DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Arbaà, 16th day of Rabeeul Awwal (Wednesday 13th of November, 2019).

ALLAH commanded the Prophet Mohammed sallalLaahu Alaihi Wasallam to say to the Christians and Jews, "Do you argue with us about ALLAH while HE is our Lord and your Lord? For us are our deeds, and for you are your deeds. And we are sincere [in deed and intention] to HIM." Quran 2:139.
meaning, "Do you dispute with us regarding the Oneness of ALLAH, obedience and submission to HIM and in avoiding HIS prohibitions?!
وَهُوَ رَبُّنَا وَرَبُّكُمْ
while HE is our Lord and YOUR Lord,
meaning, HE has full control over us and you, and deserves the worship alone without partners.
وَلَنَا أَعْمَالُنَا وَلَكُمْ أَعْمَالُكُمْ
And we are to be rewarded for our deeds and you for your deeds.
meaning, we disown you and what you worship, just as you disown us. From the Tafseer by Imam Ibn Kathir may ALLAH be pleased with him.

May ALLAH, AR-RAQEEB (The Watchful, The ONE Who is closely watching over HIS creation, hearing, seeing and knowing everything) keep guiding us all till Jannat becomes our final abode. Aameen.

BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character.
