THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Khamis, 17th day of Muharram 1440, (Thursday 27th September, 2018). PURIFICATION OF OUR INTENTIONS. BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem. Our beloved Messenger of ALLAH (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “Whoever wants to be heard of, Allah will make him be heard of, and whoever wants to be seen, Allah will display him.” [Sahih Muslim]. This hadith is a serious reminder to us to purify our intentions. ALLAH (subhana wa ta’ala) will give us what we desire: if it is fame we want, we will get it, if it is society’s praise we desire, it will be ours. But the utility of this fame and praise will end with our deaths and we will be humiliated by ALLAH to a larger gathering than we tiny human beings. The only things that will help us then are the deeds we did seeking the Face of ALLAH (The One and ONLY Power worthy of our, worship, praise and thanks).  We must keep checking our hearts to determine why we are doing things. We must also continue to ask ALLAH(subhana wa ta’ala) for HIS help in purifying our intentions (Niyyah). If whatever you are doing has no connection to please ALLAH then you are wasting your previous time so let's fear ALLAH and the day we die to account for our deeds. Remember what ALLAH said in Quran that we will be busy searching for money, power etc till death separate us from these money and power. Our days are numbered so let's fear death and purify our intentions towards success of the hereafter or the life after death. May our deeds not be a mirage; that they appear wonderful from a distance but close up, on the Day of Judgement, don’t exist because they were not done for Allah’s pleasure. May Allah have mercy on us from such a mess. Aameen.

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 5th day of RAJAB (Saturday 29th of February, 2020). LETS BE MINDFUL OF THESE BAD HABITS IN LIFE. BismilLah. Let's remind  ourselves that ALLAH does not love stubborn rejectors of faith, committing sins, and showing ingratitude. ALLAH says: فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ Verily, ALLAH does not love the unbelievers. Qur'an 3:32. Why? Bcs their disbelief in ALLAH and HIS Messenger only grant them the Hellfire. And ALLAH says: وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ ALLAH does not love any ungrateful sinner. Quran 2:276. ALLAH does not love arrogance, pride, boasting to one another, extravagance, and exultation in wrongdoing. ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36. These few are more than enough to aid us to fear these bad acts in our lives. We ask ALLAH to make us among those who are loved by HIM and who are...
FIRST REMINDER. Yaumul ahad, 11th day of Shawwal (Sunday 23rd May 2021). * _ This may not be true story from a friend but very true and sad reality of our modern world _ * . BismilLah. “The house where I lived was about to be seized, just because I could not pay the rent. I tried to get help from all relatives I know but all saying they don't have so I posted my situation on Facebook looking for help, but all I could get is 2 "I like" and zero comment. So I sent 250 messages to my contact list requesting a loan of N5000. Unfortunately only 10 people responded. 6 out of 10 said they could not help me. And only 1 out of 4 who promised to help me and gave me some money less than I needed. The other 3 gave me no excuse and never answered my calls. In the end, I was ejected. I became homeless. I did not have a place to sleep. I walked in the dark looking for options and, unfortunately, a thief stole my empty purse with my ID. He was badly hit by a car in high speed as he fle...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm As-Sabt. 29th day of Rajab, 1445AH (Saturday, 10th February 2024). SOME PROPHETIC TEACHINGS BEFORE GOING TO BED. Bismillah. Before climbing onto bed anytime of the day or night, dust the bed thrice with the corner of any clothe. Clean your teeth with Miswaak if possible or with brush and paste. Be in a state of wuduu. Sleep on the right side of your body facing the Qibla with the right hand underneath the head like a pillow and with the knees slightly bent.  Recite Aayatul Kursy and the last three chapters (Al-Ikhlaas, Al-Falaq, An-Naas) of the Quran, dry blow air to your palms then wipe over your entire body as much as possible, beginning with your head and face and then all parts of the body, do this 3 times if you can or atleast once whenever you are feeling lazy like myself sometimes😊. It's sunnah from the Prophet Muhammed sallallahu alaihi wasallam. Don't forget to offer your witir Salaat before sleeping or offer your two rakaats sha...
