger Muhammad sallalLaahu Alaihi Wasallam. ALLAH says in HIS final gospel to mankind that * _ There is ONLY ONE religion of ALLAH in the heavens and the earth and that is the religion of Islam _ * (Quran 3:19). And HE says again: I am pleased with Islam as a religion for you (Qur'an 5:3). ALLAH says again; “And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers” [Qur'an 3:85] ALLAH commanded the Prophet to say: “O mankind! Verily, I am SENT to YOU ALL as the Me...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Jumuat, 20th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Friday, 26th of November 2021). THE GUIDANCE OF QUR'AN, SUNNAH AND OTHERS . BismilLah. From Saheeh Muslim and other authentic sources of hadith, we've studied how the Prophet instructed his companions to handle affairs of this blessed ummah. In one of these instructions is a very important narration which all scholars agree upon to be authentic as follows; The Prophet sent Mu’adh ibn Jabal may ALLAH be pleased with him to Yemen in order to call the people to Islam and teach them the practices of the religion. There are a number of lessons we can learn from the instructions the Prophet gave to him. Ibn Abbas reported: When the Messenger of ALLAH, peace and blessings be upon him, sent Mu’adh to Yemen, he said to him: "Verily, you are coming to a people among the people of the Book, so call them to testify there is none worthy of worship but ALLAH and I am the Messenger of ALLAH. If they accept tha...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Khamis, 19th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Thursday, 25th of November 2021). TRUTHFULNESS LEADS TO PEACE OF MIND. BismilLah.  Our beloved Messenger of ALLAH sallallahu alaihi wasallam said, a true action leads to the path of virtue, and virtue paves the way of a person to paradise, and this person continues to speak the truth until, in the sight of ALLAH, he is named as-S’iddiq (the Truthful). Lying, on the other hand, leads to vice, and vice leads to indecent acts and a person goes on lying until, in the sight of ALLAH, he is called a liar (Bukhari, 116). This shows that truth brings peace of mind, but falsehood disturbs the mind. When the mind is disturbed as a result of vice, there is no way an individual can achieve peaceful coexistence with another brethren. This is also related to interpersonal transactions: A sale agreement is revocable until the buyer and seller part company. If they tell the truth and disclose everything relevant to the...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Arba'a, 18th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Wednesday, 24th of November 2021). SIGNS OF A COMPLETE BELIEVER . BismilLah. In Quran 23:1-10 ALLAH, Who is free from ANY Imperfection says: قَدْ أَفْلَحَ الْمُوْمِنُونَ Successful indeed are the believers, means, they have attained victory and are blessed, for they have succeeded. These are the believers who have the following characteristics: الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي صَلَتِهِمْ خَاشِعُونَ Those who when comes to their Salah are Khashi`un. Ali bin Abi Talhah reported that Ibn Abbas said: خَاشِعُونَ Khashi`un) means those with fear and with tranquility". Khushu` in prayer is only attained by the one who has emptied his heart totally, who does not pay attention to anything else besides it, and who prefers it above all else. At that point it becomes a delight and a joy for eyes. So in short, one of the most important pillar to be a successful Believer is to ensure you perfect your salaat through proper ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Ath-thalaatha, 17th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Tuesday, 23rd of November 2021). ADVICE FROM THE MESSENGER OF ALLAH. BismilLah.  Narrated Anas (R.A): The Prophet sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, “Whoever possesses the following three qualities will taste the sweetness of faith: 1. The one to whom ALLAH [S.W.T] and HIS Apostle [S.A.W.S) become dearer than anything else. Not through Religious innovations.  2. Who loves a person and he loves him Only for ALLAH [S.W.T]’s Sake. Not Haraam relationships for ALLAH sake.  3. Who hates to revert to disbelief (atheism) after ALLAH [S.W.T] has brought (saved) him out from it, as he hates to be thrown in Fire. Sahih Bukhari: Volume 1, Book 2: Belief, Number 20.  May ALLAH aid us to be among those in these qualities. Aameen..
