THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 22nd day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 1st April 2024).

THE GREATNESS OF SAYING LAA HAWLA WALAA KUWATA ILLAA BILLA. BismilLah.

This phrase is one of our greatest weapons as Muslims. Our beloved Messenger of ALLAH sallalLaahu Alaihi Wasallam actually said that this phrase is what is written underneath the thrown of the Almighty ALLAH ALLAHU AKBAR. if you say this phrase sincerely with full trust in your heart about its powerful nature, trust me you can even step on a wounded wild snake by mistake, it cannot bite you by the will of ALLAH. The phrase basically means; There is no power or strength except with ALLAAH. Saying this phrase means you accept you cannot do anything without the support of ALLAH that's why even before salaat when the muazzin says hayya alas Salaat/ Fallah, we respond by saying the above phrase to mean that even with the salaat we cannot offer it without the support of ALLAH.

It was narrated that Anas ibn Maalik said: “The Messenger of ALLAAH (peace and blessings of ALLAAH be upon him) said: ‘Whoever says – i.e., when he is leaving his house “Bismillaah, tawwakaltu ‘ala ALLAAH, laa hawla wa laa quwwata illa Billaah (In the name of ALLAAH, I put my trust in ALLAH, and there is no power and no strength except with ALLAH),” it will be said to him, “You are taken care of and protected,” and the Shaytaan will leave him alone.’” (Narrated by al-Tirmidhi in his Sunan, 3348). May ALLAH aid us to be able to comprehend the wisdom behind our acts of worship. Aameen.

Let's remind  ourselves that ALLAH does not love stubborn rejectors of faith, committing sins, and showing ingratitude. ALLAH says: فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ Verily, ALLAH does not love the unbelievers. Qur'an 3:32. Why? Bcs their disbelief in ALLAH and HIS Messenger only grant them the Hellfire. And ALLAH says: وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ ALLAH does not love any ungrateful sinner. Quran 2:276. ALLAH does not love arrogance, pride, boasting to one another, extravagance, and exultation in wrongdoing. ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36. These few are more than enough to aid us to fear these bad acts in our lives. We ask ALLAH to make us among those who are loved by HIM and who are...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt. 17th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Saturday 30th January 2021). A SERIOUS CONDITION TO FULFILL FOR ALLAH TO ANSWER OUR DUA. BismilLah Consuming haraam wealth is one of the major reason why du’aa’s are not answered. Abu Hurayrah (may ALLAAH be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said: “O people, ALLAAH is Good and only accepts that which is good. ALLAAH commanded the pious to follow the same commandments as HE gave to the Messengers. HE says; ‘O (you) Messengers! Eat of the Tayyibaat [all kinds of Halaal (lawful) foods which ALLAAH has made lawful (meat of slaughtered eatable animals, milk products, fats, vegetables, fruits)] and do righteous deeds. Verily, I am Well-Acquainted with what you do’ [al-Mu’minoon 23:51]. ‘O you who believe (in the Oneness of ALLAAH, Islamic Monotheism)! Eat of the lawful things that I have provided you with’ [al-Baqarah 2:172]. Another important point is to rea...
