THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Ahad, 1st day of Zul Hijjah (Sunday, 12th August 2018). THE 10 DAYS OF GOLDEN REWARDS HAS BEGAN. BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem. AlhamdulilLah for granting us Dhul Hijjah. We pray that ALLAH grant us the opportunity to be part of these great 10 days ahead. Praise be to ALLAH Who has created Time and has made some times better than others, some months, days and nights better than others, when rewards are multiplied many times, as a mercy towards HIS slaves. This encourages us to do more righteous deeds and makes us more eager to worship HIM, so that we renew our efforts to gain a greater share of reward, prepare ourselves for death and supply ourselves in readiness for the Day of Judgement. Alhamdulillah. This season of worship brings many benefits, such as the opportunity to correct one’s faults and make up for any shortcomings or anything that one might have missed. Every one of these special occasions involves some kind of worship through which the slaves may draw closer to ALLAH, and some kind of blessing though which ALLAH bestows HIS favour and mercy upon whomsoever HE will. The happy person is the one who makes the most of these special months, days, nights, hours and draws nearer to his Lord during these times through acts of worship; he will most likely be touched by the blessing of ALLAH and will feel the joy of knowing that he is safe from the flames of Hell. We Muslim must understand the value of our lives, increase our worship of ALLAH and persist in doing good deeds until the moment of death. ALLAH says: "And worship your Lord until there comes unto you the certainty." [al-Hijr 15:99] The mufassireen (commentators) said: "‘The certainty’ means death." Among the special seasons of worship are the first ten days of Dhu’l-Hijjah, which ALLAH has preferred over all the other days of the year. Ibn ‘Abbaas (may ALLAH be pleased with him and his father) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to ALLAH than these ten days." The people asked, "Not even jihaad for the sake of Allaah?" He said, "Not even jihaad for the sake of ALLAH, except in the case of a man who went out to fight giving himself and his wealth up for the cause, and came back with nothing." (Reported by al-Bukhaari, 2/457). ALLAHU AKBAR. For those who couldn't fast today should strive to do so tomorrow Monday if not then don't miss fasting on the 9th day of Dhul Hijjah (day of Arafah) which will fall on Monday 20th August in Shaa ALLAH so in Shaa ALLAH Eid this year becomes Tuesday 21st August 2018. These recommended fasting is not only for those who are sacrificing but for all Muslims who can fast. May ALLAH have mercy on us all, forgive our past, present and future sins, accept the pilgrimage of all the hujjaaj. Aameen.

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 5th day of RAJAB (Saturday 29th of February, 2020). LETS BE MINDFUL OF THESE BAD HABITS IN LIFE. BismilLah. Let's remind  ourselves that ALLAH does not love stubborn rejectors of faith, committing sins, and showing ingratitude. ALLAH says: فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ Verily, ALLAH does not love the unbelievers. Qur'an 3:32. Why? Bcs their disbelief in ALLAH and HIS Messenger only grant them the Hellfire. And ALLAH says: وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ ALLAH does not love any ungrateful sinner. Quran 2:276. ALLAH does not love arrogance, pride, boasting to one another, extravagance, and exultation in wrongdoing. ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36. These few are more than enough to aid us to fear these bad acts in our lives. We ask ALLAH to make us among those who are loved by HIM and who are...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt. 17th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Saturday 30th January 2021). A SERIOUS CONDITION TO FULFILL FOR ALLAH TO ANSWER OUR DUA. BismilLah Consuming haraam wealth is one of the major reason why du’aa’s are not answered. Abu Hurayrah (may ALLAAH be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said: “O people, ALLAAH is Good and only accepts that which is good. ALLAAH commanded the pious to follow the same commandments as HE gave to the Messengers. HE says; ‘O (you) Messengers! Eat of the Tayyibaat [all kinds of Halaal (lawful) foods which ALLAAH has made lawful (meat of slaughtered eatable animals, milk products, fats, vegetables, fruits)] and do righteous deeds. Verily, I am Well-Acquainted with what you do’ [al-Mu’minoon 23:51]. ‘O you who believe (in the Oneness of ALLAAH, Islamic Monotheism)! Eat of the lawful things that I have provided you with’ [al-Baqarah 2:172]. Another important point is to rea...