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum al-ithnayn, 16th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Monday, 22nd of November 2021). SOME WAYS TO SEEK ALLAH'S SUPPORT IN WORSHIP . BismilLahir Rahmaanir Raheem. Under any situation, ALLAH (SWT) remembrance (Zikir) gives peace and comfort. ALLAH (SWT) addresses the Prophet (sallalLaahuAlaihi Wasallam) as such in Aayah 97-99 of Surah Al-Hijr. “ALLAH is well aware that your heart is weighed down by what they (mushrikeen and kaafireen) say. Celebrate the glory of your Lord and be among those who bow down to HIM: Worship your Lord until what is certain comes to you.” Our beloved Prophet (sallalLaahuAlaihi Wasallam) advised us to make this supplication for seeking ALLAH’s help: “ALLAH humma a-innee alaa zikrika wa shukrika wa husni-ibaadatik”. Meaning "Yaa ALLAH help me in your remembrance, and in thanking You, and in the beauty (of perfection) in worshiping You. May ALLAH aid us to make HIM our only source of seeking help . Aameen.
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Ahad, 15th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Sunday, 21st of November 2021). HOW TO OFFER OUR SALAAT WHEN SICK. BismilLah.  Scholars based on QUR'AN and Sunnah ruled that If a sick person is unable to pray standing, he should pray sitting using gestures of the upper part of your body; if he is unable to do that, then he should pray lying on his side. If he is not able to do that, then he should pray in whatever position he is able to. What is required is to do wudoo’ and cleanse himself of impurity; if he is unable to do wudoo’ and no one around to help him or her, he should do tayammum (“dry ablution”); if he is unable to do tayammum or to remove any impurity, he should pray as he is, because ALLAH, may HE be exalted, says (to the nearest meaning): “So fear ALLAH as much as YOU are ABLE” [at-Taghaabun 64:16]. Based on that, the prayer that you offer in such situation is valid, and you do not have to repeat it when you get well, because that was what...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 14th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Saturday, 20th of November 2021). INGREDIENTS OF FAITH . BismilLah. What the Qur’an, Sunnah, and the righteous early generations agreed upon on this topic is that faith consists of both words and deeds, and may increase and decrease; there is no faith unless it is accompanied by actions. Saying I am a Muslim is not enough my brothers and sisters. We must act to earn that title of A MUSLIM. We must SHOW to non Muslims what Islam is all about not by telling them or by our dress code. It's a sad reality that We Muslims are Minority to non Muslims but unfortunately majority of thieves in any community are Muslims, majority of bad boys or girls today are Muslims, the title A MUSLIM is now associated with bad name why? Because we are failing to live our lives by the Qur'an and Sunnah that's all. We Muslims of today are by name not by actions. We are busy with politics, fighting each other,  hating each o...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Jumuat, 13th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Friday, 19th of November 2021). APPLICATION OF TAWHEED IN OUR LIVES CONTINUES . BismilLah. With regard to Tawheed al-Asma’ wa’l-Sifaat (Oneness of the Divine Names and Attributes), this means affirming the names and attributes of ALLAH and believing that there is none like unto ALLAH in HIS names and attributes. This Tawheed is based on two principles: 1 – Affirmation: i.e., affirming that which ALLAH has affirmed for HIMSELF in HIS Book or that HIS Prophet (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) has affirmed of HIS beautiful names and sublime attributes in a manner that suits the Majesty and Greatness of ALLAH, without distorting them, twisting their meanings, denying their reality or discussing how they are. 2 – Denial: i.e., denying that ALLAH has any faults and denying any shortcomings that HE has denied HIMSELF. The evidence for that is the words of ALLAH: “There is nothing like HIM, and HE is th...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Khamis, 12th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Thursday, 18th of November 2021). APPLICATION OF TAWHEED IN OUR LIVES CONTINUES . BismilLah. The next category of Tawheed is Tawheed al-Uloohiyyah which means devoting all acts of worship, both inward and outward, in word and deed, to ALLAH Alone, and not worshipping anything or anyone other than ALLAH, no matter who he is. ALLAH says: “And your Lord has decreed that you worship none but HIM ALONE” [al-Isra’ 17:23] “Worship ALLAH and join none with HIM (in worship)”[al-Nisa’ 4:36] It may be described as devoting all one’s actions to ALLAH alone.  