DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Ath-thalaatha, 1st day of RAJAB (Tuesday 25th of February, 2020).
THE REALITY OF DEATH AHEAD OF US. Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem.

The Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said:
"Remember much, that which cuts off pleasure: Death, since no-one remembers it in times of difficulty, except that things are made easy for him, nor mentions it at times of ease, except that the affairs become constricted for him."
Saheehul-Jaami’us Sagheer, no 1222.

Many humans live the life of this world, seeking the best that it has to offer, while ignoring what lies ahead of us upon death. The adornment of this world are but temptations to distract us from the true purpose of our life and that we will indeed be responsible for all we do in this life.

Let's note that Death is a harsh and fearful reality faced by everyone who lives. No one has the power to avoid it, nor does anyone around the dying person have the ability to prevent it.

We see and hear many death each day but fails to use it as a reminder to change our ways of life due to the fact that we don't know or ignore what is ahead of us in reality and that's the worse to take in life. Recently I was informed of two separate families dying through car accidents taking the lives of about 4 family members respectively, lets remember the dead ones that may ALLAH forgive them all and grant them Jannat. As we make Dua for others we should be ready ourselves through obedience to ALLAH. Our disobedience, pride, arrogance etc cannot help  us in anyway aside stopping the blessings of ALLAH reaching us. Our Islamic communities today are a shame to call ourselves Muslims. Fornications, adultery, gambling, stealing etc are now done for fun as if those people are exempted from death. AstaqfirulLah. We must be crying everyday seeking Allah's forgiveness if indeed we have a clue what's ahead of us.

May ALLAH aid us to face this reality of death with faith and obedience. Aameen.

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 17th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Sunday. 16th Feb. 2025). THE TRUE MEANINGS OF THE WORD DEEN continues. BismilLah.  ALLAH (Azza Wa Jal, The MIGHTY and the MAJESTIC) has sent HIS Messenger with the true deen for the purpose of ending the sovereignty of all false gods and granting us immense freedom so that we live as servants of none but the LORD of the UNIVERSE, no matter how much the idolaters and polytheists may dislike or oppose such a course. Thus, these three meanings of deen stand out: To acknowledge ALLAH as the ONLY LORD, MASTER and RULER. To obey and serve ONLY HIM. To be accountable to HIM, to fear only HIS punishment and to covet only HIS reward. Deen also includes obedience to ALLAH'S Messengers. The commandments of ALLAH Azzawajal have been given to human beings through HIS books and HIS Messengers. ALLAH Azzawajal says; Children of Aadam! If there should come to you Messengers from among you, who convey MY revelations unto you, ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum ar-ba'a. 7th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Wednesday 20th January 2021). Who are Believers. BismilLah.  Lets check in  Suurah Al-Mu'minun (The Believers). ALLAH says; 1. Successful indeed are the believers.  2. Those who offer their Salaat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. 3. And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that ALLAH has forbidden).  4. Those who pay the Zakat . 5. Those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) 6. Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame; etc ALLAH, the Most High, says “…for verily ALLAH is with those who believe.”[Al Qur’an 8:19] When ALLAH says that “HE is with the believers”, it means that the believers don’t need anyone else. Rasullulah(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has said “Be mindful of ALLAH, and ALLAH will protect you. Be m...
