SECOND REMINDER. Yaum Al-thalaatha 11th day of Zul-Qa'âdah (24th July). WHAT ARE THE REASONS BEHIND LEGISLATED ORDERS AND PROHIBITIONS FROM ALLAH? BismilLahir Rahmaanir Raheem. Shaikh Uthaimeen, may Allaah have mercy on him, said, “All legislated orders and prohibitions are [in and of themselves regarded as] wisdom, and there is no need for us to know the reason [for a particular one], because we know that ALLAAH is WISE and that HE did not legislate anything except based upon wisdom. Our stance towards [such] orders and prohibitions is but to say, ‘We hear and we obey.’ If we are able to find out what the wisdom [behind a particular command] is then that is a favour from ALLAAH, the Mighty and Majestic.” AlhamdulilLah. رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ Rabbaa Afriq àlainaa "swabran" Wa thabbit aqdaamanaa wanśurnaa àlal qaumil kaafireen. Oh Our Lord! Bestow on us endurance and make our foothold sure and give us help against those who reject faith. (2:250). Aameen.

Today mark the day when ALLAH granted Musah alayhi salaam victory over Fir'awn. Today mark the day ALLAH humiliated HIS worse enemy on earth Fir'awn for his disbelief in ALLAH and claiming he was ALLAH.