It is called Tawheed al-Uloohiyyah because it is based on ta’alluh lillaah which is worship and devotion of ALLAH accompanied by love and veneration. It is also called Tawheed al-‘Ibaadah (oneness of worship) because it means that a person worships ALLAH by doing that which HE has commanded and avoiding that which HE has forbidden. It is also called Tawheed ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Arba'a, 11th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Wednesday, 17th of November 2021). APPLICATION OF TAWHEED IN OUR LIVES . BismilLah. Scholars have divided Tawheed into three categories based on The Qur'an and Sunnah, as follows: Tawheed al-Ruboobiyyah (Oneness of Divine Lordship), Tawheed al-Uloohiyyah (Oneness of Divinity) and Tawheed al-Asma’ wa’l-Sifaat (Oneness of the Divine Names and Attributes). Tawheed al-Ruboobiyyah (Oneness of Divine Lordship): means believing in ALLAH as One and Unique with regard to HIS actions such as CREATION, SOVEREIGNTY, CONTROL, GIVING LIFE and DEATH, and so on. There is a great deal of evidence to support this in the Qur’an and Sunnah. Whoever believes that there is any creator other than ALLAH or any sovereign controlling this universe and disposing of its affairs other than ALLAH has denied this aspect of Tawheed and disbelieved in ALLAH. The ahlul kitaab and some non Muslims accepted this aspect of Tawheed in gen...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Ath-thalaatha, 10th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Tuesday, 16th of November 2021). LET'S STRIVE TO BE AMONG THE MUTTAQEEN  BismilLah. AL-MUTTAQEEN ARE THOSE WHO ADOPT TAQWA/ALLAH CONSCIOUSNESS (Qur'an 2-5). These are those who are the most dearest to ALLAH, the most HIGH. Charaterisitics of Al Muttaqeen (Those with Taqwa): They have eeman on ‘Gaib’, The Unseen – i.e. Believe in ALLAH, the Angels, The Messenger, The Revelation, Quran, The Day of Judgement and Destiny. They establish five regular daily prayers: They spend in Charity from whatever ALLAH has given them – i.e. ‘Rizq’. Rizq is tangible and well as intangible, for eg, Children, food, ilm (knowledge), time etc. Everything is Rizq given by ALLAH!  They believe in the Revelation which was sent to Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) – i.e the ‘Quran’ – and the revelations which were sent before him (Torah, Gospel etc. To previous nations). The Muttaqeen have YAQEEN on Aakhirah. ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum al-ithnayn, 9th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Monday, 15th of November 2021). ISLAMIC DRESS CODE . BismilLah. Islamically, a dress is supposed to serve two purposes: 1. Covering the `Awrah (private parts) of the body as the CREATOR ALLAH commanded. 2. Serving the purpose of adornment and beautification to please ALLAH not HIS CREATION. In Reviewing the Qur’an, we will find that ALLAH, the Almighty, describes the dress of believers as “The Dress of Piety” or Libasut-Taqwa, and this exactly emphasizes the aforementioned two conditions, and stresses that such a dress should never be used for showing off. Almighty ALLAH says: “But the raiment of righteousness,  that is the best.” (Al-`Araaf: 26). This is for both men and women especially sisters. Islam has provided few guidelines to achieve this qualities: 1. The first condition is that the dress has to be Halal by its origin, i.e. purchased or owned through Halal earnings. If you buy any cloth ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Ahad, 8th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Sunday, 14th of November 2021). MANNERS OF ASSEMBLY AND GATHERINGS . BismilLaah. Because Islam is a complete way of life, it has guidance for all aspects of life for those who chooses to follow the Qur'an and sunnah. Among the complete and balanced ways of life are the etiquette or manners when we gather anywhere which Imam An-Nawawi records in his book Riyad us-Saliheen: Ibn Umar reported: The Messenger of ALLAH, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Do not ask someone to give up his seat/space to another, but rather make it easy and provide accommodation. Sahih Muslim 2177. Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of ALLAH, peace and blessings be upon him, said, If a man stands from his seat and later returns it, then he is more entitled to it. Sahih Muslim 2179. This sunnah teaches us NOT to request someone to give up his or her space to someone who attend a gathering late including jamaat salaat in masjid u...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 7th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Saturday, 13th of November 2021). HOW DO YOU CHOOSE YOUR FUTURE SPOUSE? . BismilLah. Let's finalise on our topic above; Getting someone to help: Marriage is not something to throw yourself into all by yourself. Getting the help of someone, especially parents, relatives, an Imam, and/or respected and trustworthy members of the Muslim community to either look for the right spouse or initiate and participate in a communication process is very important. For those blessed with Muslim parents, remember that they are probably your best allies and helpers in seeking the right husband or wife. They have known you all of your life, and have your best interest at heart. However, parents must be open and attentive to what their children are looking for, and never forget the element of choice. Ultimately, it is their son or daughter who is going to make the final decision. They must never become too pushy or aggressi...