SECOND REMINDER: . Yaum Ithnayn, 10th day of Zul-Qa'âdah (Monday 23rd July). HOW CAN WE FIND PEACE IN OUR HEARTS AND BE SATISFIED IN LIFE?. Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem. Let's continue from the first reminder. Request for the first reminder if you couldn't receive it please. The Quran gives us a formula to live a happy and peaceful life: ALLAH says to the nearest meaning; “Surely in Allah’s remembrance do the hearts find peace.” (Quran 13:28). How simple is this formula for peace! Remembrance of ALLAH works like a key to several locks, because with true remembrance of ALLAH, several different things happen at the same time. First of all, we stay away from all other artificial sources of happiness, also known as sinful behavior. Secondly, we allow ourselves to enter into a state of Tawakkul, a positive reassurance that whatever happens to us is always for our own benefit, whether it is spiritual or material. Henceforth, worldly and material troubles cannot rob us of our peace of mind, because we have embarked into a stage which has been described by Imam Ali (peace be upon him) as follows: “A true believer has no worry except about his failure to fulfill his duties to the Lord.” ALLAHU AKBAR. ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. BismilLah Consuming haraam wealth is one of the major reason why du’aa’s are not answered.
