DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-khamis, 21st day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Thursday,  20th February 2025. LET'S INCREASE OUR SADAQAH ESPECIALLY TO OUR FAMILY FOR THE RAMADHAN. BismilLah.

As Ramadhan approaches, let's strive to support our families with money or food items to help them during Ramadhan. By doing so, you are helping their dunya, but they, in return, will help you better for your aakhira through dua for you.

ALLAH Azzawajal says in Qur'an 2:261

The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of ALLAH is like a seed [of grain], which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And ALLAH multiplies [HIS reward] for whom HE wills. And ALLAH is all-Encompassing and Knowing.

This is a parable that ALLAH Azzawajal made of the multiplication of rewards for those who spend in HIS cause, seeking HIS pleasure. ALLAH Azzawajal multiplies the good deed ten to seven hundred times. Imagine what the multiple will be during Ramadhan.

The parable in the Ayah is more impressive on the heart than merely mentioning the number seven hundred. This Ayah indicates that ALLAH Azzawajal `grows' the good deeds for its doers, just as HE grows the plant for whoever sows it in fertile land.

The Sunnah also mentions that the deeds are multiplied up to seven hundred folds. For instance, Imam Ahmad recorded that Abu Mas`ud said that a man once gave away a camel, with its bridle on, in the cause of ALLAH Azzawajal and the Messenger of ALLAH said,

On the Day of Resurrection, you will have seven hundred camels with their bridles. Imam Muslim and An-Nasa'i also recorded this Hadith. Are we ready for this promise from ALLAH and? Let's make up our intentions from today as to how to support our families. I will also be launching a Ramadhan sadaqah appeal soon as we do each year to support my hometown's poorer and needy brothers and sisters towards Ramadhan, so be ready to support and invest with ALLAH Azzawajal. May ALLAH Azzawajal keeps guiding and protecting us from any satanic influences. Aameen.

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 5th day of RAJAB (Saturday 29th of February, 2020). LETS BE MINDFUL OF THESE BAD HABITS IN LIFE. BismilLah. Let's remind  ourselves that ALLAH does not love stubborn rejectors of faith, committing sins, and showing ingratitude. Verily, ALLAH does not love the unbelievers. Qur'an 3:32. Why? Bcs their disbelief in ALLAH and HIS Messenger only grant them the Hellfire. ALLAH does not love any ungrateful sinner. Quran 2:276. ALLAH does not love arrogance, pride, boasting to one another, extravagance, and exultation in wrongdoing. Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36. These few are more than enough to aid us to fear these bad acts in our lives. We ask ALLAH to make us among those who are loved by HIM and who are...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt. 17th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Saturday 30th January 2021). A SERIOUS CONDITION TO FULFILL FOR ALLAH TO ANSWER OUR DUA. BismilLah Consuming haraam wealth is one of the major reason why du’aa’s are not answered. Abu Hurayrah (may ALLAAH be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said: “O people, ALLAAH is Good and only accepts that which is good. ALLAAH commanded the pious to follow the same commandments as HE gave to the Messengers. HE says; ‘O (you) Messengers! Eat of the Tayyibaat [all kinds of Halaal (lawful) foods which ALLAAH has made lawful (meat of slaughtered eatable animals, milk products, fats, vegetables, fruits)] and do righteous deeds. Verily, I am Well-Acquainted with what you do’ [al-Mu’minoon 23:51]. ‘O you who believe (in the Oneness of ALLAAH, Islamic Monotheism)! Eat of the lawful things that I have provided you with’ [al-Baqarah 2:172]. Another important point is to rea...
