 THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Ahad. 1st day of Dhul-Hijjah (Sunday, 11th July 2021). THE BLESSED 10 DAYS ALLAH MENTIONED IN THE QURAN ARE WITH US FROM TODAY. BismilLah.


Let's continue with some acts that can earn us lots of good deeds on the coming 10 days of Dhul Hijjah in Shaa ALLAH. 

Respecting and honouring our parents: Islam teaches us that of the most beloved deeds to ALLAH, having respect for one’s parents is second only to that of prayer and is greater than that of fighting in HIS cause. It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Mas’ood , who observed: “I asked ALLAH’s Messenger  which deed was the best.” He (the Prophet ) replied: ‘The Prayer at its appointed hour.’ I (again) asked: “Then what?” He (the Holy Prophet) replied: ‘Kindness to the parents.’ I (again) asked: “Then what?” He replied: ‘Earnest struggle (Jihad) in the cause of Allah.’ I refrained from asking any more questions for fear of annoying him. [Sahih Muslim].


May ALLAH enable us to make the best of these blessed days and nights aheas and make it a means of our success in this world and in the Hereafter. Aameen.

BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. BismilLah.  Assalaamu Alaikum WarahmatulLah to you all. AlhamdulilLah for granting us the opportunity to be part of this blessed day. Today mark the day when ALLAH granted Musah alayhi salaam victory over Fir'awn. Today mark the day ALLAH humiliated HIS worse enemy on earth Fir'awn for his disbelief in ALLAH and claiming he was ALLAH. We are all fasting on this blessed day seeking forgiveness from ALLAH for our sins from last year till date as the Prophet sallalLaahu Alaihi Wasallam recommended.  Those who are unable to fast can still do much to earn lots of rewards especially our sisters and daughters in their monthly cycle.
