THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Jumuat, 21st day of Rabee-uthaani 1440, (Friday, 28th December, 2018). SOME EXCELLENT WAYS IN GETTING CLOSER TO ALLAH AND HIS MESSENGER. Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem. Alhamdulillah for blessing us with another blessed day of the week. It's a blessings to be alive and another chance to seek ALLAH'S favours before visiting the grave. Let's strive to act in all the sunnahs of Fridays as thought by the messenger of ALLAH Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam. To our topic; Islam teaches us to utilize our time, our money and our knowledge for the sake of ALLAH. Lets study, Read the Qur’an and its translation or commentary every day. The source of the Shariah, the basis and foundation of Islam; those who turn away from the Qur’an are like lost sheep and those who seek its knowledge are the successful, righteous and the guided ones. Implement one aayah/verse and one hadith atleast every week. Sponsor an orphan. The Messenger of ALLAH (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said, “I will be like this in Jannah (Paradise) with the person who takes care of an orphan.” the Messenger of ALLAH raised his forefinger and middle finger by way of illustration. This is very vital since sponsoring an orphan costs but a fragment of our income, and the reward for taking care of orphans is beyond what we can imagine in this life. FRIDAY GIFT: Always keep these Two Words in your Mind and libs: AlhamdulilLah and AstaghfirulLah. AlhamdulilLah keeps you Closer to ALLAH while AstaghfirulLah Keeps you away from Sins. May ALLAH (Azza Wa Jal, The Mighty and the Majestic) aid us through our little efforts and grant us good health and halal sustenance to be able to live our lives as Practising Muslims. Aameen.

BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. BismilLah.  Assalaamu Alaikum WarahmatulLah to you all. AlhamdulilLah for granting us the opportunity to be part of this blessed day. Today mark the day when ALLAH granted Musah alayhi salaam victory over Fir'awn. Today mark the day ALLAH humiliated HIS worse enemy on earth Fir'awn for his disbelief in ALLAH and claiming he was ALLAH. We are all fasting on this blessed day seeking forgiveness from ALLAH for our sins from last year till date as the Prophet sallalLaahu Alaihi Wasallam recommended.  Those who are unable to fast can still do much to earn lots of rewards especially our sisters and daughters in their monthly cycle.
