THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Jumuat. 5th day of Ramadaan, 1440, (Friday, 10th May, 2019). THE BENEFIT OF PAYING YEARLY ZAKAAT. BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem.

The fact that Zakaat is an obligation upon all Muslims with savings or weath is one of the most apparent indications of the beauty of Islam and the concern it has for its adherents. The benefits of Zakaat are in‐ deed numerous, and [it has been made obligatory] due to the dire need of the poor amongst the Muslims. It's one of the main pillars of Islaam.

From its benefits are the following:
1. It strengthens the bonds of love between the rich and the poor, for it is from human nature that a person shows affinity to those who treat them well and kindness.
2. It purifies and cleanses the soul and distances it from greed and avarice, as indicated in the Noble Qur`aan when ALLAH says:
“Take Sadaqah (alms) from their wealth in order to purify them and sanctify them with it.” [Surah at‐Tawbah, 9:103].
3. It causes Muslims to grow accustomed to performing acts of generosity, hospitality and empathy towards those who are in need.
4. It brings increase and blessings to one’s wealth, and ALLAH replaces it (the wealth given as charity with something better), as ALLAH said:
“And whatsoever you spend of anything (in ALLAH'S Cause), HE will replace it. And HE is the Best of providers.” [Surah as‐Saba ́ (34:39].

In a Saheeh (authentic) hadeeth, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said: “O child of Adam! Spend in charity and ALLAH will spend on you. There are numerous other benefits that may be found in the legislation of Zakaat.
A severe warning has been issued to those who do not offer Zakaat out of greed as well as those who fall short in doing so. ALLAH said:
“And those who hoard up gold and silver [alkanz: the money, the Zakaat of which has not been paid], and spend it not in the Way of ALLAH, announce unto them a painful torment. On the Day when that (al‐kanz: money, gold and silver, etc., the Zakaat of which has not been paid) will be heated in the Fire of Hell and with it will be branded their foreheads, their flanks, and their backs, (and it will be said unto them): ‘This is the treasure which you hoarded for yourselves. Now taste of what you used to hoard’.” [Surah at‐Tawbah (9):34‐35].
Any type of wealth from which Zakaah has not been offered is regarded as hoarded up treasure (al‐kanz) for which one will be punished on the Day of Judgemen. For those who qualify to receive zakaat, a follow up reminder on that coming later in shaa ALLAH. Please remember today is Friday and as usual, don't forget its sunnahs.

May ALLAH forgive our mistakes and aid us to be able to follow all HIS rules which are actually for own benefits. Aameen.

Let's remind  ourselves that ALLAH does not love stubborn rejectors of faith, committing sins, and showing ingratitude. ALLAH says: فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ Verily, ALLAH does not love the unbelievers. Qur'an 3:32. Why? Bcs their disbelief in ALLAH and HIS Messenger only grant them the Hellfire. And ALLAH says: وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ ALLAH does not love any ungrateful sinner. Quran 2:276. ALLAH does not love arrogance, pride, boasting to one another, extravagance, and exultation in wrongdoing. ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36.  THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt. 17th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Saturday 30th January 2021). A SERIOUS CONDITION TO FULFILL FOR ALLAH TO ANSWER OUR DUA. BismilLah Consuming haraam wealth is one of the major reason why du’aa’s are not answered. Abu Hurayrah (may ALLAAH be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said: “O people, ALLAAH is Good and only accepts that which is good. ALLAAH commanded the pious to follow the same commandments as HE gave to the Messengers. HE says; ‘O (you) Messengers! Eat of the Tayyibaat [all kinds of Halaal (lawful) foods which ALLAAH has made lawful (meat of slaughtered eatable animals, milk products, fats, vegetables, fruits)] and do righteous deeds. Verily, I am Well-Acquainted with what you do’ [al-Mu’minoon 23:51]. ‘O you who believe (in the Oneness of ALLAAH, Islamic Monotheism)! Eat of the lawful things that I have provided you with’ [al-Baqarah 2:172]. Another important point is to rea...