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Jumuat, 6th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Friday, 12th of November 2021). HOW DO YOU CHOOSE YOUR FUTURE SPOUSE? . BismilLah. Let's continue from the reminder yesterday; 2. It's important to see your potential partner before deciding to marry her or him. Looking at the face of potential mate is recommended according to the Hadith in which the Prophet said: “When one of you asked a woman in marriage, if he is able to look at what will induce him to marry her, he should do so. ...” (Abu Dawud). This means the two potential spouses can look at each other in the presence of another adult. There is no limit on the number of times the two people can meet each other in front of an adult relative of the sister in particular. However, both should fear ALLAH and remember the purpose of this is to satisfy the need for physical attraction to the person you are marrying. Please note that it is NOT permissible for a man to see a potential wife without Hijab...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Khamis, 5th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Thursday, 11th of November 2021). HOW DO YOU CHOOSE YOUR FUTURE SPOUSE? . BismilLah. Sadly in modern days, ISLAMIC GUIDELINES pertaining to proper conduct between men and women are not always respected in meeting places. It is not uncommon to see or hear about potential candidates meeting in private, brothers and sisters “scoping the territory” for a spouse that looks good at Muslim events like conferences or lectures, or starting up a flirtatious conversation with someone they are interested in. None of these things fall within the guidelines of Islam. Such actions are the beginning to the downfall of the Marriage which has not been done. Below are some Islamic principles, both general and specific, to consider if you will be meeting or seeking a potential spouse for yourself or someone at any place. 1. Ask yourself: Why am I getting married. This is a good question to ask even if you are meeting the pe...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Arba'a, 4th day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Wednesday, 10th of November 2021). TAU’BAH (SEEKING FORGIVENESS) is our topic . BismilLah. It is the nature of mankind to be forgetful and to commit sins.  However, ALLAH has given us the ability to rectify ourselves by turning to HIM and begging for HIS forgiveness. Our mountains of evil deeds are nothing before the vast ocean of the mercy of ALLAH. ALLAH has promised to forgive our sins as long as we regret for it and repent from it. Committing sins may make you sorrowful, depressed and deeply disappointed with yourself.  But if you return to ALLAH with a few tears and beseech HIM for mercy, HE will certainly forgive you.  There is no other door to knock to solve our issues.  None can forgive sins except HIM.  HE calls us to the abode of peace (Paradise); HE is the Almighty who hides our faults and HE alone can replace our bad deeds with good deeds. ALLAHU AKBAR. The door of repe...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Ath-thalaatha, 3rd day of Rabi-ul Aakhir. (Tuesday, 9th of November 2021). Rulings on Miscarriage and offering Salaat . BismilLah. If a woman miscarries, then she comes under the ruling of nifaas (postpartum bleeding) if the fetus had developed human features, which is after eighty days of pregnancy. If she bleeds following the miscarriage, or one or two days before it, that comes under the rulings on nifaas, if the blood that appeared before it was connected to the miscarriage or birth, and was accompanied by indications of that, such as contractions or the pain of birth. With regard to “water”, or discharge in which there is no blood, that appears before delivery, it does not come under the rulings on nifaas. Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may ALLAH have mercy on him) was asked: Three days before giving birth, there was some discharge of water accompanied by some pain; is this nifaas? He (may ALLAH have mercy on him) replied: This is not nifaas, ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 30th day of Rabi-ul Awwal. (Saturday, 6th of November 2021). SALVATION IN ISLAM . Bismillah. ONE OF THE BASIC ARGUMENTS RAISED BY NON-MUSLIMS, ESPECIALLY CHRISTIANS, AGAINST ISLAM CONCERNS THE CONCEPT OF SALVATION. They say that in Christianity, one is saved by faith, whereas in Islam one must earn their salvation through good deeds. How do we answer that? Unfortunately, many Muslims fall into the trap of defending the position imposed on them by these non-Muslims. This then provides the Christians with a basis for their entire Jesus-Father-Crucifixion-Salvation framework. They then go on to argue that salvation is a gift from God that cannot be earned. But if the true Islamic concept is made clear, the Christian has no basis to attack Islam. Many times, Muslims fail to realize that the Islamic concept of salvation is not based upon good deeds, but is based primarily upon faith. In the dozens of times ALLAH Almighty talks in the Quran...