THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Ithnayn, 29th Jumaadal Awwal 1440, (Monday, 4th February, 2019). SPONSORING SOMEONE TO STUDY ISLAM IS AN EXCELLENT SAVINGS. BismilLah. In an authentic Hadith, we read that There were two brothers in the days of the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam). One of them used to attend the Prophet's circle (to acquire knowledge) and the other used to earn their living by working). Once the one working complained to the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) against the former (for not working for living). He (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) replied, "Perhaps you are being provided because of him". [At-Tirmidhi]. This Hadith evidently shows that it is permissible and desirable to devote oneself or make someone else to devote himself for religious knowledge. Such students of religious knowledge should not be considered a burden. Similarly, one should also not ignore those students and learned who are devoted to such knowledge because ALLAH makes their help a means of increasing the donor's sources of subsistence. So those of us who are lacking Islamic knowledge and finding it difficult to pursue it due to work etc should seriously think of sponsoring a relative into full time Islamic studies and that will be a sadaqatul Jaariya for us in shaa ALLAH. We must also strive to ensure our Islamic teachers are taking care of by paying them well bcs they are far better than any non Islamic lectures who are receiving big monies for lecturing dunya acquisition lessons. We should support them financially to marry and support them to cater for their wives and children. But lets note that studying the deen is fard meaning compulsory upon each of us so there is no excuse from the above narration. Today I will be busy at work and might not be able to respond to your questions till after 6pm or during my lunch time in Shaa ALLAH. We ask ALLAH (Al-Haadi, The Guide) to keep guiding our eemaan and increases us in beneficial knowledge. Aameen.

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 5th day of RAJAB (Saturday 29th of February, 2020). LETS BE MINDFUL OF THESE BAD HABITS IN LIFE. BismilLah. Let's remind  ourselves that ALLAH does not love stubborn rejectors of faith, committing sins, and showing ingratitude. ALLAH says: فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ Verily, ALLAH does not love the unbelievers. Qur'an 3:32. Why? Bcs their disbelief in ALLAH and HIS Messenger only grant them the Hellfire. And ALLAH says: وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ ALLAH does not love any ungrateful sinner. Quran 2:276. ALLAH does not love arrogance, pride, boasting to one another, extravagance, and exultation in wrongdoing. ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36. These few are more than enough to aid us to fear these bad acts in our lives. We ask ALLAH to make us among those who are loved by HIM and who are...
FIRST REMINDER. Yaumul ahad, 11th day of Shawwal (Sunday 23rd May 2021). * _ This may not be true story from a friend but very true and sad reality of our modern world _ * . BismilLah. “The house where I lived was about to be seized, just because I could not pay the rent. I tried to get help from all relatives I know but all saying they don't have so I posted my situation on Facebook looking for help, but all I could get is 2 "I like" and zero comment. So I sent 250 messages to my contact list requesting a loan of N5000. Unfortunately only 10 people responded. 6 out of 10 said they could not help me. And only 1 out of 4 who promised to help me and gave me some money less than I needed. The other 3 gave me no excuse and never answered my calls. In the end, I was ejected. I became homeless. I did not have a place to sleep. I walked in the dark looking for options and, unfortunately, a thief stole my empty purse with my ID. He was badly hit by a car in high speed as he fle...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm As-Sabt. 29th day of Rajab, 1445AH (Saturday, 10th February 2024). SOME PROPHETIC TEACHINGS BEFORE GOING TO BED. Bismillah. Before climbing onto bed anytime of the day or night, dust the bed thrice with the corner of any clothe. Clean your teeth with Miswaak if possible or with brush and paste. Be in a state of wuduu. Sleep on the right side of your body facing the Qibla with the right hand underneath the head like a pillow and with the knees slightly bent.  Recite Aayatul Kursy and the last three chapters (Al-Ikhlaas, Al-Falaq, An-Naas) of the Quran, dry blow air to your palms then wipe over your entire body as much as possible, beginning with your head and face and then all parts of the body, do this 3 times if you can or atleast once whenever you are feeling lazy like myself sometimes😊. It's sunnah from the Prophet Muhammed sallallahu alaihi wasallam. Don't forget to offer your witir Salaat before sleeping or offer your two rakaats sha...
