Assalaamu Alaikum Warahmatulah. In supplement to today's reminder to clarify with the fact that ALLAH permitting Muslims to marry those WHO WERE GIVEN THE BOOK, My simple question is, can anyone CLAIM to be Christian? How do we accept someone to be Ahlul kitaab? If Muslims refuse to bury someone claiming the person nullified his or her shahaadah or no more a Muslim, what does that mean? How can we declare someone a NON Muslim and refuse to bury them when they die? In answering the above you can understand my topic today. Yes ALLAH permitted Muslims marrying Ahlul kitaab but who are they OR Who were they? How do you identify them by the condition ALLAH gave as Chaste among THOSE WHO WERE GIVEN THE BOOK? The Christian Ladies of today or after ALLAH perfecting ISLAM for mankind, ARE THEY CONSIDERED TO BE MUSHRIKAAT (مشركات) IDOLATRESSES OR NOT SHOULD BE OUR QUERY; BECAUSE ALLAH SAYS.... The Noble Quran 2:221 And DO NOT MARRY Al-Mushrikat (idolatresses) till they believe (worship Allah Alone). And indeed a slave woman who believes is better than a (free) Mushrikah (idolatress, etc.), even though she pleases you. And give not (your daughters) in marriage to Al-Mushrikun till they believe (in Allah Alone) and verily, a believing slave is better than a (free) Mushrik (idolater, etc.), even though he pleases you. Those (Al-Mushrikun) invite you to the Fire, but Allah invites (you) to Paradise and Forgiveness by His Leave, and makes His Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) clear to mankind that they may remember. AND YOU KNOW WHOEVER WORSHIPS ANYTHING ANYONE BESIDES ALLAH IS A MUSHRIK SHIRK IN ISLAM MEANS TO WORSHIP A CREATION INSTEAD OF THE CREATOR. WHO IS MORE MUSHRIK THAN A LADY WHO SAYS JESUS IS HER LORD OR JESUS IS PART OF ALLAH IN TRINITY ASTAQFIRULLAH. If you still believe those who are rejecting Islam can be married, read this authentic hadith below; The Prophet (SallalLaahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “By the one in whose hand is my soul, no one of this nation hears of me, Jew or Christian, then dies without believing in that with which I have been sent, but he will be one of the people of the Fire.” [Sahih Muslim, Vol1, no 284]. Do you want your wife in Hell fire? Do you want to marry someone who will be in hell fire? Did you contributed​ in the spread of Islam by marrying a Muslim and raising Muslim kids? Let's stop arguing unnecessarily. By the way please strive to fast tomorrow Monday if you can in an effort to get closer to ALLAH and away from the cursed Satan. May ALLAH have mercy on us all in increases us in beneficial knowledge. Aameen.
