THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. YaumulAhad, 30th day of Rabee-uthaani 1440, (Sunday, 6th January, 2019). ALLAH AND HIS ANGELS BLESSING UPON OUR MESSENGER sallallahu alaihi wasallam. BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem. In Quran 33:56, we read; Indeed, ALLAH confers blessing upon the Prophet, and His angels [ask Him to do so]. O you who have believed, ask [ALLAH to confer] blessing upon him and ask [ALLAH to grant him] peace. Narrated 'Abdur-Rahman bin Abu Laila: Ka'b bin 'Ujrah met me and said, "Shall I not give you a present I got from the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam? 'Abdur-Rahman said, "Yes, give it to me." He said, "We asked ALLAH'S Messenger saying, 'O ALLAH'S Messenger! How should one (ask ALLAH to) send As-Salaat upon you and your family, for ALLAH has taught us how to greet you?' He sallallahu alaihi wasallam said, 'Say: Allaahumma salli 'alaa Muhammadin wa 'alaa aali Muhammadin, kamaa sallaita 'alaa Ibrahima wa 'alaa aali Ibrahim, Innaka Hamiidun Majeed. Allaahumma baarik 'alaa Muhammadin wa 'alaa aali Muhammadin kamaa baarakta 'alaa Ibrahima wa 'alaa aali Ibrahim, Innaka Hameedun Majeed.' [O ALLAH! Send Your Salat (Graces, Honours and Mercy) on Muhammad and on the family/ followers of Muhammad, as You sent Your Salaat (Graces, Honours and Mercy) on Abraham and on the family/ followers of Abraham, for You are the Most Praiseworthy, the Most Glorious. O ALLAH! Send Your Blessings on Muhammad, and on the family/ followers of Muhammad as You sent your Blessings on Abraham and on the family/followers of Abraham, for You are the Most Praiseworthy, the Most Glorious.' " [Sahih Al-Bukhari, 4/3375 (O.P.589)]. Imam Al-Bukhari said that Abu Al-Aaliyah May ALLAH be pleased with him said: ALLAH'S Salaah is HIS praising the Prophet before the Angels, and the Salaah of the Angels is their supplication seeking forgiveness for him and his followers." Alhamdulillah. May ALLAH (Al-Haadi, The Guide) keep guiding us all and protect us from any satanic influences. Aameen.

ALLAH does not love arrogance, pride, boasting to one another, extravagance, and exultation in wrongdoing. ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. BismilLah Consuming haraam wealth is one of the major reason why du’aa’s are not answered. Abu Hurayrah (may ALLAAH be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said: “O people, ALLAAH is Good and only accepts that which is good.