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Jumuat, 29th day of Rabi-ul Awwal. (Friday, 5th of November 2021). THE FORGOTTEN SUNNAH . BismilLah. And when the prayer has been concluded, disperse within the land and seek from the bounty of ALLAH, and remember ALLAH often that you may succeed. After ALLAH forbade us from working or doing any business after hearing the Adhan and ordered us to gather for the Friday prayer, HE then encouraged us to spread throughout the earth and seek bounty after the prayer is finished. How do we do this to earn lots of HIS favors on Friday? ALLAH then mentioned what to do by saying; وَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ and remember ALLAH much, that you may be successful. means, while you are buying and selling, giving and taking or you go back to your jobs after ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Khamis, 28th day of Rabi-ul Awwal. (Thursday, 4th of November 2021). LET'S BE MINDFUL OF THIS VERSE . BismilLah. ALLAH says in the Holy Quran: وَٱتَّقُواْ يَوۡمًا تُرۡجَعُونَ فِيهِ إِلَى ٱللَّهِۖ ثُمَّ تُوَفَّىٰ كُلُّ نَفۡسٍ مَّا كَسَبَتۡ وَهُمۡ لَا يُظۡلَمُونَ Fear the day when you shall be returned to ALLAH, then each soul shall be paid what it has earned, and they shall not be wronged. Al-Baqarah 2:281. ALLAHU AKBAR. Whatever you do please pause and remember this verse. We must always remember death can come to us any day, anytime and at any place. Let's not risk our chance of entering by dying committing sins. MAY ALLAH grant us a good ending and take our soul only when HE is pleased with us . Aameen.
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Arba'a, 27th day of Rabi-ul Awwal. (Wednesday, 3rd of November 2021). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM . BismilLah. The scholars of prophetic narrations understood tolerance to be a very important concept in Islam and specifically in business. Ibn Majah includes in his Sunan a chapter entitled, “On tolerance in trade,” in which he records the following narration: Imam Uthman ibn Affan may ALLAH be pleased with him reported: The Messenger of ALLAH, peace and blessings be upon him, said: ALLAH the Exalted will admit a man into Paradise who was easy in his buying and selling, in his paying debts and seeking repayments. Sunan An-Nasa’I 4696. Therefore, Muslims should always treat others with respect, kindness, and patience. Islam was revealed to make life easier and to encourage good relationships between people. In modern usage, the word “tolerance” has come to signify mutual respect and peaceful coexistence between conflicting religions and ideo...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Ath-thalaatha, 26th day of Rabi-ul Awwal. (Tuesday, 2nd of November 2021). SOME SERIOUS TRAPS OF SHEITAN . BismilLah. A serious trap of Sheitan to be careful about is Arousing Desires. ALLAH says; “Satan promises them and arouses desire in them. But Satan does not promise them except delusion.”Qur’an 4:120: Every human has desires and temptations. Satan plays on this and convinces man to indulge in instant gratification without considering the consequences. This inevitably leads to regret and humiliation. Another trap is Wasting Time: If Satan cannot trap someone into sinning, he keeps them busy with trivial acts which have no benefit. Instead of using our time wisely, fulfilling our priorities and reaching high goals, Satan occupies us with useless actions. Let's be aware and stay away from Satan's traps We ask ALLAH to protect us from Sheitan . Aameen.
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum al-ithnayn, 25th day of Rabi-ul Awwal. (Monday, 1st of November 2021). THE THREE MAJOR SINS TO STAY AWAY FROM . BismilLah. ALLAH says: “And come not near to unlawful sex. Verily, it is a Faahishah (i.e. anything that transgresses its limits: a great sin), and an evil way that leads one to hell unless ALLAAH forgives him”[al-Isra’ 17:32]. Imam Al-Bukhaari narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may ALLAH be pleased with them all) that the Prophet (blessings and peace of ALLAH be upon him) said: “No adulterer is a believer at the time when he is committing adultery; no thief is a believer at the time when he is stealing; no drinker of wine is a believer at the time when he is drinking it.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari (5578) and Muslim (57). From the above, we can't belittle any of these 3 major sins as you may die as a disbeliever committing these sins Astaqfirullah. May ALLAH protect us and our offsprings from such unfortunate ending . Aameen.
