SECOND REMINDER. Thursday. THE BEST WEEK OF MUHARRAM Continues. BismilLaah Let's continue from the first Reminder. It was narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “The best fast after Ramadan is in the month of Allah Muharram.”Narrated by Muslim (1982). We are encouraged to fast each Mondays and Thursdays so hopefully we are all Fasting today. Then tomorrow Friday is 9th day of Muharram which is recommended to fast then 10th of Muharram which is the day of Aashuura, the day Allah saved Musah alayhi salaam with his followers and drowned Fir'aun and we fast to praise Allah bcs Musah alayhi salaam is one of the Messengers of Allah who was a Muslim. Then Saturday 11th of Muharram is also a recommended second day of Aashuura to fast if you can. You can rest on the 12th day of Muharram. Then Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday which are the 13th, 14th and 15th are the middle days of the month which the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam termed as 3 white days of each Islamic calendar month for fasting to gain lots of rewards from Allah. All these can help get us closer to Allah, hoping for our past, present and future sins to be forgiven be-iznilLah. If you can't fast all, at least don't miss Friday and Saturday coming. May Allah aid us to fast as many as possible and may HE be pleased with us. Aameen. For our sisters who can't fast due to their monthly cycle or those who are sick, don't feel neglected, Allah may reward your intentions in any little acts of worship on these days such as studying the deen, reciting more zikir, feeding the poor, helping your family etc. May Allah bless us all. Aameen.

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 17th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Sunday. 16th Feb. 2025). THE TRUE MEANINGS OF THE WORD DEEN continues. BismilLah.  ALLAH (Azza Wa Jal, The MIGHTY and the MAJESTIC) has sent HIS Messenger with the true deen for the purpose of ending the sovereignty of all false gods and granting us immense freedom so that we live as servants of none but the LORD of the UNIVERSE, no matter how much the idolaters and polytheists may dislike or oppose such a course. Thus, these three meanings of deen stand out: To acknowledge ALLAH as the ONLY LORD, MASTER and RULER. To obey and serve ONLY HIM. To be accountable to HIM, to fear only HIS punishment and to covet only HIS reward. Deen also includes obedience to ALLAH'S Messengers. The commandments of ALLAH Azzawajal have been given to human beings through HIS books and HIS Messengers. ALLAH Azzawajal says; Children of Aadam! If there should come to you Messengers from among you, who convey MY revelations unto you, ...

ALLAH says; 1. Successful indeed are the believers.  2. Those who offer their Salaat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. 3. And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that ALLAH has forbidden).  4. Those who pay the Zakat . 5. Those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) 6. Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame; etc ALLAH, the Most High, says “…for verily ALLAH is with those who believe.”[Al Qur’an 8:19] When ALLAH says that “HE is with the believers”, it means that the believers don’t need anyone else. Rasullulah(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has said “Be mindful of ALLAH, and ALLAH will protect you. Be m...
