THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Ithnayn, 12th day of Rabeeul Awwal 1440, (Monday, 19th November, 2018). PURIFICATION OF OUR HEARTS. BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem. One of the most beautiful, most soothing and most heartwarming moments you could have is when you realize how much ALLAH, The Most High, is protecting and taking care of your own heart. This is so much felt in Qur’anic verses where ALLAH (Al-Muqeet, The Nourisher) is telling us how HE wants us to speak to one another…Like here for example: ” ... And speak to people good [words] …” (Qur’an 2: 83). The Arabic ayah actually refers to good words as “husna” which also means beautiful. So ALLAH is instructing us to use not only good, but beautiful words with people. Note also here: “And tell My servants to say that which is best…” ( Qur’an 17: 53). Here, HE is making us carefully think about each word we utter, so that we do not just speak our minds in a careless/rude way claiming that this is our spontaneous reaction. Rather, HE is teaching us to say what’s better than our initial thought. Meaning, if you wanted to tell someone, “you’re not making any sense”, instead you’ll say, “thank you so much for taking the time to share this with me. Could you help me understand this part a bit better as maybe I failed to comprehend it well..?” this is what’s best! It is when you think twice before uttering words that could hurt, offend, disrespect, mock or ridicule someone without you knowing or caring. This is discipline. This is how we become more dignified human beings and we dignify others. It is the exact opposite of the animalistic nature. An animal will not think twice before barking at you or biting you for example, they’ll just follow their first instinct. But we are more elevated than that. We have the intellect and ability to tame our emotions and our reactions for the sake of our inner peace and for the sake of spreading peace to others. This is what ALLAH (Al-Jaleel, The Majestic) is teaching us, and this is a highly crucial matter for the light of our hearts. This is maybe why ALLAH Almighty tells us the following: “O you who have believed, let not a people ridicule [another] people; perhaps they may be better than them; nor let women ridicule [other] women; perhaps they may be better than them. And do not insult one another and do not call each other by [offensive] nicknames. Wretched is the name of disobedience after [one’s] faith. And whoever does not repent, then it is those who are the wrongdoers.” (Qur’an 49: 11). Today we hear and witness Muslims fighting each other for the sake of other human beings they love Astaqfirullah. Remember carefully what the messenger of ALLAH said about two Muslims fighting, both will enter the hell fire if they die fighting each other. May ALLAH (Al-Wadud, The Loving, The Kind One) keep guiding us all and protect us from any satanic influences. Aameen.

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 5th day of RAJAB (Saturday 29th of February, 2020). LETS BE MINDFUL OF THESE BAD HABITS IN LIFE. BismilLah. Let's remind  ourselves that ALLAH does not love stubborn rejectors of faith, committing sins, and showing ingratitude. ALLAH says: فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ Verily, ALLAH does not love the unbelievers. Qur'an 3:32. Why? Bcs their disbelief in ALLAH and HIS Messenger only grant them the Hellfire. And ALLAH says: وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ ALLAH does not love any ungrateful sinner. Quran 2:276. ALLAH does not love arrogance, pride, boasting to one another, extravagance, and exultation in wrongdoing. ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36. These few are more than enough to aid us to fear these bad acts in our lives. We ask ALLAH to make us among those who are loved by HIM and who are...
FIRST REMINDER. Yaumul ahad, 11th day of Shawwal (Sunday 23rd May 2021). * _ This may not be true story from a friend but very true and sad reality of our modern world _ * . BismilLah. “The house where I lived was about to be seized, just because I could not pay the rent. I tried to get help from all relatives I know but all saying they don't have so I posted my situation on Facebook looking for help, but all I could get is 2 "I like" and zero comment. So I sent 250 messages to my contact list requesting a loan of N5000. Unfortunately only 10 people responded. 6 out of 10 said they could not help me. And only 1 out of 4 who promised to help me and gave me some money less than I needed. The other 3 gave me no excuse and never answered my calls. In the end, I was ejected. I became homeless. I did not have a place to sleep. I walked in the dark looking for options and, unfortunately, a thief stole my empty purse with my ID. He was badly hit by a car in high speed as he fle...

Before climbing onto bed anytime of the day or night, dust the bed thrice with the corner of any clothe. Clean your teeth with Miswaak if possible or with brush and paste. Be in a state of wuduu. Sleep on the right side of your body facing the Qibla with the right hand underneath the head like a pillow and with the knees slightly bent.  Recite Aayatul Kursy and the last three chapters (Al-Ikhlaas, Al-Falaq, An-Naas) of the Quran, dry blow air to your palms then wipe over your entire body as much as possible, beginning with your head and face and then all parts of the body, do this 3 times if you can or atleast once whenever you are feeling lazy like myself sometimes😊. It's sunnah from the Prophet Muhammed sallallahu alaihi wasallam. Don't forget to offer your witir Salaat before sleeping or offer your two rakaats sha...
