DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Arbaà, 20th day of Ramadhan (Wednesday 13th May, 2020). LAST 10 DAYS OF GOLDEN REWARDS. BismilLah.
As we move to the last 10 days of golden rewards, let's look round the community and feed the less privileged brothers and sisters in deen and step up our acts of worship hoping for multiple rewards from ALLAH.
Narrated Abu Huraira (R.A): ALLAH'S Messenger (peace be upon him) said, "The poor person is not the one who goes round the people and ask them for a mouthful or two (of meals) or a date or two but the poor is that who has not enough (money) to satisfy his needs and whose condition is not known to others, that others may give him something in charity, and who does not beg of people."
(Sahih al-Bukhari, Book 24, Hadith 81)
Community is important. We should know others in our local area and help them when possible, especially in times like these. If a person has not got enough and they have cut off from the community to the extent that when they are in need, nobody knows, then that they are truly at a loss. Connect with others, however you can. Remember, even a smile is charity :-).
My Ustaz lost his grand mum last night, please remember her in your dua. May ALLAH forgive her and grant her Jannat by HIS RAHMAH. Aameen.
