FIRST REMINDER. Yaumul Jumuat, 21st day of Jumaadal Aakhir (9th March). RULINGS ON SMOKING CIGARETTES, WEE, MARIJUANA etc IN ISLAM. Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem.

In the teachings of Islam it is well known that our body or entire system of our flesh is a trust from the creator (ALLAH). A person does not have the right to alter his physical appearance according to his own preference, to put his own life in danger or to utilise those means which will cause harm to ones health. These are most definitely not permissible according to the laws of Islam such as tattooing, skin bleaching etc. This is also the reason why the Scholars of Islam have looked with great respect at the field of Pharmacology and Medicine. Imam Shafi (may ALLAH be pleased with him) stated: ‘Verily knowledge is of two aspects. One is that of jurisprudence, to use the Quran and Sunnah as a means by which to live your life. The second been the knowledge of medicine for the curing of ailments. (Miftahul Sa’ada, p267). The Prophet was a doctor at the same time a preacher. Doctor in the sense that he taught prophetic medicines using herbs and dua.

The Slow Poison of Cigarettes.
ALLAH (swt) says in the Quran: “Do not kill yourselves (nor kill one another). Surely, ALLAH ⁶⁶⁶66⁶þþMost High is Most Merciful to you”(Ch 4, v29)

The Last and Final Messenger to Mankind, Muhammad Abdullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) stated: “Whoever, by taking poison killed himself, his abode will be the Hellfire 😱.” (Saheeh Muslim).

The fact from the manufacturers of cigarettes themselves says it is harmful and can kill you which is clear on the label as such Islamically its forbidden for us.

May ALLAH guide us from any satanic influences and protect us from the Coronavirus. Aameen.

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Al-khamis, 30th day of Rajab 1446AH, Thursday. 30th Jan. 2025). MEANING OF ALLAH CREATING HUMANS IN HIS OWN IMAGE.  BismilLah. Unfortunately, other faiths have made a serious mistake in trying to compare The CREATOR, ALLAH Azzawajal with HIS Creation human beings in physical appearance, and that's blasphemy and serious error  Sheikh AbuAmina, in one of his articles, explained that, in Islam, we believe that all people have been created in the “image” of ALLAH Azzawajal. But what does this mean? ALLAH Azzawajal is the creator of everything, including all people. That people are in the “image of ALLAH Azzawajal” means they are in the form that HE, ALLAH Azzawajal has chosen and honored for them, not that they resemble ALLAH Azzawajal in physical appearance or share in the Divine Essence. Just as we say a righteous person is the “servant of ALLAH” and a mosque is the “house of ALLAH” as a way to honor them, likewise is it an added dignity for pe...

BismilLah.  Assalaamu Alaikum WarahmatulLah to you all. AlhamdulilLah for granting us the opportunity to be part of this blessed day. Today mark the day when ALLAH granted Musah alayhi salaam victory over Fir'awn. Today mark the day ALLAH humiliated HIS worse enemy on earth Fir'awn for his disbelief in ALLAH and claiming he was ALLAH. We are all fasting on this blessed day seeking forgiveness from ALLAH for our sins from last year till date as the Prophet sallalLaahu Alaihi Wasallam recommended.  Those who are unable to fast can still do much to earn lots of rewards especially our sisters and daughters in their monthly cycle. You can recite lots of azkaar and give sadaqah with your intention to seek forgiveness from ALLAH. Please remember today is Friday lets strive to go to Masjid early and also remember to send salutations to our...
