DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Ath-thalaatha, 22nd day of Rabeeul Awwal (Tuesday 19th of November, 2019).
IMPORTANCE OF BASMALAH (saying: Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem OR BismilLah). BismilLah.

The Holy Messenger for Mankind Muhammad(sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) is reported to have said: "Any action of importance not begun with basmalah(BismilLahir Rahmaanir Raheem) is devoid of blessing and therefore incomplete." The basmalah begins the Surah al-Fatihah and therefore opens the whole Quran.

The Almighty describes HIMSELF by means of HIS Attributes. The Attributes of ALLAH are a means of us becoming knowledgeable about HIM. ALLAH , in this respect, does not only introduce the Quran but HE also introduces HIMSELF. The basmalah is an invocation of the Divine Being by HIS supreme Name (ALLAH), followed by two of HIS most beautiful names (Al-Rahman and Al-Rahim), which are in fact two of His principal Divine attributes, The Most Merciful to all HIS creation and especially Merciful to those among HIS creation who chooses to serve him.

Bismillah literally has 3 meanings "In the Name of ALLAH", "By the Name of ALLAH", "via the Assistance and Blessing of the One called ALLAH."  The three parts to this phrase are B, Ism, and ALLAH. "B" could mean "in", "by", or "through". "Ism" means name. Names are given to objects in order to provide them with a sign by which they may be recognized and distinguished from other things. When the word "Ism" is used in relation to the Creator, it implies an inherent Divine Attribute.

According to the Quran (59:24; 17:110), unto ALLAH belongs the most Beautiful Names. (Asmaa-ul-Husnaa). These Attributes and Names are of a paramount importance since we know the Divine Being through them. So as Muslims we should never start anything without saying Bismillah and we should end anything by saying Alhamdulillah. We should appreciate ALLAH by saying SubhaanAllah and praise ALLAH by saying Maa Shaa ALLAH, Allahu Akbar. Also NEVER EVER promise doing anything without adding IN SHAA ALLAH(If God permit or by the permission of the CREATOR).
We ask ALLAH, AL-QUDDUS to keep guiding our eemaan and protect us from any plot of sheitan. Aameen. AL-QUDDUS basically means, The One who is Very Pure, Absolutely Pure, The one who is far and above any imperfection and only ALLAH posses such quality none else on earth.

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Jumuat, 9th day of Muharram (Friday 28th August 2020). ACTS THAT CAN EARN US PARADISE. BismilLah.  As Muslims we must always learn and implement actions that can earn us the Pleasure of ALLAH our CREATOR in return for HIS Paradise awaiting HIS sincere servants.  Some of the things that can get us closer to ALLAH are , fasting regularly, Obedience to ALLAH, HIS Messenger, Our Parents etc. following funeral procession of a Muslim, feeding poor people, visiting sick people regularly etc.  Abu Huraira (Radhiallahu 'anhu) reported, that ALLAH'S Messenger (Sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam) said: “Who is fasting today?” Abu Bakr (Radhiallahu 'anhu) said: I have. He (Sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam) (again) said: Who has followed a funeral procession today? Abu Bakr (Radhiallahu 'anhu) said: I have. He (Sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam - the Holy Prophet) again said: Who amongst you has served food to the needy today Abu Bakr (Radhiallahu ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...

BismilLah.  Assalaamu Alaikum WarahmatulLah to you all. AlhamdulilLah for granting us the opportunity to be part of this blessed day. Today mark the day when ALLAH granted Musah alayhi salaam victory over Fir'awn. Today mark the day ALLAH humiliated HIS worse enemy on earth Fir'awn for his disbelief in ALLAH and claiming he was ALLAH. We are all fasting on this blessed day seeking forgiveness from ALLAH for our sins from last year till date as the Prophet sallalLaahu Alaihi Wasallam recommended.  Those who are unable to fast can still do much to earn lots of rewards especially our sisters and daughters in their monthly cycle.
