SECOND REMINDER: Sunday. "The only religion approved by God (Allah) for mankind is Islam (Submission to commands of God)" 3:19. Share to others please. BismilLahir Rahmaanir Raheem. Many non Muslims who read the above statement will immediately say: hold on, what about Judaism and Christianity? After all, these religions were also authorized by Allah (God)! Yes but however, if we discard all labels (Judaism, Christianity, Islam) and inspect the ideology of any of these divine revelations we would note the following relevant issues: 1- Contrary to what many believe, the word Islam is never used in the Quran as a title for the religion belonging only in the Quran nor a religion that is exclusive to the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him! The word Islam simply means Submission to God. It is necessary thus to stop thinking of Islam as the religion exclusive to the Quran, and in stead recognise Islam as a spiritual state of submitting to Allah (God)! alone for all human beings. 2- All the prophets of Allah (God)! submitted to Almighty Allah (God)! and called their people to submit to the One and only Allah (God)!. The only true religion as far as God is concerned (after discarding the labels) is Submission to God (Islam). 3- It can also be said that all the labels we know today like Judaism and Christianity are man made. As an example, when Jesus Christ preached the love and submission to Allah (God)!, he never claimed that he is initiating a new religion which is called Christianity. In actual fact Jesus proclaimed that he has not come to change the law (of the Torah) but to confirm it (Mathew 5:17-18). The term 'Christianity', as a separate religion independent of Judaism, was not used except long after Jesus. In this light, Islam is not the religion of the Quran alone, nor is the religion brought by the prophet Muhammad(S.A.W). It is written in the Quran that Islam (Submission to God), is as old as Abraham (22:78), and that all the practises of Islam were first given to Abraham and his sons long before Muhammad (S.A.W) was born. "ALLAH has legislated for you of the religion what He has instructed for Noah and what Allah inspired to you and what Allah instructed for Abraham, Moses, and Jesus: "You shall establish the religion and be not divided therein." 42:13. Allah says: "Abraham was neither a Jew, nor a Christian; but he was a monotheist submitter(Muslim). He was not one of the Mushrikeen (those who set up partners with God)." 3:67. "The only religion approved by Allah (God) is Islam (Submission)." 3:19. The above Quranic verses confirm the truth that as far as Allah (God) is concerned there has always been one religion. The one religion was decreed to Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad peace be upon them all. Be a practicing if indeed you want to enter Paradise. May Allah increase us in knowledge and wisdom. FIRST REMINDER. Yaumul ahad, 11th day of Shawwal (Sunday 23rd May 2021). * _ This may not be true story from a friend but very true and sad reality of our modern world _ * . BismilLah. “The house where I lived was about to be seized, just because I could not pay the rent. I tried to get help from all relatives I know but all saying they don't have so I posted my situation on Facebook looking for help, but all I could get is 2 "I like" and zero comment. So I sent 250 messages to my contact list requesting a loan of N5000. Unfortunately only 10 people responded. 6 out of 10 said they could not help me. And only 1 out of 4 who promised to help me and gave me some money less than I needed. The other 3 gave me no excuse and never answered my calls. In the end, I was ejected. I became homeless.   THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm As-Sabt. 29th day of Rajab, 1445AH (Saturday, 10th February 2024). SOME PROPHETIC TEACHINGS BEFORE GOING TO BED. Bismillah. Before climbing onto bed anytime of the day or night, dust the bed thrice with the corner of any clothe. Clean your teeth with Miswaak if possible or with brush and paste. Be in a state of wuduu. Sleep on the right side of your body facing the Qibla with the right hand underneath the head like a pillow and with the knees slightly bent.  Recite Aayatul Kursy and the last three chapters (Al-Ikhlaas, Al-Falaq, An-Naas) of the Quran, dry blow air to your palms then wipe over your entire body as much as possible, beginning with your head and face and then all parts of the body, do this 3 times if you can or atleast once whenever you are feeling lazy like myself sometimes😊.
