THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 7th day of Shăbaan, 1440, (Saturday, 13th April, 2019).WHY WE SHOULD STRIVE TO OFFER OUR 5 TIMES DAILY SALAAT (PRAYERS) PROPERLY. BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem. Prayer (salaat) is the most important practice in Islam after declaring faith in ALLAH and HIS Messenger. The Prophet described the prayer as a light, the pillar of Islam, and among the best deeds. The giant companion of the Prophet Abdullah ibn Mas’ud may ALLAH be pleased with him reported: I asked, “O Messenger of ALLAH, which deed is best?” The Messenger of ALLAH, peace and blessings be upon him, said: الصَّلَاةُ عَلَى مِيقَاتِهَا Prayer in its proper time. Source: Sahih Bukhari 2630. But this is for the true and sincere prayer that completes its purpose and objectives, both inwardly and outwardly, not simply going through the motions and rituals without presence of the heart in it through concentration. In order for the prayer to be fulfilled, we must allow it to purify our hearts, to keep us away from sin, and to enrich our lives in the remembrance of ALLAH. Purification of the heart is the ultimate religious objective of prayer. A prayer will only be acceptable to ALLAH if it is done with sincerity, reverence, awareness, and repentance. Our prayers should cleanse the heart of every spiritual disease such as envy, malice, zina, gambling, arrogance etc. If you find yourself in any kind of the major sins and even many minor sins then fear that your salaat may be lacking its ingredients to be acceptable to ALLAH. ALLAH says: قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَن تَزَكَّىٰ وَذَكَرَ اسْمَ رَبِّهِ فَصَلَّىٰ He has succeeded who purifies himself, who remembers the name of his Lord and prays. Surat Al-A’la 87:14-15. Our Programmed salaat if done properly should guard us from any sins. Allahu Akbar WALHAMDULILLAH. May ALLAH (Al-Muhaimin, The Protector) aid us to purify our hearts towards our salaat. Aameen.

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Al-khamis, 30th day of Rajab 1446AH, Thursday. 30th Jan. 2025). MEANING OF ALLAH CREATING HUMANS IN HIS OWN IMAGE.  BismilLah. Unfortunately, other faiths have made a serious mistake in trying to compare The CREATOR, ALLAH Azzawajal with HIS Creation human beings in physical appearance, and that's blasphemy and serious error  Sheikh AbuAmina, in one of his articles, explained that, in Islam, we believe that all people have been created in the “image” of ALLAH Azzawajal. But what does this mean? ALLAH Azzawajal is the creator of everything, including all people. That people are in the “image of ALLAH Azzawajal” means they are in the form that HE, ALLAH Azzawajal has chosen and honored for them, not that they resemble ALLAH Azzawajal in physical appearance or share in the Divine Essence. Just as we say a righteous person is the “servant of ALLAH” and a mosque is the “house of ALLAH” as a way to honor them, likewise is it an added dignity for pe...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum ar-ba'a. 7th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Wednesday 20th January 2021). Who are Believers. BismilLah.  Lets check in  Suurah Al-Mu'minun (The Believers). ALLAH says; 1. Successful indeed are the believers.  2. Those who offer their Salaat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. 3. And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that ALLAH has forbidden).  4. Those who pay the Zakat . 5. Those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) 6. Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame; etc ALLAH, the Most High, says “…for verily ALLAH is with those who believe.”[Al Qur’an 8:19] When ALLAH says that “HE is with the believers”, it means that the believers don’t need anyone else. Rasullulah(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has said “Be mindful of ALLAH, and ALLAH will protect you. Be m...
