THIRD REMINDER. Yaum Al-Ahad 6th day of Shaãban. OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR FAMILIES. BismilLahir Rahmaanir Raheem.   Regardless of how bad our relatives are especially our parents, children etc. We must not break ties with them. ALLAH forbids us to break family ties. No matter how hard it might seem to keep familial relationships going, it's very important that we try our best to maintain them. Shaitan loves it when we break our ties so let's not please the shaitan. Watch your words. Just as our bodies are accountable on us, our words are also accountable. We have to protect our speech as best as we can. Most of the hard/ difficult life today in every Muslim community today is due to the curses by our own parents especially our mothers due to lack of Islamic knowledge and fear of ALLAH. With little issues, we only utter curses on our children. No backbiting for it is like eating the flesh of a dead brother! No creating fitnah or tarnishing another person's character. No lying. No making fun of people or even ourselves with name calling or nicknames that are ill in nature. Protect our expressions before we hurt someone with it. Even a sneer or the lifting of our eyebrows is a taunt to someone else. Avoid expressing jealousy. Only Allah knows what's best for each of us and not everything everyone else has is good for us. Protect our eeman by not being arrogant about the level of our eeman for there is always someone better! Watch what we write, read, say! We must always remember that the smallest slight can weigh very heavily on the Day of Judgement! We must always be careful of what we say to the people we are interacting with. Even with young people, we must be careful not to hurt them with our words. May Allah keep guiding us all. Aameen.

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 17th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Sunday. 16th Feb. 2025). THE TRUE MEANINGS OF THE WORD DEEN continues. BismilLah.  ALLAH (Azza Wa Jal, The MIGHTY and the MAJESTIC) has sent HIS Messenger with the true deen for the purpose of ending the sovereignty of all false gods and granting us immense freedom so that we live as servants of none but the LORD of the UNIVERSE, no matter how much the idolaters and polytheists may dislike or oppose such a course. Thus, these three meanings of deen stand out: To acknowledge ALLAH as the ONLY LORD, MASTER and RULER. To obey and serve ONLY HIM. To be accountable to HIM, to fear only HIS punishment and to covet only HIS reward. Deen also includes obedience to ALLAH'S Messengers. The commandments of ALLAH Azzawajal have been given to human beings through HIS books and HIS Messengers. ALLAH Azzawajal says; Children of Aadam! If there should come to you Messengers from among you, who convey MY revelations unto you, ...

ALLAH says; 1. Successful indeed are the believers.  2. Those who offer their Salaat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. 3. And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that ALLAH has forbidden).  4. Those who pay the Zakat . 5. Those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) 6. Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame; etc ALLAH, the Most High, says “…for verily ALLAH is with those who believe.”[Al Qur’an 8:19] When ALLAH says that “HE is with the believers”, it means that the believers don’t need anyone else. Rasullulah(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has said “Be mindful of ALLAH, and ALLAH will protect you. Be m...
