FIRST REMINDER. Yaum Ar-Raaba'a 12th day of Zul-Qa'âdah (Wednesday, 25th July). SOME BASIC ADVICE FOR THOSE GOING FOR HAJJ In shaa Allaah. BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem. Shaykh ‘Abd al-‘Azeez ibn Baaz (may Allah have mercy on him) advised in one of his numerous fatwas that; If a Muslim decide to travel for Hajj or ‘umrah, it is mustahabb (recommended) for him to advise his family and friends to fear Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, which means fulfilling His commands and heeding His prohibitions. Hajj is an act of purifying ourselves and seeking to be complete born again bcs accepted hajj means all sins forgiven in shaa Allaah. He should write down what he is owed and what he owes of debts, and he should have that witnessed like a "will" in case he doesn't return alive. He must hasten to repent sincerely from all sins, because Allah, may He be exalted, says to the nearest meaning: “And turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed” [an-Noor 24:31]. True repentance means giving up sin, regretting what one has done in the past, and resolving not to go back to it. If he has wronged people physically or financially, or has said something to impugn their honour, he must right that wrong or ask them to forgive him for it before travelling, because it is soundly narrated from the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) that he said: “Whoever has wronged his brother with regard to his wealth or honour, let him ask him for forgiveness today, before there will be no dinar or dirham, and if he has any righteous deeds to his credit, they will be taken from him commensurately with the wrong that he did, and if he does not have any good deeds to his credit, some of his companion’s bad deeds will be taken and added to his burden. SubhaanAllah. To be continued in Shaa ALLAH. May ALLAH keep guiding us all and increases us in beneficial knowledge. Aameen.

Let's remind  ourselves that ALLAH does not love stubborn rejectors of faith, committing sins, and showing ingratitude. ALLAH says: فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ Verily, ALLAH does not love the unbelievers. Qur'an 3:32. Why? Bcs their disbelief in ALLAH and HIS Messenger only grant them the Hellfire. And ALLAH says: وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ ALLAH does not love any ungrateful sinner. Quran 2:276. ALLAH does not love arrogance, pride, boasting to one another, extravagance, and exultation in wrongdoing. ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36.  THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt. 17th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Saturday 30th January 2021). A SERIOUS CONDITION TO FULFILL FOR ALLAH TO ANSWER OUR DUA. BismilLah Consuming haraam wealth is one of the major reason why du’aa’s are not answered. Abu Hurayrah (may ALLAAH be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said: “O people, ALLAAH is Good and only accepts that which is good. ALLAAH commanded the pious to follow the same commandments as HE gave to the Messengers. HE says; ‘O (you) Messengers! Eat of the Tayyibaat [all kinds of Halaal (lawful) foods which ALLAAH has made lawful (meat of slaughtered eatable animals, milk products, fats, vegetables, fruits)] and do righteous deeds. Verily, I am Well-Acquainted with what you do’ [al-Mu’minoon 23:51]. ‘O you who believe (in the Oneness of ALLAAH, Islamic Monotheism)! Eat of the lawful things that I have provided you with’ [al-Baqarah 2:172]. Another important point is to rea...
