THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 28th day of Dhul Hijjah. (Saturday, 7th of August 2021). WISDOM BEHIND WUDUU (Ablution) CONTINUES. BismilLah.

Let's conclude on our topic on wuduu.

Afte the face, the arms are washed. For, when a person does a bad deed, the tongue speaks first; then, the eyes see it; after that, the arms catch or hold them and become the accomplice of the bad deed. Therefore, it is an appropriate deed to wash the hands, which take the second step to obey Satan after the tongue and the eyes, in order to purify it from the visible impurities through water and invisible impurities through begging Allah.

The third fard of wuduu is to wipe the head. The fact that wuduu wants to encourage a person to do spiritual cleaning along with material cleaning is seen the most clearly in the wiping of the head. For, according to the Islamic tradition, a person does not usually walk around with his head uncovered; it is generally covered. Even if it is uncovered, the thick hair protects the head from dirt and dust. Therefore, it is impossible for it to accumulate so much dirt that needs to be cleaned five times a day. Besides, it is something difficult to wash the head each time a person makes wuduu; it does not fit the lofty aim of ALLAH Almighty, who always orders HIS slaves to do easy things.

However, in wudu, the head includes an organ that cannot be overlooked in spiritual cleaning: the brain, which is the center of the body and which starts to think as soon as it receives any news about sins, makes plans and distributes duties to commit the sin to other organs. A person is reminded of the spiritual impurities of the head, which does not have many material impurities; therefore, he is ordered only to wipe the head instead of washing it, to seek ways of eliminating them and to watch out. What a deep and lofty wisdom that contains so many meanings and astonishes the heads in the presence of these subtleties.

The last fard of wuduu is to wash the feet. If the evil deed to be done is at a distance away, the organs that take the body there and enable it to commit it are the feet. Therefore, the share of the feet in the bad deed forms the last step but it is a big step. Thus, it is the last and most important duty to wash away the material impurities of the feet and to ask ALLAH for forgiveness after remembering all of the sins caused by them before standing in the presence of ALLAH, that is, before starting to perform a prayer. It is necessary to note that the organs mentioned above are the organs that could accumulate the most amount of material impurities during daily life and that our religion, which orders us to wash them, gives great importance to material cleaning by ordering us to wash them along with spiritual cleaning.

It can be said that to look for wisdoms and reasons behind the orders of our religion is like looking for water in the middle of the sea. It is indeed so. Every order, from the smallest to the biggest one, of our religion contains so meaningful wisdoms as to astonish every sane person whose heart has the slightest amount of light of belief and to make him shed tears. May ALLAH keep guiding us all and protect us from any satanic influences. Aameen.

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 5th day of RAJAB (Saturday 29th of February, 2020). LETS BE MINDFUL OF THESE BAD HABITS IN LIFE. BismilLah. Let's remind  ourselves that ALLAH does not love stubborn rejectors of faith, committing sins, and showing ingratitude. ALLAH says: فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ Verily, ALLAH does not love the unbelievers. Qur'an 3:32. Why? Bcs their disbelief in ALLAH and HIS Messenger only grant them the Hellfire. And ALLAH says: وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ ALLAH does not love any ungrateful sinner. Quran 2:276. ALLAH does not love arrogance, pride, boasting to one another, extravagance, and exultation in wrongdoing. ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36. These few are more than enough to aid us to fear these bad acts in our lives. We ask ALLAH to make us among those who are loved by HIM and who are...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt. 17th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Saturday 30th January 2021). A SERIOUS CONDITION TO FULFILL FOR ALLAH TO ANSWER OUR DUA. BismilLah Consuming haraam wealth is one of the major reason why du’aa’s are not answered. Abu Hurayrah (may ALLAAH be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said: “O people, ALLAAH is Good and only accepts that which is good. ALLAAH commanded the pious to follow the same commandments as HE gave to the Messengers. HE says; ‘O (you) Messengers! Eat of the Tayyibaat [all kinds of Halaal (lawful) foods which ALLAAH has made lawful (meat of slaughtered eatable animals, milk products, fats, vegetables, fruits)] and do righteous deeds. Verily, I am Well-Acquainted with what you do’ [al-Mu’minoon 23:51]. ‘O you who believe (in the Oneness of ALLAAH, Islamic Monotheism)! Eat of the lawful things that I have provided you with’ [al-Baqarah 2:172]. Another important point is to rea...
