THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Ithnayn, 16th day of Shăbaan, 1440, (Monday, 22nd April, 2019). WHO ARE  YOUR ROLE MODELS?. BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem.

Let's Look at the way some admire the so called  "stars"   Footballers , Musicians, Actors and Actresses but SOME of these are the people who do not have modesty, no shyness, no fear of ALLAH (GOD) but very unfortunately they have become role model for many Muslims. Whatever they say or do is the best.

This reminds me of one hadeeth of our beloved Prophet peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him, who said a time will come......
And a man will be admired for his intelligence, manners  and strength, though indeed he will not have belief equal to a mustard seed in his heart."
Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 6497 (To make the Heart Tender (Ar-Riqaq)) In-book reference: Book 81, Hadith 86.

The people we see and admire to be intelligent and cool, are the unwise because ALLAH says about those who would be in the hell fire whiles  they are in the fire, they would say.....: "Had we but listened or used our intelligence, we would not have been among the dwellers of the blazing Fire!" The Noble Quran 67:10. Allahu Akbar.

In Proverbs 15:33,  The fear of GOD is the beginning of wisdom.

If we claim to be Muslims and yet our role models are those so called stars then we still  have a long way to go in our belief system. Let's fear ALLAH and study the lifestyle of our beloved Messenger of ALLAH and his companions, they were the best generation of the entire humanity ever lived.

May ALLAH (Al-Hayyu,  The Living) guide us from any misguidance. Aameen.

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 17th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Sunday. 16th Feb. 2025). THE TRUE MEANINGS OF THE WORD DEEN continues. BismilLah.  ALLAH (Azza Wa Jal, The MIGHTY and the MAJESTIC) has sent HIS Messenger with the true deen for the purpose of ending the sovereignty of all false gods and granting us immense freedom so that we live as servants of none but the LORD of the UNIVERSE, no matter how much the idolaters and polytheists may dislike or oppose such a course. Thus, these three meanings of deen stand out: To acknowledge ALLAH as the ONLY LORD, MASTER and RULER. To obey and serve ONLY HIM. To be accountable to HIM, to fear only HIS punishment and to covet only HIS reward. Deen also includes obedience to ALLAH'S Messengers. The commandments of ALLAH Azzawajal have been given to human beings through HIS books and HIS Messengers. ALLAH Azzawajal says; Children of Aadam! If there should come to you Messengers from among you, who convey MY revelations unto you, ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum ar-ba'a. 7th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Wednesday 20th January 2021). Who are Believers. BismilLah.  Lets check in  Suurah Al-Mu'minun (The Believers). ALLAH says; 1. Successful indeed are the believers.  2. Those who offer their Salaat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. 3. And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that ALLAH has forbidden).  4. Those who pay the Zakat . 5. Those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) 6. Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame; etc ALLAH, the Most High, says “…for verily ALLAH is with those who believe.”[Al Qur’an 8:19] When ALLAH says that “HE is with the believers”, it means that the believers don’t need anyone else. Rasullulah(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has said “Be mindful of ALLAH, and ALLAH will protect you. Be m...
