DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt 21st day of Jumaada Al-Thani (Saturday 15th of February, 2020).
PURIFICATION OF OUR HEARTS. Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem.

Our beloved Messenger of ALLAH (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) was asked: “Who are the best type of people?” He replied: “A person who is truthful in his speech and Makhmoom in his heart.” the companions asked: “We know what is truthful speech, but what is a Makhmoom heart?” He (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) responded: “It is a pure pious heart that does not have envy, evil or spite.” [Ibn Maajah].
May ALLAH have mercy on us and forgive our sins. May ALLAH aid us to forgive those who have wrong us and those we've wronged. Aameen.

Let's remind  ourselves that ALLAH does not love stubborn rejectors of faith, committing sins, and showing ingratitude. ALLAH does not love arrogance, pride, boasting to one another, extravagance, and exultation in wrongdoing. ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. BismilLah Consuming haraam wealth is one of the major reason why du’aa’s are not answered. Abu Hurayrah (may ALLAAH be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said: “O people, ALLAAH is Good and only accepts that which is good. ALLAAH commanded the pious to follow the same commandments as HE gave to the Messengers. HE says; ‘O (you) Messengers!
