DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Khamis 12th day of Jumaada Al-Thani (Thursday 6th of February, 2020).
RULINGS ON BUYING AND SELLING DOGS. BismilLahir Rahmaanir Raheem.
There are some issues or rulings in Islam which may not be logic to some people but only ALLAH knows what's logic or not. ALLAH made some things forbidden as a test to those who adhere to rules. Like we know, ALLAH made all fruits halaal for our grandfather Aadam and only made one fruit forbidden for him and his wife but sheitan deceived to disobey ALLAH. By our so called logic today and lack of fear for ALLAH, some can query why ALLAH prohibited that one fruit? Even human beings creates rules around us but we follow without question even if it doesn't make sense but we have the guts to ask WHY to ALLAH commands astaqfirulLah. Please note that the word WHY when it comes to Shariah rules is a satanic plot to deviate you from your eemaan. As a Muslim whenever you hear ALLAH and HIS messenger says something, you just need to say I hear and I obey no IF no BUT and strive to speak to a learned person to seek knowledge about it not to question ALLAH with our lack of knowledge.
There are many ahaadeeth narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of ALLAAH be upon him) which state that it is forbidden to sell dogs. The general meaning of these ahaadeeth include all kinds of dogs, those which is permissible to keep for security at gate house and those which is not permissible to keep. These ahaadeeth include the following:
1. al-Bukhaari (1944) narrated that Abu Juhayfah said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of ALLAAH be upon him) forbade the price of a dog.
2 – al-Bukhaari (2083) and Muslim (2930) narrated from Abu Mas’ood al-Ansaari that the Messenger of ALLAAH (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) forbade the price of a dog, the wages of a prostitute and the fee of a fortuneteller.
There are many of such narrations so for the Muslim brothers who are buying and selling dogs as business please stop it for ALLAH sake bcs ALLAH never put blessings in anything wrong. May ALLAH protect us from any satanic influences. Aameen.
