THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 2nd day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Thursday 11th April 2024).

HAVE YOU STARTED FASTING FOR YOUR RAMADHAN DEBTS OR STARTED YOUR 6t SHAW'WAAL? BismilLah.

AlhamdulilLah for guiding and blessing us to be part of the blessed month of Ramadhan. Many Muslims couldn't fast due to genuine reasons and some ignored it without any genuine reasons. May ALLAH guide those Muslims from any satanic influences. Aameen.

It's important we don't delay any acts of worship that can get us closer to ALLAH. Those who missed any days in Ramadhan should start fasting now without delaying it unless with genuine reasons. Those who don't owe any days should start fasting the 6 recommended days in this month of Shaw'waal.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) explained this when he said: “Whoever fasts for six days after (Eid) al-Fitr has completed the year: (whoever does a good deed (hasanah) will have ten hasanah like it).” According to another report: “ALLAAH has made for each hasanah ten like it, so a month is like fasting ten months, and fasting six days is like fasting 2 months that completes the whole year.”

Even though its permissible to fast these 6 special days within Shaw'waal then complete your missed days of Ramadhan within the year, its highly recommended we don't delay any act of worship as you don't know if you will be living tomorrow. So the best is to quickly fast all your missed days then add the 6t Shaw'waal and if you didn't miss any days in Ramadhan then quickly fast all your 6 days then continue with Mondays and Thursday and also the recommended 3 middle days of each month 13th, 14th and 15th, all these add up to making you a good servant of ALLAH be-iznilLah. It's permissible to start fasting from today the 2nd day of Shaw'waal.

May ALLAH aid us in our efforts to please HIM. Aameen.

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 5th day of RAJAB (Saturday 29th of February, 2020). LETS BE MINDFUL OF THESE BAD HABITS IN LIFE. BismilLah. Let's remind  ourselves that ALLAH does not love stubborn rejectors of faith, committing sins, and showing ingratitude. ALLAH says: فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ Verily, ALLAH does not love the unbelievers. Qur'an 3:32. Why? Bcs their disbelief in ALLAH and HIS Messenger only grant them the Hellfire. And ALLAH says: وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ ALLAH does not love any ungrateful sinner. Quran 2:276. ALLAH does not love arrogance, pride, boasting to one another, extravagance, and exultation in wrongdoing. ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36. These few are more than enough to aid us to fear these bad acts in our lives. We ask ALLAH to make us among those who are loved by HIM and who are...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt. 17th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Saturday 30th January 2021). A SERIOUS CONDITION TO FULFILL FOR ALLAH TO ANSWER OUR DUA. BismilLah Consuming haraam wealth is one of the major reason why du’aa’s are not answered. Abu Hurayrah (may ALLAAH be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said: “O people, ALLAAH is Good and only accepts that which is good. ALLAAH commanded the pious to follow the same commandments as HE gave to the Messengers. HE says; ‘O (you) Messengers! Eat of the Tayyibaat [all kinds of Halaal (lawful) foods which ALLAAH has made lawful (meat of slaughtered eatable animals, milk products, fats, vegetables, fruits)] and do righteous deeds. Verily, I am Well-Acquainted with what you do’ [al-Mu’minoon 23:51]. ‘O you who believe (in the Oneness of ALLAAH, Islamic Monotheism)! Eat of the lawful things that I have provided you with’ [al-Baqarah 2:172]. Another important point is to rea...
