FIRST REMINDER. Thursday. 12th day of Rabeeul Awwal. FEAR ALLAH IN THE CELEBRATION OF MAULID. BismilLah. My naseehah (advice) this morning goes to those who has chosen to celebrate the birth of our beloved messenger of Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam. Personally I don't have any ill feelings for those who have decided to celebrate only if it can be arranged in line with Sharia rulings to all forms of celebration. Who will complain if the local imams decide to arrange lectures in the masjid or a field sitting to study the seerah or biography of the prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam with men and women properly dressed. The problem I have for this celebration is the fact that we are abusing the rules pertaining to gatherings and celebration. Young girls dressing in skinny jeans and short dresses with tight tops dancing with non mahram boys on the street blocking roads in the name of celebrating the birth of the prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam. Information reaching me from Ghana Nima/Mamobi yesterday indicates that roads are blocked with Muslim young boys and girls dressed the forbidden ways singing and dancing in the name of Maulid why? Subhanallah Is this an abuse to the prophet or love for him? Is this how the prophet thought us to celebrate even Eid which has been legislated? Imagine someone is dying and roads are blocked towards hospital, we kill the person in the name of Maulid isn't it?. We have made Islam ugly for non Muslims. Our respect as Muslims diminishing. Our Muslim communities now is a free zone for zina by even non Muslims. Let's fear Allah's humiliation for these kind of abuse on our Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam. Divorce rate in Nima/Mamobi and zina in these areas is just a shame to Islam. May ALLAH protect our offspring from these kind of mess. Aameen.

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 17th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Sunday. 16th Feb. 2025). THE TRUE MEANINGS OF THE WORD DEEN continues. BismilLah.  ALLAH (Azza Wa Jal, The MIGHTY and the MAJESTIC) has sent HIS Messenger with the true deen for the purpose of ending the sovereignty of all false gods and granting us immense freedom so that we live as servants of none but the LORD of the UNIVERSE, no matter how much the idolaters and polytheists may dislike or oppose such a course. Thus, these three meanings of deen stand out: To acknowledge ALLAH as the ONLY LORD, MASTER and RULER. To obey and serve ONLY HIM. To be accountable to HIM, to fear only HIS punishment and to covet only HIS reward. Deen also includes obedience to ALLAH'S Messengers. The commandments of ALLAH Azzawajal have been given to human beings through HIS books and HIS Messengers. ALLAH Azzawajal says; Children of Aadam! If there should come to you Messengers from among you, who convey MY revelations unto you, ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum ar-ba'a. 7th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Wednesday 20th January 2021). Who are Believers. BismilLah.  Lets check in  Suurah Al-Mu'minun (The Believers). ALLAH says; 1. Successful indeed are the believers.  2. Those who offer their Salaat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. 3. And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that ALLAH has forbidden).  4. Those who pay the Zakat . 5. Those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) 6. Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame; etc ALLAH, the Most High, says “…for verily ALLAH is with those who believe.”[Al Qur’an 8:19] When ALLAH says that “HE is with the believers”, it means that the believers don’t need anyone else. Rasullulah(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has said “Be mindful of ALLAH, and ALLAH will protect you. Be m...
