  THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS.  Yaum al-ithnayn. 20th day of Rajab. (Monday, 21st February 2022). LET'S HELP OURSELVES. BismilLah. 


Abu Hurayra (ra), the companion of the Messenger of ALLAH, was asked about Taqwa (God-consciousness). He said, “It is a road full of thorns. One who walks on it must have extreme patience.”


I asked several brothers and sisters if they know what their mission in life might be. Some said yes. I asked them if they were carrying out their mission. Most said no, and gave these reasons: "I feel that others are more qualified than me. It seems like a fantasy.  It feels like a dream. I tried once and it didn’t go my way. Right now I need to focus on financial security. I’m not ready yet. Does this sound like you?


Brothers and sisters, no one is more qualified than you to fulfil the plan that ALLAH has for you! ALLAH’s plan is not a fantasy or a dream. It may not go your way the first time, or the second, or the third. It may not make you rich, but there is no true financial security in this life – that’s an illusion.  No one expects you to let your family go hungry. Work hard and provide for them, but don’t get caught in the trap of thinking that the accumulation of wealth will save you, because the only true security is with ALLAH. Whatever we do in life we must strive to please ALLAH. Obedience to ALLAH in all situations is the path to Jannah (Paradise), In shaa ALLAH. We ask ALLAH to heal all sick Muslims and forgive our past, present and future sins. Aameen.

ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech.  THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt. 17th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Saturday 30th January 2021). A SERIOUS CONDITION TO FULFILL FOR ALLAH TO ANSWER OUR DUA. BismilLah Consuming haraam wealth is one of the major reason why du’aa’s are not answered.
