THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Ithnayn, 13th day of SAFAR 1440, (Monday 22nd October, 2018). OUR HEART DESIRES MAY BE OUR DOOM. BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem. As Muslims it's important we keep reminding each other about our ways of life as ALLAH says reminding only benefit believers. My reminder this morning to you and to myself is to remember that, this earth is a temporal place of abode, we will all die soon no doubt about that. Over 100 died yesterday, over 100 died this morning and over 100 may die before you finish reading this reminder. It could be you or me so why not live our life like a traveller who is resting under a tree, do you think he will be spending his entire time thinking about something else other than his journey ahead? Let's focus in our obedience to Allah. Our desires which aid us to fornicate, steal, envy, backbite etc can only cause us into hell fire. We will die and leave the money we are all chasing and it will become halaal for others whilst we account for how we acquired it. Let me share this hadith to end this reminder. Sheikh Abu Huraira may ALLAH be pleased with him reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: When ALLAH created Paradise and Hellfire, HE sent Gabriel to Paradise saying: Observe it and what I have prepared therein for its inhabitants. Gabriel came to it and observed it and what ALLAH had prepared therein for its inhabitants. He returned to ALLAH and he said: By your glory, no one will hear of it without entering it. ALLAH ordered that it be surrounded by hardship and HE said: Return to it and observe what I have prepared therein for its inhabitants. Gabriel returned and found that it was surrounded by hardship. He returned to Allah and he said: By your glory, I fear that no one will be able to enter it. ALLAH said: Go to the Hellfire and observe it and what I have prepared therein for its inhabitants. Gabriel found that it was in layers, one above the other. He returned to Allah and he said: By your glory, no one who hears of it will enter it. ALLAH ordered that it be surrounded by desires and he said: Return to it. Gabriel returned and he said: By your glory, I fear that no one will be able to escape it. Source: Sunan At-Tirmidhi 2560. We've been warned that our selfish haraam desires can only deviate us into hell fire but with little efforts within our belief system, ALLAH may reward us with HIS PARADISE. May ALLAH keep guiding us all and grant us Jannat by HIS Rahmah or MERCY. Aameen.

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 5th day of RAJAB (Saturday 29th of February, 2020). LETS BE MINDFUL OF THESE BAD HABITS IN LIFE. BismilLah. Let's remind  ourselves that ALLAH does not love stubborn rejectors of faith, committing sins, and showing ingratitude. ALLAH says: فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ Verily, ALLAH does not love the unbelievers. Qur'an 3:32. Why? Bcs their disbelief in ALLAH and HIS Messenger only grant them the Hellfire. And ALLAH says: وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ ALLAH does not love any ungrateful sinner. Quran 2:276. ALLAH does not love arrogance, pride, boasting to one another, extravagance, and exultation in wrongdoing. ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36. These few are more than enough to aid us to fear these bad acts in our lives. We ask ALLAH to make us among those who are loved by HIM and who are...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt. 17th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Saturday 30th January 2021). A SERIOUS CONDITION TO FULFILL FOR ALLAH TO ANSWER OUR DUA. BismilLah Consuming haraam wealth is one of the major reason why du’aa’s are not answered. Abu Hurayrah (may ALLAAH be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said: “O people, ALLAAH is Good and only accepts that which is good. ALLAAH commanded the pious to follow the same commandments as HE gave to the Messengers. HE says; ‘O (you) Messengers! Eat of the Tayyibaat [all kinds of Halaal (lawful) foods which ALLAAH has made lawful (meat of slaughtered eatable animals, milk products, fats, vegetables, fruits)] and do righteous deeds. Verily, I am Well-Acquainted with what you do’ [al-Mu’minoon 23:51]. ‘O you who believe (in the Oneness of ALLAAH, Islamic Monotheism)! Eat of the lawful things that I have provided you with’ [al-Baqarah 2:172]. Another important point is to rea...
