THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Khamis, 23rd day of SAFAR 1440, (Thursday, 1st November, 2018). HOW TO EXHIBIT TRUE/REAL PATIENCE. BismilLah. Yesterday, a brother shared a beautiful true story to me and I decided to use the story to prepare this reminder. Let's read it twice and implement the lessons in it please. There is the saying by the wise that; A fish can say to the sea, you can never see my tears, because I am in the water. The sea can respond back that, "But I can feel your tears, because you are within my heart." This is exactly how we are; No one will feel us except those who are truly close to our hearts and no one is closer to our hearts than ALLAH (The Most MERCIFUL) and HIS Messenger sallallahu alaihi. Are you facing any difficulties that you feel ALLAH has neglected you or not listening to you? Check out this true story. Arwah bin al-Zubayr's leg was cut off because of a disease he suffered, on the same day the dearest of his seven sons died. The dearest son to his heart died after a horse kick killed him. Arwah said: "Allahumma lakal hamd, Inna lilLahi wa inna Ilaihi raaji'un."[Ya ALLAH! All thanks to You, we are from ALLAH and to HIM is our return ]. Allahu Akbar. You gave me 7 sons and took only one, gave me two legs & two hands but took only one leg. Did I hear you say ALLAHU AKBAR? That's true patience and trust in ALLAH. When ALLAH (Al-Hayyu, The Living) besets calamities on us, HE compensates us always by forgiving our most of our transgressions. When HE takes away something, HE always gives back better things only if we accept our loss in good faith. Days passed, on one ultimate day Arwah went to the house of the Khalifa of the time where he saw a blind old Sheikh with a damaged face. The Khalifa said: "Oh Arwah ask this Sheikh his story". Arwah asked the Sheikh as directed. The Sheikh said, "Ya Arwah! I used to live in a valley and in that valley there was nobody richer than me ( money, property and children wise). Within a single night, floods from heavy rains washed away my children, properties and everything that I ever had. By the next day, after sunrise, I had only a small baby and a camel. The camel ran away, and I ran after it but did not get far when I heard screams of a baby. I turned back only to see my baby's head in the mouth of a wolf. I tried saving the baby but the wolf had torn him apart. As I turned to go away, the wolf jumped and hit my face, that incidence made me blind, and damaged my face. Arwah asked the Sheikh, "What did you say after all this, Ya Sheikh? ". The Sheikh replied: I said, "Allahumma Lakalhamd", You Graciously left with me a heart and a tongue that will always Glorify You". ALLAHU AKBAR. This is the story of real patience; these two people are among those who ALLAH (Al-Qayyuum, The Maintainer of Life) mentions thus: ﺇﻧﻤﺎ ﻳﻮﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺑﺮﻭﻥ ﺃﺟﺮﻫﻢ ﺑﻐﻴﺮ ﺣﺴﺎﺏ ( "only the patient will be paid back their rewards in full without measure"). What kind of calamity have you encountered that made you sad and live in misery? Can you compare their misery to yours? They were patient and ALLAH Promises to Reward them; if we are impatient what reward do we hope to get? Why are you wasting your time going to so called Maalams and pastors who uses evil jinns to worsens your situation and damage your relationship with ALLAH. We are living with our families; we enjoy good health and well-being. We sleep on our beds, others sleep on the floor, some sleep on garbage while many are in their graves. We eat and drink to our fill, others wake up and go to sleep in the night with empty stomachs, others are on hospital beds unable to eat or drink, they are being fed through the tube, So "Fa bi ayyi aala'iRabbiku maa tukadhiban?" (WHICH OF THE FAVOURS OF YOUR LORD ( Allah SwT ) DO YOU DENY?). May ALLAH (Al-Haadi, The Guider to success) keep guiding us all and protect us from any satanic influences. Aameen.

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 5th day of RAJAB (Saturday 29th of February, 2020). LETS BE MINDFUL OF THESE BAD HABITS IN LIFE. BismilLah. Let's remind  ourselves that ALLAH does not love stubborn rejectors of faith, committing sins, and showing ingratitude. ALLAH says: فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ Verily, ALLAH does not love the unbelievers. Qur'an 3:32. Why? Bcs their disbelief in ALLAH and HIS Messenger only grant them the Hellfire. And ALLAH says: وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ ALLAH does not love any ungrateful sinner. Quran 2:276. ALLAH does not love arrogance, pride, boasting to one another, extravagance, and exultation in wrongdoing. ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36. These few are more than enough to aid us to fear these bad acts in our lives. We ask ALLAH to make us among those who are loved by HIM and who are...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt. 17th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Saturday 30th January 2021). A SERIOUS CONDITION TO FULFILL FOR ALLAH TO ANSWER OUR DUA. BismilLah Consuming haraam wealth is one of the major reason why du’aa’s are not answered. Abu Hurayrah (may ALLAAH be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said: “O people, ALLAAH is Good and only accepts that which is good. ALLAAH commanded the pious to follow the same commandments as HE gave to the Messengers. HE says; ‘O (you) Messengers! Eat of the Tayyibaat [all kinds of Halaal (lawful) foods which ALLAAH has made lawful (meat of slaughtered eatable animals, milk products, fats, vegetables, fruits)] and do righteous deeds. Verily, I am Well-Acquainted with what you do’ [al-Mu’minoon 23:51]. ‘O you who believe (in the Oneness of ALLAAH, Islamic Monotheism)! Eat of the lawful things that I have provided you with’ [al-Baqarah 2:172]. Another important point is to rea...
