FIRST REMINDER. Yaumu Al-thalaatha, 29th day of Rabeeu At-thaani. (Tuesday, 16th of January). SOME REASONS FOR THE PUNISHMENT IN THE GRAVE OR WHEN WE DIE. Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem. Our Sheikhs have written that there are many reasons for which people may be punished in their graves or after their death however they die buried or not, which Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allaah have mercy on him) listed and said: Some people may wonder about the reasons for which people may be punished when they die. This may be answered in two ways: in general and in detail. In general terms, they may be punished for their ignorance of Allaah, their ignoring His commands and their disobedience towards Him. Allaah does not punish any soul that acknowledged Him, loved Him, obeyed His commands and heeded His prohibitions, nor does He punish the body that was inhabited by that soul. Punishment in the grave and in the Hereafter are due to the wrath and anger of Allaah towards His slave. Whoever angers Allaah in this world and does not repent, and dies like that, will be punished in al-Barzakh(life after death) to a level commensurate with Allaah's anger with him. BismilLah. “The house where I lived was about to be seized, just because I could not pay the rent. I tried to get help from all relatives I know but all saying they don't have so I posted my situation on Facebook looking for help, but all I could get is 2 "I like" and zero comment. So I sent 250 messages to my contact list requesting a loan of N5000. Unfortunately only 10 people responded. 6 out of 10 said they could not help me.   THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm As-Sabt. 29th day of Rajab, 1445AH (Saturday, 10th February 2024). SOME PROPHETIC TEACHINGS BEFORE GOING TO BED. Bismillah. Before climbing onto bed anytime of the day or night, dust the bed thrice with the corner of any clothe. Clean your teeth with Miswaak if possible or with brush and paste. Be in a state of wuduu. Sleep on the right side of your body facing the Qibla with the right hand underneath the head like a pillow and with the knees slightly bent.  Recite Aayatul Kursy and the last three chapters (Al-Ikhlaas, Al-Falaq, An-Naas) of the Quran, dry blow air to your palms then wipe over your entire body as much as possible, beginning with your head and face and then all parts of the body, do this 3 times if you can or atleast once whenever you are feeling lazy like myself sometimes😊.
